I messed up some wires in my parents house while changing out switches and called Schuman Electric. They sent Jeremy who came showed up on time isolated the problem and repaired it at a fair price. He looks like a character off of men in black but he knew what he was doing and didn't milk time. Really liked them and would recommend them to anyone

We called Wade when we were remodeling our kitchen. We needed appliance hookups, new lighting installed, and several new outlets installed  He was so professional and thorough in his work. He'd discuss our needs with us and offer suggestions when we were unsure.  I trust Wade and his work and there is no better review that. Highly recommend. Never thought I would ever appreciate or love an electrician/electric company. Installers took their time measuring and confirming light placement with me to make sure I was happy and confident in my decision. Showed me the different color light settings to pick a good one. Cleaned up their mess (advised they needed to cover my belongings just in case). And were out of here in record time. Pleasant experience and already have a request for additional work in the future!

Contacted Dave by phone to get an estimate. Was told to send an email and he would get back to me. He said he couldn't give an estimate unless he came out and looked. We spent a week going back and forth on emails, trying to get him to come out. Never responded to my phone call. Last email from him informed me that he was now going on a 2 week vacation and cannot help me. He never came out to give an estimate. Never said upfront he was going on vacation and wouldn't be able to do anything for 2 weeks. I wasted an entire week for nothing. Doesn't seem very responsible. Would not recommend and will never use.

I was extremely disappointed when I was charged a full service charge that is typically $80 (I paid $75) for a two minute visit.  I honestly tried exactly everything that the electrician did but for some strange reason it worked when he did it.  I did not expect that I should pay nothing but did believe that there should have been some kind of discount.  When I called the front office to inquire as to the possibilities of a lesser amount I was treated with total disrespect.  The woman discussed how I obviously have no idea how to run a business as charging full price is the status quo.  When I question good customer service that encourages a person to suggest their company as fair she again suggested that I did not have the experience in running a business.   I then discussed my thoughts of going elsewhere given the treatment and she informed me that she did not care where I went.  Needless to say, I will never use this company again.  For the record, I do make house calls in my business and no we don't always charge in every case where it is clear there is no need to.
