Chip Thomas of EF Thomas and Sons was our top choice after reviewing a total of 3 electricians who came out to our house and gave us a cost estimate.  Chip was the only one who actually gave us a bid not an estimate and he completed the job on budget.  Throughout his interactions with us he was very helpful informing us of options.  He made it clear his goal was for us to be happy with the end results and we were.  His lighting upgrade to our 2006 built house made it seem new with recessed lighting, all LED lights and changing out many old fixtures for modern.  His team never left a mess and they got the job done in the time Chip had projected.
Later we thought of some other a few additional upgrades we wanted and Chip was just as helpful, on time and on budget even though this was a much smaller piece of work for him.  We would recommend him without reservation.

If you need electrical work, I cannot recommend Kelly electric highly enough. They come when they say they're going  to and the work is done well and efficiently.

I thought I needed new fans. It turned out that all I needed was the remote codes reset and an understanding of how the dimmer function worked on the remotes. I just saved a great deal of money.

I've used them over several years for interior and exterior work. They're great!

I was able to get an estimate very quickly, and had an appointment scheduled within a couple of days. Technician was professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up prior to leaving. The work was completed exactly as quoted and matched existing home layout, you could not tell what was original work and what was added. Parts used were quality and price was fair.

Recently had a problem with lights flickering in my house. Decided to call an electrician that advertises on TV all the time. They also service AC & Plumbing so I thought good deal. I'll have one company that does AC, Plumbing and Electrical work. A Repairman came out and although he was very courteous he was not able to fix the problem, he had to call his boss many times, he was at a loss. After 3 hours of frustration he gave up, and said next step is to rewire breaker box and maybe the rooms that were being effected. He said he was leaving & told me the bill would be $300.00 Problem not fixed! I said I am not paying him, call your boss, I want to talk to him which he would not talk to me. He adjusted the bill to $125.00. Service man left with lights still flickering. Next I called T&M Electric and talked to Kimberly. She set up an appointment the next morning at 7:30am. Three men showed up at 7:10am and went to work diagnosing and repairing the problem. NO NEW BOX OR REWIRING AS PER OTHER REPAIRMAN, The workers were fast and very knowledgeable.... ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND T&M ELECTRIC. By the way the trouble was a bad breaker.

John is amazing, courteous, very prompt & efficient. Addressed the  issue quickly and reasonably priced. I'm definitely working in the future with him in the future.

These guys knocked a job out of the park another local electrician turned down.  Other guys wanted to open walls & wreak havoc.  Glad they turned it down!  No holes, under budget & help with tracing cable outlets to boot.  Call these guys first!

Damian is professional, extremely knowledgeable and very kind.  He responded quickly, was able to schedule my project in just a few days and completed the project to perfection!  His prices are fair too.

He was also wonderful to my dog who kept bothering Damian to play :-)  I highly recommend Damian for all your home projects.

Had a bunch of outlets put in and an overheard microwave electric ran. Put some new outlets outside as well and made better an existing pool outlet. Also put lights up in the garage.

I am a long-time customer of American Electric. About six weeks ago, when my terminally ill father was in at home palliative care, our electricity went out. I was fully panicked-- there were so many things we needed to utilize for him that required electricity or refrigeration. The following morning, I called Coastal and explained the situation. The team came over promptly, diagnosed the issue, worked with the city for the permit, and coordinated with the electric company. Everything was so organized and so quick-- and within a few hours of me calling, everything was up and running. The staff was truly wonderful-- from Lisa in the office to the owner, Trey, to the two gentlemen who came out on the service call. Their prices are fair and reasonable, and they put so much heart and care into what they do. I am beyond grateful for the team at Coastal and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Super helpful...even after hours.   Definitely recommend this company, he talked to me about the issue and offered free advise and then came out to check it for us when we couldn't fix it on our own.
