I needed a quick repair done in order to move forward on a project and I stumbled across Duval Electric on Google. Artur, the owner, answered my call and told me he could be out that afternoon. He was prompt and very fairly priced. It's not too often that you call to have an electrician come out and the master electrician is the one doing the work. If you need work done I would definitely give Artur a call!

As they say, when it rains, it pours! Someone give me an umbrella quick! I bought my home about twenty years ago and when I did, I had to purchase all new appliances. Well, our stove quit on us first. So, I looked behind the stove and the plug in box looked a little wobbly. So I got on Yelp and found All Service and called them. They said maybe, Friday or Monday they'd come out and check things out. They forgot about us. I called them on Tuesday and they rescheduled with me. I was just about to call another Electric Company, because I thought they forgot about me again. Just as I was about to dial, two very nice and polite service men showed up.
Sure enough, I did need a new box. But guess what, he had just used his last one at the last customers house(likely story). He seemed genuine and promised to come back the next day and he did. He plugged in my stove and said the box shorted out and blew up my stove, so I do need to purchase a new stove. He only charged me for one hour of service. I was very pleasantly surprised and happy. I will always call them when I need them. Very fair and reasonably priced. I believe it is $98.00 to show up and $25.00 every quarter hour. You can beat that! Call them if you have electrical issues.

I have used Tommy several times. Refered him several times. Everything done on time and done professionally.
Delayed one day as he was ill.  Not a problem.

I would give 5 Stars but I have been tought there is always room for improvement.

Very unprofessional and dishonest. Incomplete work, never returned for repairs and other work he was compensated UPFRONT for, and dishonest about every appointment and time set. Still has not completed work to this date and was hired and paid 3 weeks ago.
