After a year long struggle with a plumbing issue we originally thought we had under control, my wife and I reached out to a local plumbing company to get to the bottom of the issue.

We contacted Alex with Calello Plumbing and we could not be happier! The last time our issue reappeared, Alex more than happily snaked every pipe in our house to find the issue. I should also mention that even though the sun had already gone down at this point, Alex worked hard and did everything he could in the limited light.

After a couple hours of exhaustive work, he informed us that he could not find the issue, and would not charge us because of that. He told us he would be back the next morning with more equipment to find the source of the problem.

Early the very next morning, Alex showed up ready to get to the bottom of things. After a few more extensive hours of work with more equipment, he regrettably informed us that we had tree roots in our pipes somewhere along the line. He got us in touch with a sister company they work with which ran a camera cable through our pipes to find the source of the issue.

After that the roots were found, Alex was back out to our house again to fix the problem. I should also mention that this all took place over the holidays, and Alex still treated all of this as an emergency, focusing all of his attention on the matter.

I cannot commend enough how professional, courteous, expedient and meticulous Alex's work was - he, along with Calello Plumbing, are a true class act. With fast and thorough service, at an amazing price, I cannot recommend Calello Plumbing enough! I will certainly be reaching out to them the next time we have an emergency plumbing issue!

As a Full Time Licensed REALTOR in Pinellas I often need plumbing services. The difference between keeping a deal together or losing a contract often hinges on receiving quick and competent advice.
Kent responded quickly and replaced my rusted leaking water heater. He protected the area around the work site and cleaned up prior to leaving. He explained the replacement process and the current codes. ( it's amazing how much has changed since 2004 when the water heater was last installed. )
He tested the entire system before leaving and as expected it works perfectly.

I cannot say enough good things about Optimum. We had been without flushing toilets for 2 days attempting to deal with our home warranty company which was a HUGE mistake. The contractor advised they would be there within the hour yet showed up 8 hours later. The contractor worked for about 30 minutes and told us to resolve the issue we would need 2 additional workers, heavy equipment and there would be quite a bit of digging in our yard. We were then quoted almost $1k out of pocket to resolve the issue. Optimum came out first thing the next morning, resolved the issue in under an hour and charged us a fraction of the original quote. Turns out, the contractor sent out by our warranty company was wanting to do work that was unnecessary. It is so hard to find contractors you trust these days. I am incredibly grateful to have found Optimum and will continue to use them for any and all plumbing needs moving forward!

All Purpose Plumbing recently replaced our water heater. They were quick to respond with an estimate, scheduled prompt service, showed up on time and did a great job. The two gentlemen that came to do the work were friendly and professional, and the price for the service was reasonable, especially compared to a couple estimates we got from other companies. No complaints here! We'll definitely use All Purpose Plumbing for future plumbing needs at our house. Highly recommended.

I am in the process of remodeling my home and have come across several plumbing issues as I go.  With the first problem I called several other plumbers and they quoted me a lot higher price than Abbott's. I called Abbott's and they were able to get out within a few days to do the work. They showed up, were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing, explained everything to me, completed the work in a very timely manner, and did not charge me a fortune for the work. Since then I have called upon them several more times to fix problems as they are discovered and I have received the same excellent service as the first time, whether it be the owner or one of his employees who comes out. I will continue to use Abbott's Plumbing any time I have a plumbing problem and will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber.

If you are looking for a reasonable, fair, and reliable plumber, look no further. Leandro clearly wants to exceed his customer's expectations. Not only did he replace our old water heater and bathroom hardware for less than I expected, but he also fixed a couple of leaks and installed a toilet (that I had already purchased) at no additional charge. He is also incredibly honest. After receiving payment in full, he ordered and installed a few missing parts, again at no additional charge. I will defiantly ask for Leandro's help I the future for all our pluming needs.

Our small restaurant has used 3 different grease trap companies. GreaseCorp is the cleanest and most professional by far!!  They make it virtually hands free for me. They call to verify monthly appointment and show up on time, every time. Just one less thing I have to worry about. Thank you GreaseCorp!!

Kudos to Kyle and Edwin for their expertise and professionalism in installing a new garbage disposal unit, unclogging the kitchen drain, and installing a top-quality water filtration system.  These Apex plumbers were responsive and on time and made sure the jobs were done right.  I would not hesitate to call them again.

Job well done Marc and Nathan.  We had them replace a bathtub drain that was not working.  We tried ourselves but found out we selected the wrong size to replace it and that is why it did not work.   They did well but needed to be reminded to repair the cut that was made in the vapor barrier and then all appears to be well again.
They needed to reschedule from the original booking and were kind enough to discount the price and credit a 29.95 fee in addition.

PS: There was no quote prior to the visit.

The gas water heater that Olin Plumbing installed for us in January stopped working after 11 months.  Olin Plumbing came out within a few hours of us calling them and re-lit the pilot light.  The pilot light then went out again a few hours later.  Since we knew what the issue was, we lit the pilot light a few more times, only to have it go out within ten minutes each time. Called Olin again in the morning and they sent a plumber (Richard) out immediately.  Richard let us know they had researched the heater and that the burner was defective. Olin Plumbing replaced it for us at no charge as it was still under the 1-year warranty. We appreciated the quick response and the friendly service.

Follow up service requested. They put me on the calendar from 10 AM to 6 PM. They send a text at 4:15 saying they're on the way. At 6 PM I called because no one was here yet and they said he's about 20+ minutes out still. They need to work on their scheduling situation. This happened the initial work as well where the technician was quite delayed outside of the large window given. If you have a job, this will be a hard company to work with on the schedule.

A Stone was hired to disconnect and reconnect a solar panel for a roof replacement. They came out and disconnected my parents solar panel and when called out convinced them that they needed a new hot water heater. That there would be no charge because it was under warranty. That of course does not include installation. Once installed they never reconnected up the solar panel. The plumber was asked before he left and called the office and was told to leave it. They have ignored numerous calls and letters sent to them.
