So our pipes decided to start leaking as old pipes do.
I did a quick search and found a surprising amount of plumbers near me, so I chose one and mistakenly called a different plumber. I reviewed that service already but after all those shenanigans I got into contact with J.W. Freeman.
It was like night and day; the difference in customer service was astounding and honestly they brought me a whole lot of relief when I needed it most.
First, they sent someone to check the situation out and give us an estimate. The plumber, BJ, showed up exactly when they said he would, which was amazing because I didn't have to waste my day waiting around for them. BJ really made me feel like we were a priority. He was very honest and gave us some very reassuring words that brought us some much needed peace of mind.
They sent out another plumber, who came within a few days to fix our pipes as well as install a new water heater. The service was fast, non-intrusive, and, most importantly, was properly done. The pricing was very fair. But the did charge us a 3% up charge for paying with a credit card.

Allen is absolutely a gem!!! Had to get my home re-piped and Allen walked me through every step that was being taken. Him and his team took every way possible to avoid unnecessary cuts to the drywall. Very efficient and cleaned up behind themselves each day, leaving my home exactly how it was found. I would HIGHLY recommend Riverbend for your plumbing needs.

I thought I had issues with my garbage disposal but I guess it just needed Mr. Wood's presence. I called him during the am and he was able to come out the same day. I recommend his services and will be using him in the future.

Showed up in a mask, friendly, very informative and professional, punctual, and transparent. Would definitely use them again even though I hope I don't have to.

We recently purchased a home that needed to be completely remodeled. We visited Noland because it was in the location that a different plumbing supply company had previously occupied that we had purchased products from. We purchased all of our plumbing and fixtures from Noland because of Patty's (Patty works in the showroom) tireless attention to detail and follow up. I love all the products we used in our home from Noland (kitchen and bathroom faucets, jetted tub, toilet, kitchen sink, towel racks & rings, toilet tissue holders, robe hooks, raw plumbing fixtures (drains, etc.) & more! The entire Noland staff was helpful, but Patty went above & beyond!

We had a pipe burst on the second story of our rental home and our landlord was not answering his phone. In a panic, I asked Siri for a plumber and Crabtree plumbing was the first on the list, so I called. Our tech made it out in no time, found where all the water was coming from and had it fixed in a jiffy for less than $250! I was stunned and pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this company after my experience with them.

My dishwasher stopped working and these guys fixed it no problem! I messaged them and the next day they came to see what the issue was. They fixed it quickly but also made sure to be thorough with their work. Very nice people as well. Would definitely recommend!

5 stars for the new owner and plumber who came to my condo and 2.75 stars for the receptionist's attitude and scheduling hiccup.
I spoke to owner and plumber, Vernon, a week ago to explain what I wanted done in my condo. He was great and we scheduled a time for him to come out. He arrived but the condo hadn't shut off the water in the building so he was unable to perform the service. He was extremely nice and said we could reschedule.
We rescheduled, and the receptionist called me the day before around 5 pm and left me a voicemail. Within an hour I returned the call, got the voicemail, and left her a message confirming that we were good to go, my address is XXX and the water would be shut off by the condo maintenance man. The next morning at 10 when the plumber was scheduled, no one arrived. At 10:15 I called and the receptionist to see if he was on his way and said she never heard back from me so I wasn't on the schedule. I explained I got her message, then called back and left her a message. (I also had the water shut off in my entire building, so 50+ people were affected by this) She proceeded to say she'd been doing this work for 13 years and this has never happened. Under her breath she cursed. I figured she was frustrated (I was too) and explained the urgency in rescheduling since a renter was moving in the condo in 2 days. She again didn't believe me about leaving her a voicemail. I asked for her e-mail address and sent her screen captures of my iPhone where it shows her missed call and my call back to her and the amount of time (53 seconds, long enough to leave my message). We rescheduled and (thankfully!) Vernon came back out and did a great job. He even called before he came to apologize for her behavior. Hopefully the hiccup was a one-of-a-kind but accusing a customer is never the best way to go.

Although the plumbers themselves are good, I can't believe the horrible customer service by Lisa Bass. She hung up on me today. Her communication skills are down the drain. It's been two days that I've been waiting for service. She says she'll send someone and she doesn't. Sends someone but doesn't let me know he could, and then no call. Take your business elsewhere unless you like to spend all day at home for two days hoping that Lisa will send Alex to your home. I had used them for years and spent thousands of dollars over the years with this company and tried to keep using them because I like to support locally owned businesses, but no one deserves to be hung up on after two days of being told you'll get service and then not getting it.

I used this company for years with very little complaint. About a week ago, I called them to fix a jammed shower pull in one of the bathrooms. This company charged me $166 for this service by installing a whole new faucet which does not fit properly. I also asked them to check my water pressure. After these two left, my hot water no longer worked. They charged another service call and parts to replace a coil. This wasn't the source of the problem. We ended up with no hot water on Easter Sunday. When I called their emergency service, they informed me that I would have to pay still another higher service call charge, its being a holiday, and they refused to take any responsibility whatsoever for breaking my hot water heater, not fixing it when they came back, and greatly inconveniencing my entire family. They also did not show up within a four hour time frame in either occasion.
Update: they called Monday morning to offer me, guess, what! A new water heater. I filed a complaint and asked the public relations person to let the owner I ow what was happening. They offered to make the charges for the second visit off my bill and gave me a price for a new hot water heater. As of Tuesday morning, they are, once again, late. I have had no hot water since Wednesday.
Update to the Update: All the issues turned out to be related to a slab leak. They removed the charge for the hot water heater repair, which was never needed in the first place. Everything malfunctioned because of the water pressure problem. This company did a great save and I am a fan again.
The price for the lab leak, which took all day and much destruction to fix, was reasonable.

The reason I gave them a 1 star is because when I called a recording came on and when the recording said if we come out it will be $250/hour so I immediately hung up. If you're open 24h why would you charge so much unless this is their normal price even when it's not an emergency. With that price why would I even call them at all emergency or not? They will not be getting my business.

Did plumbing work at our condo last week. Charged a exorbitant amount of money for next to nothing of work! Took advantage in his pricing because of it being Sawgrass. We have one sink that doesn't even operate now! I'm
So frustrated with this company and explained in his Voicemail because he never answers his phone, will never do business with him again!!! Ripoff!
