Chip and his team are awesome. We had been looking for a local electrician to install a level 2 charging outlet for around a year and finally this company arrived!. I am so thankful to have them in our community.

wow!!!!! kelly electric electrician matt arrived right on schedule!!! matt is a very efficient, polite, and knowledgeable employee---i enjoyed sitting out of the way....watching matt install 5 recessed lighting fixtures and and switches.  he also removed 4 flourescent  light fixtures.

I was able to get an estimate very quickly, and had an appointment scheduled within a couple of days. Technician was professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up prior to leaving. The work was completed exactly as quoted and matched existing home layout, you could not tell what was original work and what was added. Parts used were quality and price was fair.

Do you know how hard it is to find a good electrician near Melrose?  They either don't exist, don't show or are too busy.  Jimmy Dennis, the owner of Ray's Electric, gave us an estimate and came back to do the work perfectly in record time -- all at a terrific price.  My only hesitation in giving an ecstatic review is that I won't be able to get an appointment if they get too busy!!!

T&M has helped me three times.  Each time they have been very responsive, professional and effective.  Quickly diagnosing and repairing wiring faults and paying attention to not charge for materials that were not essential.  This company will fix your problems.  The call center and workmen are VERY friendly and professional. These folks know electricity and customer service. A+++++

John helped my sister and I repair an electrical issue with my late dad's home so we could put it on the market.  His communication was stellar, he was on time, extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.  He helped make a process that is difficult a little easier and I am very grateful.  I highly recommend his services.

The electricians are professional, courteous and efficient. They did not try to prolong the  work to charge more.... and they did an excellent job installing my new light fixtures, replacing two old ceiling fans and a light switch.  I will call Johnny's Electric for all my electrical needs.

Not helpful or nice people.   I requested an estimate and he responded that they are to busy.  Then, I stated that I only needed an estimate and could provide pictures and measurements.  We all know that when we are looking for competent people to hire, you look for a few different estimates.  Unfortunately, this is the first negative experience I've had in this area.  I hope it is the last.  Very RUDE.

Do not use this company.  THEY decide when they want to do the work,  not the person hiring them to do the work. They will only work if paid in full up front.  No guarantees of when they will start.  I had to fire then after nothing was done on my electrical work for six months.  Not a friendly or cooperative business.  YOU HAVE BEEN NOTICED!

I had the pleasure of having Clay and Robert work on my home today.  They were both very fast, professional, clean, and courteous.  They possessed all the values I appreciate when I need help around my home.  This is the reason I will always call American Electric for all my electrical needs!! Thanks guys!!

I couldn't be more happy. The guys were super professional, super friendly and I could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. They arrived on time. They were very professional and friendly. They were knowledgeable and was able diagnosed the problem right away and fix it in less than an hour.
