This company was responsive, reliable, and professional.  They came out with equipment which was able to determine the issues and quickly resolved the problems identified.  I had a remaining issue related to the original that wasn't clear the first time, so that returned and corrected the related issue at no charge.  The showed up on time, the rates are no bad, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.  Highly recommend.

Allen is absolutely a gem!!! Had to get my home re-piped and Allen walked me through every step that was being taken.  Him and his team took every way possible to avoid unnecessary cuts to the drywall.  Very efficient and cleaned up behind themselves each day, leaving my home exactly how it was found.  I would HIGHLY recommend Riverbend for your plumbing needs.

I thought I had issues with my garbage disposal but I guess it just needed Mr. Wood's presence. I called him during the am and he was able to come out the same day. I recommend his services and will be using him in the future.

Plumbing is such a mystery so I was so was more than pleased when a friend from the work recommended Service Plumbing. Just moved into an older house (new to me) that had several plumbing issues. Anthony at Service found all the problems, fixed them to where I feel as confident as if I were in a new house. He was super professional and made us feel like we were valued clients. We had a pipe burst on the second story of our rental home and our landlord was not answering his phone. In a panic, I asked Siri for a plumber and Crabtree plumbing was the first on the list, so I called. Our tech made it out in no time, found where all the water was coming from and had it fixed in a jiffy for less than $250! I was stunned and pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this company after my experience with them.

My dishwasher stopped working and these guys fixed it no problem! I messaged them and the next day they came to see what the issue was. They fixed it quickly but also made sure to be thorough with their work. Very nice people as well. Would definitely recommend!

Joe (the owner) is prompt, courteous, and does great work at a reasonable price. This is an honest and hard working individual, Would highly recommend for any plumbing jobs.

We've experienced bad plumbers in the past (ones who have done careless work that resulted in brand new flooring being replaced, for instance), so it is a great relief that we finally have a plumber we can count on.

Vernon and his crew have done quite a bit of work for us, including a complete repipe in a rental unit we own. They have always been prompt, courteous and helpful. Even if it isn't an emergency, they are usually able to get someone out the same day.

Michelle (I believe is Vernon's wife) has always been courteous to us, even when we had payment mixups (i.e. I wrote a check from the wrong account, which bounced, and then my husband sent our payment to the wrong address, and they didn't receive it until a week or so later -- a mess that certainly would've warranted frustration on their part.)

I have used Terry Vereen many times over the last three years. They were always very good. Their prices were reasonable, service was great and office skills outstanding. They always got someone out here the next day at the latest. I had a recent plumbing issue. When I called I was told that the next available appointment was five days out. I made the appointment, the tech had a family emergency and there was no back-up plan to get someone out here. The office person I spoke with today was very rude, and sarcastically said Well you have another toilet, don't you? I will not be using Terry Vereen again. I am so dissatisfied and disgusted with their service.

I got an excellent plumber from ASAP. Showed up and clearly explained my options with fair pricing. The work was completed as agreed, within an hour and it has good performance since. The plumbers did nice cleanup, and billing close out was easy with nothing but professional service from my new guy... I have had allot of runaround before from other local plumbers. None have done as good work as ASAP, and fair pricing even that was better. On my next plumbing job ASAP will be on my call-list. Good job guys!
