Allen is absolutely a gem!!! Had to get my home re-piped and Allen walked me through every step that was being taken.  Him and his team took every way possible to avoid unnecessary cuts to the drywall.  Very efficient and cleaned up behind themselves each day, leaving my home exactly how it was found.  I would HIGHLY recommend Riverbend for your plumbing needs.

Anthony at Service found all the problems, fixed them to where I feel as confident as if I were in a new house. He was super professional and made us feel like we were valued clients. We recently purchased a home that needed to be completely remodeled.  We visited Noland because it was in the location that a different plumbing supply company had previously occupied that we had purchased products from.  We purchased all of our plumbing and fixtures from Noland because of Patty's (Patty works in the showroom) tireless attention to detail and follow up.  I love all the products we used in our home from Noland (kitchen and bathroom faucets, jetted tub, toilet, kitchen sink, towel racks & rings, toilet tissue holders, robe hooks, raw plumbing fixtures (drains, etc.) & more!  The entire Noland staff was helpful, but Patty went above & beyond!

We had a pipe burst on the second story of our rental home and our landlord was not answering his phone. In a panic, I asked Siri for a plumber and Crabtree plumbing was the first on the list, so I called. Our tech made it out in no time, found where all the water was coming from and had it fixed in a jiffy for less than $250! I was stunned and pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this company after my experience with them.

My dishwasher stopped working and these guys fixed it no problem! I messaged them and the next day they came to see what the issue was. They fixed it quickly but also made sure to be thorough with their work. Very nice people as well. Would definitely recommend!

Joe (the owner) is prompt, courteous, and does great work at a reasonable price. This is an honest and hard working individual, Would highly recommend for any plumbing jobs.

We had Wayne Conn handle the rough in plumbing for a bathroom we added to our house in May 2020. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They were also willing to deal with me doing the rest of the work myself, framing, electrical, tile, etc. It was a great experience and now almost two years later there have been no issues.

Although the plumbers themselves are good, I can't believe the horrible customer service by Lisa Bass.  She hung up on me today.  Her communication skills are down the drain.  It's been two days that I've been waiting for service.  She says she'll send someone and she doesn't.  Sends someone but doesn't let me know he could, and then no call.  Take your business elsewhere unless you like to spend all day at home for two days hoping that Lisa will send Alex to your home.  I had used them for years and spent thousands of dollars over the years with this company and tried to keep using them because I like to support locally owned businesses, but no one deserves to be hung up on after two days of being told you'll get service and then not getting it.

Terry Vereen Plumbing was recommended by Home Advisor... they replied to my request to get an estimate to have our shower fixed (new insert with mortar placed underneath)... Someone came out, said they would get back to me with the estimate, but I never heard anything. I called a week later and inquired about the estimate, and they said they would get back to me soon. Weeks later, still nothing. Thanks for wasting my time.

I got an excellent plumber from ASAP. Showed up and clearly explained my options with fair pricing. The work was completed as agreed, within an hour and it has good performance since. The plumbers did nice cleanup, and billing close out was easy with nothing but professional service from my new guy... I have had allot of runaround before from other local plumbers. None have done as good work as ASAP, and fair pricing even that was better. On my next plumbing job ASAP will be on my call-list. Good job guys!
