We had 4 outlets that were not working and Advanced Electric of North Florida was the closest. Paul fixed the outlets and he is so professional and so nice. I highly recommend Advanced Electric. Thank you

If I could give ten stars I would. I had to get a new water heater but it could not be hooked up to my old and dangerous electric panel. I called several companies and it was hard to get someone to come out. One did come out and charged 100$ just for and estimate. But Crawford was here within two days, no charge for an estimate, did a wonderful job and were extremely professional. They have my business forever!

I just bought a house that I am remodeling.  I have had Darrell's out twice now for various small projects and they have been great - efficient, courteous and do a fantastic job!

After speaking with several area electricians last month about installing a ceiling fan on a 16' high ceiling I decided to go with Empire based on reviews here. I set a date for Jan 3rd, confirmed the date a week ago and called in the AM to confirm the appt for later on that day. I was told that I would receive a call 1/2 hour before arrival. No call but two electricians showed up in the time frame. Only problem was they had no idea that the ceiling was 16' high, as I had discussed when setting this appt, it was not listed on their work order and they did not have a ladder. They said that they could come back the next day and I agreed, even adding some additional work to my order. 9-10 AM was the agreed upon time. By 2 PM it was pretty evident that no one was going to show. And during all of this there was not even a call from the company apologizing for the error. So I wasted 1.5 days of my own time on what should have been a simple swap out. I cannot say whether they do good work or not but as far as customer service goes I cannot recommend them. I have scheduled the install with another electrician for next week.

If you need a pool electrician this is the guy to call. Reliable, expert and lifelong member of the community. Very trustworthy.

We just used this company for the first time, but it will not be the last. They came quickly, were prompt, courteous and did a wonderful job.

Nice guys. Was a silly little problem, they came and told us what was wrong and only charged $39 service call. They could have been one of those that ham it up and over charge you, but they were honest. Thx!

We own several properties, and Larry has done work in all of them. He is fast, meticulous and definitely knows what he is doing. He's a down-to-earth guy, and always in a good mood. He is very fair with his pricing and always bills us directly, even when we have had work done through a contractor.

Out of all the professionals we've had to deal with during the past 3 remodels that we've done, he has by far been the easiest and best to deal with.

The communication was excellent from the first phone call.  I explained that my father was on a new oxygen machine and it blew a circuit so I needed to have that checked as well as the breaker.   I was able to get an early appointment the next day which I was happy with.   Later that afternoon she called to say they had availability that day.   Matthew called me to tell me he was on his way and was so kind.   My father wasn't thrilled because this was something he used to be able to do.   But was very complimentary about the fellas and their work when it was completed.   I will defiantly be calling them in the future.  Thank you so much!

Peacock electric was very professional in every aspect. From returning phone calls to the techs that came to my house. The tech I dealt with was Mike, he kept me informed the whole time. He even came back on his own time to double check the pressures and to double check all of his welds.

I would recommend them to anyone, their price was more than fair.

When the technician came out to give the quote, he was very professional and reassuring that the work was going to go well - and although extensive - could be done in one day. When the day of the work came, the technician arrived with two additional techs and began work. We expected the work to last 5-6 hours, for the main panel, and then expected to have power back in the house, while they completed pulling the new circuits. THANK GOD WE HAD A GENERATOR! The techs arrived around 9am and did not finish until 11pm - YUP, 14 HOURS! It was beyond ridiculous. Without our generator we would have lost 100s of dollars in groceries from our refrigerator/freezer, the house ended up being 85 degrees for us to try and sleep that night, we tried calling the main office - multiple times to see what could be done to get the work completed faster/sooner (send out some other techs, etc.) - but no response - not even when I left multiple requests for them to call me back the next day. We received nothing but I'm sorry and was then handed the bill for $7,350.00. Our pool cleaner was stepped on and broken - we were not told - and our brand new broom and dustpan set were taken when they were cleaning up. Based on our experience I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN! It was A LOT of money to have such an awful customer service experience!

Highly recommended, but I am highly disappointed in the lack of response. In December they were recommended for a job to dig up a pipe with root invasion and replace it. 5 star, all the way around. Now 3 months later I have roots in another portion of the same pipe. THEY COULD NOT HAVE CHECKED. Drains backed up last Saturday and they came for a $495 clearing, and was supposed to come to estimate and set up the repair/replacement. NO SHOW!!! (I even called to confirm during the appointment time and was told, he will be on the way, you are the first appointment) and I missed 2.5 hours of work to meet. NO CALL, NO SHOW. No sorry we missed our first appointment and didn't call.
I asked a manager to call me, Roger, Field manager. He said yes ma'am, as I told him the situation and said he would have an Install Manager call, Pat or Mark. It's the end of the week and no call. I guess I will call and beg them to respond. Everyone who as asked how this is going at my work and church are surprised at their performance. Guess they used to be much better.

I had a service window of 9-12 this morning.  It is now after 2 and no one has arrived or called.  I called at 12 and was told someone would be here by 1:30.  I just called again and was told that someone should be here by 2:45.  I had things to do today so I really don't appreciate the delay and lack of communication.

John was extremely consultative throughout the entire process, prompt in his communications and flexible with his schedule.  Could not ask for anything more.  Highly recommend as his ability to troubleshoot symptoms from afar made my family's life much easier.
