I had several small jobs. They are busy so I schedule time about a month out. The service techs arrived on time, performed the work in a timely manner and throughly cleaned up an debris left behind.

I would recommend this company and I will use them again.

Dan came on New Years Even for a minor emergency. Where do you get service like that these days? Anchor Electric is the place!

Preston Electric has very fast service.  I called others in the area and could not get anyone to come out today or they did not return my calls.
The servicemen were professional in every way.  I will call them again when I need service. Thank you Preston Electric.  You were GREAT!!!!

Never call back when they say they are going to. Decent rate of $125 an hour plus parts, but you can't get them to get you on their schedule so not sure it's even worth it. Very disappointing since their secretary nancy is so nice. Just can't seem to deliver.

James answered my call and Connor came to my home. He was professional and knowledgeable. He found/solved the problem quickly so I could get back to my day. Their rates are comparable to others but it's like comparing apples to oranges, I can tell they care about what they do. I'll hire them for future projects.

5 Stars for the Electrician coming out *right* on schedule and fixing our electrical problem within 15 minutes! We couldn't figure out why the Conservatory's light no longer WORKED when the light was switched on. He fixed it in a jiffy and even gave us some ideas on improving our doorbell!

2 Stars for the debacle trying to GET the appointment! I called our home insurance, American Home Shield, who said they'd have Quality Electric contact us. Never happened. After 3 days I called Quality Electrical myself. I asked for an appointment and she said someone would call me back. Never happened. On my second call to Quality Electric I received a DAY but no specific time. I was told I'd get a phone call *back* with the appointment call once they spoke with the technicians. Never happened.

On my THIRD call to Quality Electric to get a my *appointment TIME* I was finally given a time! However, I got a phone call BACK from them that day saying they gave me an incorrect time because they, Thought the appointment was for today, not the upcoming Thursday.

So, after 4 phone calls to Quality Electric I finalized my appointment TIME and the technician was prompt and efficient. But Lord almighty!!!! How hard is it to look in an appointment book?!?

I have had multiple AC repair companies come to my home due to two units failing and my Home warranty trying to repair vs replace 18 plus-year-old units. The unit that went out last year had 5 different AC companies come and try to repair after 6 months and 20 visits the unit was replaced.
My first interaction with All Care was surprising, after calling to schedule an appointment, they had a tech out the same day. He got the unit running but said he would recommend replacement as no repair would keep this unit efficiently working.
When the replacment day came they were out on time if not early. When I got home I found the new unit was not cooling, called them and they sent out a tech that night. Everything was good.
Customer service was incredible, techs were polite and knowledgable.
I highly recommend the customer service alone.
I do not know what their prices are due to our home warranty but even if they were a few dollars more it would be worth it for the service alone.

came out and replaced a circuit breaker and found
my sump pump, was not working , so he found the
circuit breaker that  had been put in by a different  person who put it in was
way to small to handle the sump pump ,  
 they were all very nice and helpful in showing me what needed to be done , they are putting in the right circuit breaker,
the price they charged me was very reasonable.
I well without hesitation recommend this company to everyone

This company did all the work on our new home. The worst I have ever seen. Can't read plans. Did whatever they wanted to do and all bad. DO YOUSELF A FAVOR. pick another company we regret our builder using them. Took Care of it today. Crappy company and Builder.
