Best Businesses in Tampa, FL
Absolutely professional, along w/ competent, knowledgeable, friendly, & HONEST. The co-owner (Greg) is one of the nicest and most fair service men I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I hear his brother Scott is similar. (This company has three not recommended Yelp reviews; all three reviewers rated this company 5 stars.)
When first contacting Greg, he couldn't fit me in that week due to his vacation, but he was kind enough to recommend another plumbing company. (I did use that company.) However, after another plumbing issue arose, I phoned AC Plumbing. Greg fit me in quickly, arrived on time, was extremely nice, knowledgeable, & he charged me less than what other plumbers would have charged. I've used him twice since.
He diagnosed a leak that others missed, resealed the area between the stainless sink & the granite, & researched the best faucet for my needs. Greg recommended a commercial grade Delta faucet, explaining the difference between commercial grade & the faucets available in stores. He is such an honest, down to earth man-- yes, I am impressed.
If you are in need of service in Dade City, Zephyrhills, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, or San Antonio, AC Plumbing is available.
This is a two-man, family owned business that has been in operation MANY years. Hands down it beats the other plumbing companies on ALL fronts. I won't phone anyone else when I have a plumbing issue. When you hire AC Plumbing, you are getting old time, small town service that unfortunately is seldom present today.

I had a small water leaking from the wall to garage floor. Thought it was water leak. They came the same day and gave me free diagnosis. They're very friendly. Seems like it is originating from A/C unit. They were very informative. Told me what I should do. If I have real leak in the future, I know who to call.

I saw other reviews of Lakeside on Yelp and thought I would give them a try. We had a damp spot in a corner of my bedroom. Michael came out first thing and went above and beyond to help us (and our neighbor) find the source of the leak. I highly recommend this company and Michael Moody. Very satisfied!

Highly recommended! Shawn was able to get our project done very quickly. He was very knowledgeable & communicative throughout the entire process. Very reasonably priced & very friendly. Will definitely call again when needed! Thank you!

I am so happy! First off, whoever answered the phone at All American Plumbing Services today was so nice, polite and efficient that I knew that I made a good choice. So A+ to the nice woman who scheduled my appointment.
I lucked out because originally my appointment was for tomorrow, but the technician, Ken, was able to come today. He did a great job and was able to fix our hot water heater rather than replace it, and the price was reasonable. And he was so nice.
So glad I found you!

How fortunate we are to have had the opportunity to work with Matt. I researched on Yelp and called the most highly rated plumbing/tile contractors I could find. He was the only one available. Very hard to get people right now! He puts his heart and soul into the work. He has a boatload of experience in all aspects of renovation. Our shower is going to last at least 25 years, which is such a great feeling. And it looks terrific as well. Delighted!

We had a sewage backup on Mother's Day. We had no idea who to call and saw their flyer in a stack of old mail. They were at our house within an hour of calling them on a Sunday morning. The plumber who showed up was nice, professional, and immediately knew what the problem was and was able to immediately quote us a price. He immediately got to work and finished the job quickly.
While we hope we never have to call a plumber again, should we have to, we'd definitely call Wise Guys back. They were professional, prompt, and affordable.

Complete rip-off!!!
My house backed up and I called several plumbing companies and those companies could not see us until the following week. We reached CDS and a tech came out Wednesday night. The tech looked at the situation gave us a price of $$$$.$$!! My wife said she needed to talk to me to figure out things. I called them Thursday morning @ 9 am and was told by Justin the owner that someone would be out around 4 pm. Around 4:30 we had to call them and they responded they are still coming out like 6-7pm. No one showed up that night.
The next morning I was told someone would be out around 8-9am. No one showed until 12pm. My pipes were clear at the time of inspection. They used a fancy camera that must of cost $100,000.00 (you will see in the total) no clogs, nothing, in the house or to the city sewer line. They took a pressure washer to the pipes and cleaned them out. The techs were here for 2.1 hours. It cost $400 to remove a toilet are you effing kidding me?!?!
So the total came to $2,678.00 for two hours, oh and plus 3% to use a card (who carries 3 grand in their pockets nowadays). I spoke to the owner and asked hey since I had to wait a full 24 hours can I get a little off. Oh man I wish I could!
So I hope your techs make $400 per hour because I sure in the hell don't.
So please do you research and go with someone else!!!!! Stuart's plumbing is who I would have gone with if they were not booked for the next 6 days.

I purchased a preventative maintenance program. Company has canceled two appointments already and wants to schedule a third appointment 4 weeks from now. Very poor service. Managers unavailable. Paradise Air used to be a good company, but after their merger the company is now worthless. You would be well advised to look elsewhere.

I do not know what has happened to Alphonso, He has been my plumber for over 5 years and always did very good work. However this last time I called him for a kitchen water drain lead just off the kitchen sink he was slow in responding to phone calls and texts and when I was finally able to get him to respond and check the problem he quoted me a price that was outrageous. It was like he did not want to do the job or thought that I would just proceed without a second opinion and would just take his word for the repairs needed. What is troubling was his wanting to replace a drain line without being certain that it actually needed to be replaced. He wanted to dig up my dining room with the benefit of using a line camera to see if there was actually a problem with the drain. It was totally unprofessional and I will never use him again for my home plumbing needs. Finally, I found a true gem of a plumber referred to me by a friend who did the job for a third what I was quoted by Alphonso. Lesson learned.

This weekend we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing out to one of our properties because something in an upstairs bathroom was leaking through to the downstairs.
The plumber said that it was the plug in the bottom of the tub (which had just been replaced) was installed incorrectly (first it was cross threaded, then it wasn't screwed down tight enough). I insisted he was wrong and to keep looking.
He refused. He kept repeating, I've only been a plumber 18 years (The implication that I'm stupid.)
Finally after much arguing and him refusing to look further as well as him (a big man built like an ex football player) stepped into my (a petite woman) personal space in an attempt to intimidate me, it cost nearly $400 to get him to leave having done nothing.
Today we went to replace the supposed incorrectly installed plug only to find, surprise of surprises, the plug was in correctly and the leak was coming from the busted PVC elbow on the same line.
We have the piece of pipe should anyone want to see it. I expect to get my almost $400 dollars back since the plumber didn't do anything except waste my time. In the end we diagnosed and repaired the plumbing without the aid of a plumber with 18 supposed years of experience.
Also, when I stepped away for a moment, the plumber started riling the tenants up that I knew about the leak already and just didn't fix it before they moved in. Perhaps he thought I was deaf as well as dumb?
