HISTORY
Established in 1991.
We started Repipe Specialists at a time when virtually nobody was specializing in repiping. At that time we had to educate homeowners on how the process could even be accomplished. After working with the traditional plumbing business model for several years, in the mid-90s we created a unique business model that was designed to specifically counteract the built-in problems inherent in most plumbing businesses. Our goal was to accomplish high quality repipes on a consistent basis. Of course no company can be perfect, but if you can consistently maintain high quality and fix any issues that do come up, you can be be proud of your work at the end of every day. Utilizing this model we are happy to have been honored by both INC Magazine and Smart Business Magazine as well as been the recipient of multiple awards for our success, growth and attention to quality and customer care. We respect and try to carry this tradition of success with us every day and on every repipe.

We had our whole house re-piped due to faulty butylene pipes in our home, built in 1996. Re-pipe Specialists were professional, on-time, and extremely helpful as we lived through this big project. The entire process took several days, they always kept us informed at varying stages. We would definitely use them again. They truly were experts in placement and did the least amount 'deconstruction to my walls and tiles.
I had a terrific experience with Repipe. Very friendly, very professional.

I got a quote from these people. First they are a sales and marketing company, they subcontract the work. Second after their 30% discount the price was 15% higher than what the plumber wanted to do the job. So the claim of being half what a plumber charges was just some false advertising.
I am not saying they do anything wrong or don't potentially do a good job, but it didn't work out for me.
Update: After many text messages and emails, the plumber came back and corrected all the plumbing issues. The drywall patching is another story. their drywall contractor, Brandon Nogues did such a bad job initially that I have no confidence that he has neither the skill nor knowledge to patch drywall properly. How do you patch drywall without any sanding? Even though I paid for drywall patching in the contract price I have chosen to not request Brandon Nogues return and decided to pay for another local drywall contractor to repair my walls.
They took advantage of my 97-year-old grandmother, they were supposed to pull a permit with part of the money but decided to pocket it instead, causing us more headaches. I wish more people had integrity.

We got a couple different quotes to have the polybutylene pipes replaced in our house, and decided to use Repipe Specialists. So glad we did! The sales manager came to our house, explained the process, answered our questions, and even gave us a discount for mentioning an online ad. Their prices beat competitors by $2,000 - a substantial savings! They offer 0% financing options as well. The sales manager made himself available to answer our questions at all hours -- even weekends and evenings.
We were told that the job would take two days but they actually completed it in one. Then the drywall patching was completed the next day. Our house was left clean and in order. If not for the new pipes/fixtures, you wouldn't even know that we had work done.
Super nice people to work with! We are very happy that we chose them!

When it is necessary to repipe the plumbing in your home, Repipe Specialist are second to none. They even did a great job closing any sheetrock they cut open! All I had to do was paint the sheetrock. They were very tactical about where they had to cut, and careful to minimize damage and disruption. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great experience for the salesman to the drywall finish
Would recommend them for any future repair
This review is for a whole house repipe.
Plumbing crew worked well together each knowing what to do with little wasted effort. Kept us informed and explained what they were doing and accepted suggestions for fitting locations that improved usage and storage access. They were truly skilled tradesmen.
The drywall repairman was more of an artist in that when the repairs were completed, couldn't tell where the holes had been, including popcorn ceiling!
