They replaced my water heater and I would hire them again!!! From the moment I called till the moment they finished installing my water heater, they were extremely professional and efficient!! They were very upfront about the prices and were very considerate of Covid precautions.

Backed up plumbing, with toilets not flushing started out our day today. Called Florida Rooter & my husband promptly spoke with Russell, who came out & was able to fix the problem of clogged plumbing.  Russell was courteous, professional and did a great job of fixing the problem in no time.  He was also full of information about what to do to avoid this problem.  Will certainly use them again if we need to !  Russell was great !!!

We have used AB Scragg Plumbing for years. My favorite part is they treat you like family, open and honest explanation of the issue at hand, path to resolution and upfront pricing. They are communicative and reliable. I also appreciate they will tell you if they are unable to work on a specific issue when you request service rather than coming out, charging you a service call and then telling you. Grateful to have them in Orlando!

I bought a flipper house with endless hidden issues including plumbing. I did not think I needed a plumber the first week I moved in but then found myself without flushing toilets and with showers backing up. Yuk! I didn't know who to call until my neighbor suggested Johnny Jones Plumbing. They said JJP usually does more commercial projects but to give them a try. The owner Lisa Jones answered my cries and came to the rescue for me and my 2 daughters. Lisa moved around what she could to send someone over and help us out. I haven't had the best of luck with service companies since moving to Florida BUT Johnny Jones is the exception. They treated me like family and came to my rescue. They are professional, reliable and have a heart. I am forever grateful.

Kitchen sink hot/cold water had a leak. We reached out to several plumbers in the area. Gregg was the first to respond within minutes. He arrived and evaluated the situation. He explained to us the issue, went to buy parts and fixed it in less than 30min. He completed everything by code and the work was beautifully done. I recommend for knowledge, being reliable, and having excellent communication skills. I will be calling him for another job in my master bathroom. Can't take shortcuts when it comes to plumbing and electronics!

I can't say enough good! Water heater pipe broke in the middle of the night and I couldn't shut water down. Also, the water had created an electrical fire (small1 but still happened). I shut power down and called. Dave sent the kindest tech to the home to assist in shutting water doors and the job was done tip top (replaced water heater) and super tidy. Thank you for being the men that wore capes today! Definitely th hero!

I couldn't recommend Lapin Services enough! Mike Bryant came to my home early on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. He not only fixed the problem quickly and efficiently, but he educated me on how to keep my system working properly. After I had a bad experience with a large company in the area, Mike went above and beyond to try to make the situation better. He was great... if you need any plumbing or septic services, call Lapin and ask for Mike!

Called at 1pm on Tuesday and Wendy told me no one was available to come out to look at my toilet so she put me on the schedule for Wednesday. Around 12p on Wednesday, had not heard from them so I called to make sure I'm still on the list and she assured me that I was still on the schedule. Finally get a call at 4:30 pm that I missed because I couldn't get to the phone and the message said to call back, not that  technician was available but no urgency to call back. Finally called back and fortunately for Wendy she wasn't there so the after hours guy told me I wasn't even on the list anymore. He was able to see that I was dropped because I didn't call back in time. So in order not to inconvenience them, we need to pick up their 1 attempt to call us and not even the urgency to call back. We cannot inconvenience them in any capacity. Called Roto-Rooter after this at 5:30 and they said they'd have a technician out before 10pm same day. Never again will I call Rainaldi and Wendy for their service. Sad...I like supporting local business but not when I'm jerked around like this. Good luck if you choose Rainaldi.

He is a handyman only for mobile homes. I had a roofer get up on the roof and check his work it was a disaster.

Broke contract. No call, no show. I left multiple messages and even tried to email. Don't bother with them.

Our zoned heat/ac system was not working in part of the house. The technician said the zone control board was bad and gave us an estimate of $6,200 to replace it. We've since learned (thru research and other companies) the cost should be around $700. Had another company come out the next day and they found that one of the compressors was not running. (The technician from Frank Gay never even checked the outside units.) The second company fixed a loose wire and everything is up and working fine now. Cost of the actual required repair was $112. We have used Frank Gay before and their prices are always very high. But, they are quick to respond when called and that is why we continued to use them. This time; however, the price they wanted to fix what wasn't broken was totally ridiculous and honestly an insult to our intelligence. Going forward we will take our business elsewhere.
