These guys first added a whole home surge protection in my prior home.  Then we used them to install a Tesla charger.  Then they did all the wiring for our new custom home and more Tesla chargers.  They are the best electrical contractors in Jax bar none.  I recommend them unequivocally for quality, professionalism, and service/reliability.  You can't go wrong with these guys. An elderly friend needed some extensive electrical repair & fixture replacement. They were promptly there when they said they would be & were even better when they returned to do the work & found out there were more fixtures purchased for install than we originally told them. Although they had to split the install into two visits, it was still a most pleasant experience. They are the most courteous, kind, patient people I have had to deal with in customer service in a very long time. If you want high quality work and a level of customer service hard to find in today's environment, call them, you won't regret it!!

After our originally scheduled electrician canceled a day prior, we called Lighthouse.  They were able to come to our rescue the next day.  The price of work is fair and we'd definitely​ hire them again. Jason was extremely helpful to accommodate​ our needs.

We own several properties, and Larry has done work in all of them. He is fast, meticulous and definitely knows what he is doing. He's a down-to-earth guy, and always in a good mood. He is very fair with his pricing and always bills us directly, even when we have had work done through a contractor.

Out of all the professionals we've had to deal with during the past 3 remodels that we've done, he has by far been the easiest and best to deal with.

The communication was excellent from the first phone call.  I explained that my father was on a new oxygen machine and it blew a circuit so I needed to have that checked as well as the breaker.   I was able to get an early appointment the next day which I was happy with.   Later that afternoon she called to say they had availability that day.   Matthew called me to tell me he was on his way and was so kind.   My father wasn't thrilled because this was something he used to be able to do.   But was very complimentary about the fellas and their work when it was completed.   I will defiantly be calling them in the future.  Thank you so much!

Peacock electric was very professional in every aspect. From returning phone calls to the techs that came to my house. The tech I dealt with was Mike, he kept me informed the whole time. He even came back on his own time to double check the pressures and to double check all of his welds.

Mr. Sparky just saved us a lot of money. I give them very high marks for honestly and customer service, particularly for a young electrician named Travis. Our electricity was out late at night. JEA told us it was a main breaker and our problem. We sent photos of the breaker to a different highly rated company (American Electric), and they told us it that because it was an obsolete Sylvania breaker, we would have to go without power overnight and pay over $1,600 for a whole new panel.Their charge just to look at it was $325. We called Mr. Sparky for a second opinion. They immediately identified the breaker from the photo as a Seimens, had it in stock, came out immediately, convinced JEA that their meter was bad, and fixed our problem at 1 a.m. for a few hundred dollars. Mr. Sparky also noted that Seimens and Sylvania (which is NOT obsolete)  are interchangeable in our panel. Mr. Sparky saved us a lot of money and inconvenience. If you want honest and professional work, don't use anyone else

Worsts experience ever . Unprofessional, unorganized... never again!!!  Would not recommend. Save urself the wasted time money and energy

Highly disappointed, we went through our home warranty company that called this provider. He came and took the fan down and then left it in the middle of my daughters room and then gave me the run around for a week. He then marked the claim complete and finally I heard that he cannot fix the problem and that it isn't covered and that he isn't comfortable doing it and to find another electrician. A complete waste of time!
