I've been going through Luke and his crew for over a year now. They provide a great service at a great price. Very friendly, and will get your yard looking great! They even get those straight lines in your yard. They cleanup the edges perfectly on our sidewalk leading to our house. They also blow the cut grass off your driveways, roadways, and clean up the yard really nice. Definitely a service I'd love to brag about.

Roger does great work & is always honest and fair. We had him do a few jobs for us, and we are very happy with the results. A friend told us about him. We will definitely recommend him highly & have him back. This is the company/man to call when you need a job done right without worrying about being overcharged.

They always fix my problem, with courteous staff both on the phone and in person. They also make every effort to accommodate my schedule.

Very expensive compared to other plumbers I have worked with. They did squeeze me in before Thanksgiving so that is much appreciated but cost was about 3 times as others. Very nice people but can't get over the cost.

I reached out to John about a broken tub spout with diverter. I had bought the replacement but could not do it on my own after having shoulder surgery. I called and emailed several plumbers for quotes which were ridiculously high for such a simple job. Literally pulling one off and putting another on. John came out on a Saturday, at the end of his day, and switched it out in 15 minutes and did not charge me upwards of $200 like other handyman and plumbers we're quoting me. He's super friendly, very polite and truly a professional

It was a Friday and I had a leaky pipe. All the other plumbers I called couldn't fit me in until next Tuesday or Wednesday. Stemler was booked as well, but they offered to squeeze me in. They had the opportunity to lie and say it would have to be after hours (more $) because I needed them and they knew it. Troy my plumber was able to come during working hours and took care of the problems. Billing was 100% fair. He did a great job and I will definitely be using this company if I need a plumber!

Had to replace a toilet on short notice. They came out the same day, which was great, but charged $266 for 15 minutes of work with no prior discussion of cost. I asked the guys installing beforehand how much it would be and all they could tell me was we don't handle that, they will send you an invoice. That is not a negligible amount, and I was very surprised by it. Maybe at least give your plumbers the ability to give customers estimates when asked.

I've had Drain Busters out twice. Once to fix my water service inlet that had broken and once to fix a slow drain (today). Both times the gentleman from Drain Busters was friendly, professional and most importantly, good at his job.
He took the time to do the job properly, and explained what he was doing.
I highly recommend Drain Busters.

All I wanted was the filter on the faucet loosened so I could clean it. I had water pressure but I thought it might be better if I cleaned it. The plumber was in my building so I asked if he could do that. He said it would be a service call. Ok. He then preceded to break the faucet. He had to turn off the water so I had no water in the kitchen for several days. Two more trips out with a helper later, I had to buy a whole new faucet. 500$ for the labor and faucet.

Unbelievably BAD business! First of all, they came to our home after our basement was flooded with 18 inches of sewage/water. Our gas water heater was sitting in this mess for several days. The plumber turned it ON and said we were ready to go. It was, according to a google search and several plumbers I spoke with (and an inspection by another plumber) later that day, a serious fire and explosion hazard, and should NOT have been done. I reported this to MSD (with whom we have a claim), and they sent the company back out to replace the water heater. After the job was done, I was told by a woman at the office (over the phone) that she would be getting in touch with me to give me a number to call to arrange the city code inspection. I never heard from her. I called back several weeks later and was given the information. I asked why no one never got in touch with me, and she said, I don't know. Maybe something was misplaced. What? It seems to me that this company is not at all concerned with their liability. First they do something that is extremely irresponsible. (I was told by several plumbers that the old water heater could have caught fire or exploded after it was turned back on.) Then, they don't make any effort whatsoever to arrange the code inspection. I don't trust them at all.
