I put in a request on Yelp to have plumbers contact me about a clog. Kenny responded quickly & seemed very professional. Kenny said he felt running the snake from the roof was our best option. He also stated he does not feel it's right to charge for a camera to be run after the drain is unclogged. He offered to come out within the hour for $550. He was going to have to come back the next morning anyways since his other guy had the camera. We said we would just wait until morning. It was so late (10pm)
The next morning Kyle arrived promptly at 9am. They were honestly the most prompt plumbers I've ever met. I showed Kyle where to access the crawl space to get under the house. He chose to just run the snake from the front yard.
Kyle never did go onto the roof or under the house. He did eventually break the clog loose & proceeded to clean up. I asked for the camera footage. He did not run the camera. I asked him to do so. He then ran it but, I do not feel it was ran properly as his diagnosis was not accurate. It also took him less than 5 mins to run the camera ... I didn't think much of it since Kyle said I did not need the footage. This was Thursday morning.
On Saturday my husband took off to replace the section of pipe that Kyle said was wrong. We ended up putting a level on the pipes, under the house. The angles were accurate. I called Kenny to ask for the camera footage that we should of received when Kyle ran it. Kenny was a bit upset that we were not given that footage when we paid for the job. It's also my experience that snaking the drains from the roof is twice the price, I was however ok as long as it was completed. Here we were on a Saturday trying to fix this issue but we could not get the footage we were promised. Kenny said he did not have the camera, it was in Kyle's truck & he was off for the weekend. This is the reason I did not give 5 stars. We had to delay repairing the pipe due to Kyle not completing the job as promised. We had to wait for Kenny to retrieve the camera on Monday. Then he showed up on Monday. The diagnosis Kyle had given was not accurate. Unfortunately we wasted a weekend & canceled a job that we had scheduled had Kyle done the job properly the first time, we wouldn't be in that predicament. It's my opinion he either didn't know what he was looking at or he did not run the camera & just pretended he did. Kyle said the cast iron was in good condition. Kenny said it needed to be replaced. Kyle said it was the angle of the pipe. It was the size of the pipes not matching up.
Kenny however crawled under the house, ran the camera & discovered the issue. It was nothing at all what Kyle said but, at least he stood by his service & came back at my request. This is why they received 4 stars. Tbh... Kenny deserves 5 stars & Kyle deserves 3... I have already recommended them to a few people.
My only other observation is... you might need a second camera to keep on the bosses truck. Twice we needed it & it was on the other truck. If you're running a camera for nearly every job, it might be a good investment to have a back up.
In closing I do recommend Elite Plumbing. Kenny is the owner & he stands behind his work. If something is not right, Kenny does what he can to make it right. If you're in need of plumbing repairs, I highly recommend Elite Plumbing.

We are very satisfied with JD Restorations. They are very professional, always on time, always willing to answer any questions no matter how silly the question may seem, they will answer it and never made us feel silly for asking questions. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you for all your help and guidance.

Can't say enough good about Edenfield Plumbing. I have had them do services a couple of times and Mike and the crew are fantastic. Extremely punctual, always in touch, quick to respond when I call, not to mention the work is always done quickly and correctly, on time and under budget. They are the best in the 'biz'.
I won't look anywhere else for my plumbing needs.

I called J&S after reading several positive reviews. I manage a property on Bayshore blvd. In an upper class neighborhood in south Tampa.
Cash, was the technician from whom i received my service, and i must say.... He was extremely professional and obviously very knowledgeable and capable. He did a difficult repair behind the toilet, inside the wall ( leaking angle stop). He made minimal mess and minimal intrusion into the wall, some was inevitable, and was wet needing replaced anyway. He further inspected the inside of the wall to inspect for any mold, and fortunately found only light mildew here and there, which i further treated with chemicals. Having been a HVAC service technician for 35 years myself, i was most impressed with his level of professionalism and attention to detail. He must be at least 20 years my junior , and is obviously wise beyond his years. As a previous business owner myself, I would be proud to have him on my team. He surely is an asset to J&S Plumbing, and will be highly recommended by myself.
I found their pricing to be in line with market rates and the job was preformed in a timely manner!
Thank you Cash, and J&S plumbing.
Sincerely,
Louis Corley

Needed a new water heater. Neighbor recommend Charles Hero Plumbing. Called and spoke with Linda at their office. She couldn't be nicer. Kent the owner got on the phone to guide me through determining what type of water heater was best. He even offered to and did come out to the home to see what I had and make sure what we planned on installing would fit in the space. I also asked him to take a look at some problem faucets in the home which he did without hesitation or charge (some companies charge a diagnostic fee). This all took place on Monday. It is now Friday and my new water heater is installed, permits were pulled and closed out and I am back up and running. The entire process couldn't have been easier. Two staff plumbers plus Kent the owner all showed up to do the job. They were in and out in 1:30 minutes and left the place spotless. To top if off they were the cheapest ($912.30 installed for a 50 gallon tall electric water heater). So to sum it up, they were the cheapest yet provided the best customer service and were extremely efficient from start to finish. They are long-time local plumbing company, not a sales company that does plumbing services which seems to be the new business model. They charge by the hour on most work not by the job so you don't get overcharged for simple repairs like faucets and toilets. After vetting out four other plumbers (think pink, red, gray, and a big orange box store), I am happy to say that I have found a go to plumber going forward in Charles Hero plumbing. Thanks for the excellent work and old school customer service.

The guys are awesome. Mike came over late Friday afternoon to do an install. He was professional and worked late to get the job done.
I highly recommend Village Plumber.

Joe is great! I have used him many times and I cannot imagine using any other plumber as long as he is in the area. Honest, fair, pleasant.

We had some work done under our mobile home and discovered a water leak. Two people recommended Garrett Plumbing. We called and explained the leak, the location under our home. When the plumber came out he couldn't fix it because he didn't have the parts on his truck. Tyler (the scheduler) called to set up an appointment for another day and hesitantly gave a weak estimate. He explained the $28 per quarter hour labor charge. The plumber arrived at 9 minutes to 9am, sat in his truck till 9, but charged us for a quarter hour because he was here before 9. He worked efficiently, but discovered after 22 minutes that he had the wrong part; (notice it was just over a quarter hour? Yep, got charged for that). He was gone an hour to get the correct part and didn't charge us for that time. He finished the job and we are very pleased with the work. When he gave us the invoice we discovered we were charged $28 for the first plumber to come out and not have the correct parts. We also had a $56 service charge that we were not aware of. So them bottom line is, the work was fine, the hidden charges... not so good.

Mitchell and his Team are extremely reliable. Ritchie was punctual, knowledgable, and got the job done correctly the first time. If you're looking for a good, honest plumber, look no further. There are too many plumbers in the area that don't know what they are doing and still have the audacity to charge a fortune. That's NOT this company. Save yourself a lot of headache and time by choosing them. Trust me - you won't be disappointed.

While on initial contact, they are friendly. Their work and the way they quote things is very deceptive or at the very least not clear. I needed a plumbing line moved in the kitchen, another one in the master bathroom for the new bathtub, as well as a move of the shower drain and new install of the new shower head plumbing. Now if you are tearing up the shower floor for a new drain, it makes sense that a new shower pan will be needed. If you install a new plumbing line for a shower head it makes sense that you will also install the trim and finish the job. If you move the plumbing line for a bathtub and do roughing for the new tub filler, then it makes sense that you will finish the job and install the tub and tub filler. I had paid $2800+ for the job already and now the company wants to charge me an additional $900 to come and finish the job they started.
The technician they sent was extremely rude and they didn't even want to pick up their debris. He had me do a square box for the base of the tub filler from 2x4 and as I see it this is not the customer responsibility.
Ensure that if you contact and
Hire them that you know exactly what they will do, extremely disappointed. Not recommending ever. If I didn't have to give a rating, I wouldn't.

I had Trevor over to replace the parts inside
my kohler toilet. First of all was on time.
Secondly, you could tell he knew what
he was doing was done in literally in minutes!!
Trevor was honest and did a good job!!!
As, sometimes you get people who try to
bs you saying you need this or that. Clearly
not here. I fully recommend this plumbing co.

Very disappointed. We have used this plumber for decades. We have so much confidence is the actual plumber but this is about the company billing practices. On this last clog issue (no breaks or pipe repairs) they billed us for 2 plumbers (we didn't ask for two but because they were already together -we got sent 2) and they did 20 min of work (cameras document arrival and departure) but billed for 1.25 hours each at $165 an hour, tacking on a $10 fuel surcharge and $60 machine use and $25 material charge (I guess to take the clog away?) Sure I get there is time for getting from the truck to the condo from the gate and returning but this time it's an exaggeration. The receptionist said it was because it was a Friday and they did us a favor coming. I don't mind paying a bit more for getting the plumber we have grown to know so well but apparently loyalty doesn't mean much anymore. Yes I called and tried to talk it out with the office manager but no luck.

Worst service i have ever seen in my life. Run don't walk away from this company. They schedule appointments and never show up they charge your for a service. Tell you they have to get parts and never come back. There receptionist is horrible I not only give this company a 1 star i give them a negative 10 stars. This is the reason plumbers have a bad name
