Last year I had two different companies give me estimates for a whole house generator. I was pleased to find that AJ's Generators had the best estimate and consultation. Of course, I went with AJ's Generators to do the job. There were some issues not related to the product or installation, essentially inspection problems. Adam was very helpful and professional in getting these issues resolved. He kept me updated as the job progressed. I waited a year before giving this review to see how well the generator worked and to see if any problems occurred. The generator has performed flawlessly and I'm very glad I went with AJ's Generators. I would highly recommend him and am very pleased with the generator, installation and follow up. Thank you.

He was prompt and very fairly priced. It's not too often that you call to have an electrician come out and the master electrician is the one doing the work. Roby the owner was very difficult to work with. He kept changing what we had agreed to and he would say I'm not doing it that way for what your paying! Felt I was being highjacked in my own home. He refused to let me know when he would be here, his crew would say they would be here at 0800 and not show until 11 or 12 and one day not at all. It ended with a heated argument on the phone and when he said you don't have enough money for me to tell you when ill be there, I hung up! He also said he would not finish unless I paid more upfront. The quote he said it would be done in 2-3 days and now it's day 4 he is saying about another week unless we pay more. It's been a stressful week dealing with this. Just had a big rain storm and discovered they drilled a hole in my new metal roof! They also drilled a hole in the siding! We also have 2 big scrathes in the bathroom sink, hopefully thats all but we just keep finding more stuff they screwed up! I hope any of you that do dare use RF Electrical get better service than I did. There is more but this is the high lights.
