They came quickly but their initial quote was $590 to re attach plumbing to my bathroom vanity (not running new lines or anything). They tried to then negotiate a price of $500. I went with another company who charged $150 for parts and labor for the same service. I didn't use them obviously so this review is just related to the quote that was provided.

UPDATED review- when I first called this company I didn't have the best first impression due to a mix up with my appointment, but the owner, Jason, reached out right away and made it right. Not only did he take care of the issue personally, he made sure I got another appointment with a small time frame that was perfect, and he even offered to reimburse me for missing work the day of the original appointment. You can't beat that kind of customer service. The technician was here early this morning & was very professional & took care of the issue quickly & diligently. I am very happy with this outcome & with the customer service, and will be using again if I need them.

This morning the handle broke off our shower. We tried snapping it back on, and it did not stay. A friend, a neighbor recommended Paradise and I called in the morning. Kevin came before noon and assessed the damage. He told us that the job will cost $700, if he hast to replace the valve it will be $1500. I should've been a plumber! Kevin said that these things go and that it's normal home maintenance, most people have leaks first.

Kevin was personable and competent. He gave us his card and asked for a review. I'm impressed that he came the same day that he was called and did the repair. It was really nice taking a shower this evening.

I called paradise plumbing because of their good reviews. The office lady was nice and pleasant. When the tech arrived he quoted me some astronomical price for this job. Ive had other more complex and messy jobs done that cost least. I should have waited for a few more days and call another company. Their price is way too high double what other companies charge. I dont know if its because i look like an easy target or if this is their general unscrupulous practice. Bottomline I would not make this mistake again.

Water heater is leaking and needs replacement. Called and was told to take pictures and we'll get back to you in a few days. Meanwhile if you need a service call we'll be happy to do an emergency call presumably to assist with your leak and cleanup and drain your water heater. Sure. Why not make the customer wait and charge them twice.

Great company! Ricardo professional! Our AC stopped working on 8/14, we called on 8/16 & Ricardo came out the very next morning appt for 8-9 am he arrived early around 7:50 he was very professional & polite he went right to work to access the problem, he was unable to fix because the part was not available from the distributor part is under warranty. He offered us a few options for us to think about 1 replacing unit or waiting 3-4 weeks for part etc., but with that something else could go wrong as apparently with speaking to many AC companies Goodman AC's only last about 10yrs it's 71/2 now Thanks airport expansion for the crappy AC unit you supplied. If you need AC or plumbing definitely call Paradise their work is spot on & they are professional (we had a plumbing issue a while back). The owner and/or managers called us twice after appt to offer us a few more options to help us out & they went above & beyond trying to get more info from goodman they are still working to help us. Great company they seem to care for there customers & the girls who answer phones A+ polite also.

I moved to the South West Florida area about two years ago. I didn't know anything about AC or Plumbing and when my AC unit broke in the dead of summer heat, I was worried. I didn't know who to call or even how to find someone that was trustworthy. Luckily, a friend recommended Paradise to me. I called them and that day they responded. When I called, Jason answered and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. He sent a guy out that day and they went over with me all the basics and what broke and how/why it happened. I was given a very fair price for them coming out that day and fixing my AC. Most companies will take advantage of knowing that their client doesn't know anything about AC or pricing but they were so kind and went over everything and the parts and prices with me. I recommend Paradise to all my friends and hope nothing but the best for this amazing company.

I had Paradise Plumbing give me a quote to replace my shower unit components: shower head nozzle, controller, etc.

They quoted me $319 per hour per person! Just for Labor !!

I bought all the components myself. I obviously didn't hire them.

So, after I posted the above on 5/31/23

I have had two calls from Matthew Rich the owner.

I'm at a Doctors office and I'm not taking calls as I find it rude to the other patients. So I emailed Mr. Rich my response to his first voice mail.

To which he calls me again from another number: his VM which I have saved says:

We need to speak to me man to man, etc. (Nice innuendo, stating I'm not a man because I can't take his call immediately)

Then he denies his labor rate is $319 per hour. Sorry, I have his estimator in my house telling me the job would be at least $1500+ and when I pushed back with- Why? His estimator stated: we bill $319 per hour for repair jobs per person. Less than that for new construction.

Companies like this tell you even for a basic job, a flat rate is safest for you the customer! That is nonsense !
$1600 for a 3 hour job? If they took more than 3 hours they should fire their plumber.

Now this is recorded on my ring camera system.

I have been in the trades since 1978, I own a development company, rehabbed hundreds of units, built hundreds of new units - houses & apartments. Currently I have close to 100 units in production or approved to be built in New England.

My wife has a lawyer on staff at $200 an hour. $319 for a plumber ? On what planet ?

In my opinion, I would look elsewhere.

I had a 14 year old Bosch tankless hot water heater that was installed when my house was built. The idiot plumber who my builder hired used all PVC piping and didn't install correctly - so that maintenance was impossible. I knew it would eventually have to be replaced, so I contacted Bosch for information on the right replacement model. I then found Paradise as they are listed as a Bosch authorized seller and installer. Greg came over shortly thereafter and saw what needed to be done - we went back and forth a few times to decide on a scope and timing. AS PROMISED, on the scheduled day, the highly experienced team was here to remove the old device and carefully install the new one. There was a slight hitch regarding venting - just one of those things, the fault of the original install - but Greg and I worked it out together, ordered the extra parts for next day delivery, and when they arrived, he arrived. We went through some testing steps and start up and everything is working flawlessly.

Working with Paradise was a pleasure from initial contact to project completion. I like working with craftspeople who are open to consultation with a knowledgable customer. I will absolutely work with them for all plumbing and propane issues in the future.

I can recommend Paradise unreservedly!!

Having to find a plumber is a stressful enough job, but having to find a plumber that can come out to your house in the middle of an emergency is even worse. After calling down the line of plumbers on Google, paradise had an opening and was able to come out ASAP. They found the issue quickly, referred a great drywall company to us, and got everything sorted out quickly, easily, and efficiently.

So naturally, when we had another plumbing issue two weeks later Paradise was the first company that I called. I spoke with Dustin who was able to help me out and get someone out there quickly so that we could avoid night fees and could actually have access to a shower that weekend. Dustin made things happen and really helped us out of a jam. He sent over Alan, who 10/10 did a fantastic job. Alan was over in 5-10 minutes and quickly identified and fixed the problem and replaced the cartilage in the shower.

We are still currently working through our first plumbing emergency (hello waiting on homeowners insurance) but there is no one else we would rather use than Paradise. What has been an incredibly stressful experience has been made a bit better by knowing that we have plumbers and a company that we can trust.

At first everything was great when I had a new water heater installed. The price was ok and I left a good review. Little over a year and the heater is no longer working! The guy came out to check and stated that the manufacturer would send new parts becauseparts were under warranty, but they would charge me $495 for labor.
We paid for a brand new heater and labor 14 months ago! Our old heater was there for almost 21 yrs with no issues.
That was obviously not a good heater and the customer should not have to pay over again for labor! Not happy !

Terrific Service from start to finish! Called Paradise Service Technologies yesterday afternoon as the hot water heater was flooding the garage. Spoke with Kim in the office who was a huge help in getting the tech, Octavio, over to the house immediately. Octavio determined the problem, had a new unit ordered within minutes and rearranged his schedule in order to fit us in at 8 am so that we could have hot water again! Paradise was the third plumber I called. None of the others could fix my problem and charged me anyway!!!
Then I called Paradise. They came out the same day and cleared the pipes in my laundry. They stick by their guarantee because the service person kept working until the water was running freely and he said he would not charge me unless he fixed it.

If you have a real problem,as I did, these are the people to call. Just about any plumber can install a new faucet or simple job but if your job might be complicated save some money and get it done right the first. They have the right equipment to get the job done.

I will call them again and I hope I don't need to.

Had an appointment in Parkland at 9am. I made it very clear that they needed to be here at 9am since I have work. They said no problem as it's the first appointment. No call, no text.......pathetic. UPDATE - gave them another chance. Appointment Saturday AM but they called and texted the wrong number even though they called me at my correct number to make the appointment? Of course, no show once again today! I told them they could come at 5pm and they called back a couple hours later but didn't leave a message. This company simply can't communicate........or show up!

The plumber was knowledgeable. But he looked for anything he could do to upsell me. Wanted to charge over $300 for simple pipe cap. A bit disappointing. Money is hard to come by.

They are very nice and very accommodating, but they are a 3-tier selling machine. Sales on phone, plumber tries to sell you then manager reaches out. They do the same thing when you buy a car. I liked them but I will keep looking. It all felt a bit over the top. This ultimately made me uncertain.

Too many people trying to make money and not enough technical assist.

I don't know where to start. I called them for an AC leakage for one unit in my building, and while they were fixing that unit, I was informed 2 AC units were leaking. They ended up fixing 3 AC units that day. The AC technicians were patient, kind, and informative. I will be using them again.

Great Service! I contacted Jason who immediately responded to my call.
The day the repairman was to come to my house, he came quite late, and I had to leave to work...so we rescheduled for Thursday.
Thursday didn't happen either due to a conflict of schedule, but I wasn't informed until much later....so we made it for Saturday morning.

Third time was the charm. Ronald came over, and took care of my clogged shower in minutes, which was a blessing, because we had a birthday party in the afternoon.
Their pricing is about the going rate for most services, but their friendly people and follow up make it a good all-american company to give business to.

Scheduling challenges aside, They are Highly recommended!!

Paradise has done two jobs in my apartment. The master plumber and his apprentice did an excellent job on both. They arrived on schedule, were neatly dressed and well spoken as well as respectful of my home. A few weeks ago they repaired a leak under a sink. I've had no leaks since and they were quiet and left the work area 100% spotless. Today I had a sink replaced in our laundry room. They did an excellent job. They arrived on time and were very courteous and well-spoken. They completed the work in a very timely manner, only about an hour and a half. Further, they cleaned up the work area so that the cabinetry around the newly installed sink looked like new (!!!), and the work area in the laundry room was spotless when they left! They are both total professionals! I cannot praise them enough.

The Condensing Unit that controls my kids' bedrooms froze up on Wednesday this week and by Thursday afternoon Jason and Saul had replacement parts for my 2004 Trane unit and we were back up and running. I hate to do this. Because the technician was really kind.

But as a company I felt big time scammed... They said no fee to dispatch a technician. That was true..... except when they get there they said it's going to be a $275 diagnostics fee or he won't even look at it. This is not what they said on the phone, they said it would be a free estimate.
What the f-.
I said so it's $275 minimum to fix the issue regardless? Yes. I ended up paying $350 to fix a shower that wasn't getting hot water. It took maybe 25 minutes. If I was told that up front, I wouldn't have scheduled with them. I would have called around. So buyer beware. Good reviews are throwing me off.....

We have a double sink, both sides were clogged, nothing we did on our own seemed to work; big plunger, small plunger, pouring hot water, drano...nothing‍. Before I start panicking, I always turn to yelp when I need anything! Especially when it comes to fixing things in the house.

These guys were right on time and very professional! They really came in a perfect time when our dual flush toilet was running for days/weeks.

Welp... Once again I have had the pleasure of using Paradise's services this time it was the plumbing side of the business.

On a Friday I noticed a strong sewer smell in the kitchen. I call Paradise and they send a plumber over in about an hour to investigate. It was determined that the drain from the kitchen sink had finally given due to its age. It was an original pipe from '56 when the home was built.

My first though was this is going to be expensive as to fix the problem the plumber wold have to go through the block on the out side of the house to repair the pipe. The plumber quoted me on the spot while I'm not going to say what I was quoted it was about half of what I was expecting to pay. Owning an older home I have had a few plumbing issues so I am somewhat knowledgeable as to the cost of plumbing work.

Paradise said they would be able to come on Monday morning to fix the issue. My first though was great, but I wasn't sure I could deal with the smell for the weekend. I called the corporate office and spoke with Jason. He said they usually only do emergency calls on the weekend but would see if one of their plumbers would be able to come to my home on their day off. I was pilling to pay a premium to have the work done on a Saturday. They were quickly able to find a plumber willing to loan me their day off so I could have a stink free home.

The next day bright and early 2 members of their team arrived and quickly got me up and running.

I called to get a quote for plumbing issues with my bathtub. The young lady I spoke with was very nice and scheduled me for a next day appointment. I was offered a 4pm-6pm window for service and I made sure to mention that I did not get off work until 4pm. I was assured it would be okay as this information would be passed on to the person coming out. At 3:57 I see someone at my door on my Ring doorbell. I am getting calls and texts from the company that there's someone at my door despite me mentioned I don't leave work until 4pm. They rescheduled me for Saturday with an 8am-3pm window. Spend the day at home waiting on someone to arrive and nothing. Companies who aren't reliable and considerate of their (likely) consumers are the worst kind there are. Maybe someone else will have a good experience but this is mine. Don't recommend.

Paradise Plumbing is as good as it gets. I recently had a water leak in my upstairs bathroom, and they were at my house within 30 minutes of the original call. Juan discovered the leak and quickly advised me on the next steps.

Paradise works with a contractor, Entrusted, and I can speak highly of both companies. You can tell they are in sync and made the whole process easy as possible.

Alan and Juan were fantastic on each visit to our home, and the communication was excellent. I had no idea what to do as a first-time homeowner, but they outline all the necessary steps and take the stress out of it.

I posted an earlier review telling of my experience with this company giving them a one star review. I received a call a few hours later from the person who had come to my house after the initial service call to assess the issue that had not been resolved during the first service call. He offered to send me pictures to prove that his assessment was correct and offered to refund the money paid for the initial service call.

I changed my rating from one star to three because of his phone call, but I still feel that the whole situation was handled incorrectly. I tried to just delete my review and forget it all, but Yelp would only allow an edit.

I recently reached out to Paradise Plumbing and Air Conditioning to fix a problem with our air conditioning system. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was exceptional. They were attentive, responsive and truly made me feel like a valued customer.

Ronald Saved me $1000 or possibly much more.

I had another plumber come out to see why my meter was constantly running. The city said I likely had a leak. That other plumber told me I'd have to dig out the pipe to find out where the leak is.

Ronald came out and took a look around. Within 10 mins he asked me what's this do? It was a faucet off to the side of the house I'd never used. Apparently the lawn people accidentally turned it on and the water to the old sprinkler unit was running non stop. Most of the sprinklers were broken/underground at this point so I never saw the water pouring out. He switched it off. Boom. Done. No leak. No need to dig up the yard. No, just simply turning off the switch.

Always get a second opinion, you may find a company like this one that actually knows what they are doing and don't just jump to the most expensive solution.

So grateful for the great service! Called this morning when my garbage disposal stopped working. They were kind enough to send me a video explaining how I might be able to fix it without the extra help. Unfortunately my disposal was leaking from the bottom so we determined it would have to be replaced. I spoke with Sabrina who was kind and answered my questions. She called me to let me know when the tech was on his way and that his name was Luis. Luis arrived shortly after my phone call with Sabrina. He was professional and worked so quickly. I had two of my children taking a nap but he worked so quickly and quietly that they stayed asleep! Super grateful to have this resolved in one day. Also, my new garbage disposal is so beautiful, I wish it wasn't under the counter so more people could see it, haha! Paradise Plumbing is great! I'll definitely be using them again.

Jason and Matt are the greatest. Matt took particular care to install my new coil and re-route the existing lines that my previous installer (from another company) did poorly. I had a few technical questions and Matt was very friendly and knowledgeable. His work was done expertly and efficiently and very clean. I'd say he's due for a raise! The A/C is blowing cold now and I couldn't be more pleased. I give them 10 stars!

I'll be patient and I'll keep you all posted.l.......... July 18,2016; I have to say... I wasn't sure what I was dealing with when I first started speaking to Matt, owner of this company. The guy really got it right and seriously restored my faith in their ethics and customer service. He learned that I flew out, only to hear if my a/c system was still making noise. It was. He came to my condo himself with a technician and made sure it was repaired before I left, back to Chicago.
Thank you for moving mountains to get this's on done. I know I am a bit of a perfectionist at times and over talked you a lot. You are one patient man and as far as I can tell very serious about your customers dollars being spent well.

I've used Paradise for both plumbing and AC. This is a great professional company. We had a leak somewhere between the house and the meter and the guys went looking for the leak in the pouring rain. They found it and put a temporary fix while we planned for a full line replacement due to the age and material of the existing pipe. It was successful replaced and it passed city inspection. Super happy with the work on the plumbing side.

Since I was happy I called them over for the AC side. I wanted them to look at my AC which was installed by a different company the year before but I had noticed weird issues. Sure enough Matt was able to find a few wiring issues like the C wire not being properly connected at all as well as the fan and condenser connected together. A big mess but it was resolved quickly. I got a few quotes for both bathroom exhaust fans as well as replacement of the AC ducts in the house which I am looking to do in the near future.

You can't go wrong calling Paradise. Jason who manages the Yelp is super quick to respond to messages (minutes!) including email.

Our a/c died on us at 9pm on a Sunday night (unit is only 5 yrs old). By 11:30pm Paradise dispatched the most professional, charismatic & authentic individual by the name of Cole. By 1am Cole informed us that it was the compressor, which would cost about $1900 and we would need to find out if it was under warranty come Monday. Long story......Cole was phenomenal, he even offered to assist us with moving a mattress to florida room where we had a mini split unit. Great experience so far!!

I had a shower drain backing up. I phoned the office and had nice greeting and a prompt call back with an appointment time. The service rep showed up at the time expected. He cleared out the drain and cleaned up after doing so. I will call them back for any other issues. I also found the price very reasonable. Very happy with this company.

Jason, the owner, is more than accommodating - he contacted me several times by phone and by email to make sure everything was OK. This company has an answering service that answers the phone 24/7 and Jason or Chris (?) actually gets back to you right away. That's pretty rare these days. The plumbers who came on two occasions were Greg and Luis, and both were awesome, Nice guys, good plumbers, cleaned up after themselves and were in-and-out right away. Everyone from the management down was terrific. They even called after Luis left to make sure everything was done well and we were happy. And... this company was $50 less than our previous plumber for the same work. I would definitely use them again!

THEY WILL NOT SHOW UP. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. We made an appointment with these people one week in advance to get a quote for our bathroom. They ensured us that we were first in line on a Monday morning, so I took the morning off and waited for them patiently. Around 10:30am they still had not showed up, so I gave them a call. Now we were second in line, and they would be there by 12pm. At 12:15pm, they still were not at my home, so I give them another call. Now the same lady (Susan) tells me that they cannot send anybody today and that we have to schedule for 3 days from now. Like plumbing issues are not URGENT.

These people are unreliable. They will toy around with you and not show up to their appointments.

These guys were terrific. I needed to have a new thermostatic cartridge put in the shower in my new home. Within hours I had Alan at my door ready to go. In about 30 minutes he was done and all was working fine. Definitely a relief and a job well done. Hopefully I won't have to, but I know who to call if anything else pops up.

What an awesome company! My dad has used them several times in the past. We ended up with a badly clogged sink on a Saturday morning. We called, and Juan came within a few hours. Fast, friendly, quality service!!! We highly recommend this company, and will call them again when the need arises!

After reading so many good reviews about this place I was shocked about their customer service and price. Prior to even looking at my problem the technician gave me an astronomical cost for repair. How can you come up with a cost without even diagnosing the problem? As soon as he arrived he wanted to charge a $700 for a simple snaking of our a drain. He then proceeded to tell me that the prior two customers paid $800!I would never call this company again. The $200 Service charge is a scam. Beware!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I came home from vacation to find our home at 90 degrees inside. Matt and his associate came out at 8:30pm to fix our AC, they were here 15 mins since my first call to them- we couldn't be more satisfied with their friendly, quick service. They were highly knowledgeable and took the time to show us photos/videos and explain what was going on. While I hope I won't be needing their services again, I will be a repeat customer to Paradise in the future and I highly recommend them to all. Thank you again guys

They came to my rental to look at a leak outside. It turned out to be a bad hose in the refrigerator leaking out the door. I decided I could fix that. I was expecting a trip charge. I had used them on a job a few months before. There was no charge!!! He called it a courtesy inspection. Very halyard surprised. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Luis was probably the best plumber I have ever met. He was very courteous and went way above and beyond to help us with our issue. As it turns out we needed to clear a main line. He cleaned during the procedure as well as after. Kept us informed and was extremely attentive. The office was impressive as well. No up charge and quite reasonably priced. I would encourage anyone to use this company if you need to.

AC tech said there was a leak, noticed some oil around the coils outside, but wanted 1K to detect the leak! My regular AC tech was able to come out and diagnosed the leak in less than 5 minutes (the coils), & he laughed real hard when I told him that leak quote.

Stay away from these classic rip-off style Florida AC thieves.

I was going to leave a bad review after my appointment for plumbing services was 2 hours late! But when Juan arrived, he was very professional, he explained everything clearly to both my husband and myself and didn't just do fast talking just to make money! We decided to let him continue with the service and he did an awesome job, he explained every step as he did it and charged exactly what he quoted ... with no last minute 'add-on' fees. When you're a service business like plumbing or a/c your reputation rests entirely on the service techs who interact with customers and do the actual work. I just had Paradise do two jobs for me and both technicians were excellent. The first job was to replace a bad A/C fan module and motor and the second was to install a new hot water heater. Jason is the boss and reached out to me when I sent out requests for quotes on Yelp. His price was competitive and he was able to send techs out the next day in both cases. It's especially nice when they showed up within the scheduled time interval and called 30-60 minutes in advance of arrival. For both jobs, it couldn't have gone smoother. Matt was the A/C tech and Greg handled the water heater. Beautiful work, thanks guys!

Paradise Plumbing and Mark in particular did a phenomenal job in restoring my kitchen plumbing - not only bringing it up to code after another plumber botched the job but the manner in which they conducted themselves, explaining their plans and reviewing code with me every step of the way, was very reassuring.

Having a problem with my OLD a/c. Based on reviews I contacted Paradise after hours and received an email confirmation shortly and spoke with the office the next morning. Excellent customer service scheduling a call back with a tech and scheduling my appt for the next morning. Tim from service arrived 2 min early and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. Complete waste of time! Came to my house and gave me a quote for $1998.50. I had another gas guy do it for $640. Wanted to up sell, up sell, up sell. I already had gas in my attic. They wanted to completely re run the gas line form out side the house inside the garage down the wall. I told the estimated absolulely not. He said I needed a regulator with out looking out side to see that I already had one on the same line. The estimator was arrogant and angry.

BEWARE. Simply needed the hot and cold connections to my washing machine replaced. Was given no estimate. The only tool involved was a wrench and some plumbing tape and they initially wanted $300 for a job that took less than 20 minutes. They came back with 254 and I finally settled on 170 only because the tech sent was great and l just wanted it done. Should've just said, take me to court

Submitted a quote request for 2 faucets that were dripping and a hot water issue. No quote provided. Plumber comes out, ran the faucets for several minutes and whoa, there's hot water.

I get charged $89.99 for service for this for 2 faucets that still leak and to be told if I run 3 gallons of water first I'll have hot water and to keep any eye on the one sink that isn't getting hot water....that is You Tube level, certainly not what I call in an experienced plumbing company for.

To be fair, I've used them twice before for other services that were decent. Plumbing, not so much.

Technician showed up two hours late and wanted $195.00 for 5 minutes worth of work that was eventually done by someone else. Though not as bad as Roto-*****r's estimate, seriously, an experienced person could have done this for $100.00 and I would have paid it. Attempting to charge me $195.00 for 5 minutes worth of work is ludicrous. I have an advanced degree,with 20+ years experience, and I don't charge that much money for my services.

My new kitchen faucet started to leak. I called this plumbing company because of the good reviews. The plumber came out promptly and determined that there was a defective cartridge and he would have to order it from the manufacturer and he also did some minor work removing screens in the bathroom drains.

His bill was $170.00 for this visit. We received the part and I called for a return to install the part. I asked if there would be no or only a nominal charge to return. I was told that it would be another $170.00. I asked if there would be a discount since I paid paid $170.00 already and she said well you have to pay for them to come out but the tech would determine if a credit can be applied. When the tech came to the house I gave him this information and he said he could not give me any discount and would tell the office. I was called the next day offering a $40.00 return.

I would like to know if this is an excessive amount to pay for the replacement of a $15.00 part covered by the manufacturer and would like to hear from others on the reasonableness of this price.

Considering it was last minute and on a Saturday I was very happy with their response time. Technician was great at explaining the problem and making sure everything was taken care of promptly.

AC Paradise has taken steps to correct the prior problems.

As we all know, many companies gives us lip service and then do nothing to correct the issues.

AC Paradise has not gave lip service, AC Paradise actually took action to fix the short comings and took corrective active since my last review.

This is what has changed my mind from not recommending this company, to now recommending this company.

Greg and his crew are true professionals. They replaced our entire home drainage system without tearing up the floors, by tunneling to the exterior baths, rerouting the kitchen plumbing through the exterior wall and trenching around both sides of the home to the city tap. Truly an amazing job! They submitted a very detailed estimate/contract and didn't nickel and dime us with change orders the way many contractors do when something needs to be modified. They also handled the permitting process expeditiously. Everything went according to plan on our project. They were very responsive and personable, and their attention to detail was impressive.

Paradise was the first company to show up and give an estimate. I have a plumber friend who couldn't make it, and I know what he charges on the side and what his company charges. Paradise was actually cheaper than my friends company's full rate. Greg showed up and looked very presentable, gave me a quote and left. Next plumber showed up and was disgusting, period. To connect a 6-inch gap so I could have hot water upstairs, he wanted 3x the price. I called Paradise again and Greg came back within the hour and replaced a master shut off valve in my condo and reconnected my hot water pipe that was accidentally destroyed during construction. I know nothing about plumbing pipes, but he sure made it look pretty. Customer service was professional, although on one of the calls the lady was a little forward asking about the other company who showed up to give an estimate. Overall, I would use them again based on competitive pricing, professionalism, appearance, and great customer service.

I cannot speak on having work done by this company, but I dealt with them in a different way. My former boss hired Paradise to do plumbing work for him, in which they completed the work to the customer's satisfaction.
My boss told me to cover the bill so I did as a favor. Turns out that my boss took my money and ran.
I notified the business owner Matt and he assisted in getting me my money back even though paradise was paid off and did not have to help me.
I can say that this is the most honest business owner that I've ever met in my life. He and his company hold themselves to very high standards with much integrity, and honesty is very very hard to find nowadays. I'd recommend Paradise to anyone.

We discovered that we had a pipe leaking inside the wall. We had to turn the water off to the entire house to stop the leak. Obviously an emergency situation because we had no water. Alan from Paradise was out to the house within a couple hours, and although he had to open up the wall, he successfully found and repaired the pipe. He also cleaned things up and stayed to make sure the pipe was no longer leaking. An extremely satisfying experience, Paradise is now my go-to plumber!

Paradise AC came out right in the time slot they promised and got my AC back up and running quickly. Ray was a very professional and informative technician and he replaced the capacitor and then scheduled me for a coil cleaning. A few days later Cole came out and cleaned my system thoroughly. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was super friendly. It makes me happy to have my system running better than ever, and have people working on my home that are happy to educate me and are super polite. I will definitely call Paradise again, but I shouldn't need to for a while now that everything has been maintained! And the price was much better than what I'd been previously quoted too!

When I was showering this morning, the handle to turn it on and off came off when I turned it off. We called Paradise Plumbing & Air Conditioning and they said they would be over between 12-4. Kevin came over at 5 to 12. He spent over 2 hours as it wasn't a simple handle replacement. He showed us that the thing that the handle was broken as well and would need to be replaced. 2 1/2 hours later, it was fixed and the shower is back in use. He mentioned that if the valve needed to be replaced it would be double the $730 that it would cost us. Fortunately the valve didn't need to be replaced.

We found Kevin to be personable and competent. Also glad that he was here about 2 1/2 hours after we called.

These folks are the best! From the schedulers to the technicians. My husband is paralyzed on his right side from a stroke and needed a specialized toilet installation. Paradise worked with us during the Corona Virus pandemic to get it installed. They recommended electricians and worked with them to coordinate installation. The plumber who came to work on my shower was great. He was knowledgeable, skillful, polite and respectful. It's too bad he works for this company.

I can't speak well for the company who would not give me a breakdown of costs. They claimed it was standard procedure, but I find that to be bull. When I inquired about the cost of the replacement part, somebody on the receiving end let it slip that the cost was $100--I don't think he was supposed to say that...uh-oh! But still, they would not issue a breakdown.

The cost for the replacement repair was $675.00; so, doing the math, the company makes $575.00, right?...and what does the plumber make from that is a mystery. I call this a ripoff. And, of course, I had already spent $275 for an analysis of the repair which took minutes to evaluate. Total cost: $950 for a shower diverter.

Of course, when you need a plumber fast, it's all about who can be there first.
