In 2014, A A Alan Plumbing installed our new water heater at a fair price. We found them in the Treasure Chest (has always worked so far). They were friendly, prompt and professional. No complaints here!

Chris came out and installed a kitchen faucet and fixed an issue with my toilet. He was on time, knew what he was doing, and very reasonably priced. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber.

Chris came and replaced my kitchen faucet. He showed up as promised and returned to resolve a small issue with the faucet. His price was competitive and I would use him again.

This company was great. When someone asked about a plumber on a neighborhood social media site, 3 different people, from 3 different neighborhoods, all recommended Chris at AA Alan. I called him and he not only came out right away (he was going to come out the next day but had an opening from getting earlier jobs done) but he also was thorough, fixed the problem, and had no issue giving me a guestimate on cost before coming out.

He was fair, honest, polite, kind. He was friendly to my children and dogs, was educational to us all telling us what he was doing. He rechecked his work and waited to make sure everything worked right by running water, the dishwasher, and the washing machine.

I will 100% absolutely use him again.

I can't believe the negative review below, the only negative review I found anywhere when looking up the company before calling, can be all the truth.... I can only speak from my experience, and the experience of others I've read, that this company is fantastic and I would not hesitate to call them again, should the need arise.

Pam was great on the phone and even gave me remodeling ideas. I booked last appointment on the same day.  Chris was stuck in our awful traffic and called to say he was running late.  He promptly got to work and expertly installed our new sink fixture. He was very professional and cleaned up after he was done.  After a huge let down from our old plumber of many years, I am so happy to find a reliable plumber for many future jobs that will come up with an older house.

I have needed to call a plumber a few times and always call A A Alan Plumbing.  Chris has always been on time and always got the job done quickly.  Have been very please with their service.  Janice H

Chris is always very fair on price.  When he quotes you it will not change, even if he runs into to something unexpected.  Always on time, excellent work, friendly and fair.  I would always recommend small, locally owned vs. one of the 'chains' you see advertised on television.

If you have an emergency, he is booked well in advance.   However if it is not, then definitely worth the wait!

Thank you to Chris Shades and his team for taking care of our sewer mini-emergency so quickly and professionally.  They knew what needed to be done, had the tools and knowledge to do it, and left the job site clean as a whistle.  Their service is worth every penny paid.  We highly recommend them!
