Positive experience with this company.  Technicians were on time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient for inspection of wiring and installation of new lithium battery smoke detectors.

Crawford Electric was hired to have my business electrical inspection done. After they got us the ok, JEA dropped the ball. Our new business was going to be without electric and during the Jan freeze of 2014. Mr. Crawford and his son came over after hours and solved our problems. An elderly friend needed some extensive electrical repair & fixture replacement. They were promptly there when they said they would be & were even better when they returned to do the work & found out there were more fixtures purchased for install than we originally told them. Although they had to split the install into two visits, it was still a most pleasant experience. They are the most courteous, kind, patient people I have had to deal with in customer service in a very long time. If you want high quality work and a level of customer service hard to find in today's environment, call them, you won't regret it!!

We are buying a house and had a four point inspection done that highlighted a couple of electrical things that required a professional to do for insurance purposes. Two outlets needed covered and a dryer outlet needed to be installed - simple enough, yes? That catch is, we needed it done by today 5/4 and we found this out on 5/3!! I can't say enough good about Empire Electric. David answered the phone and was so pleasant and understanding and he got me scheduled right away.
Chris and Chris showed up right on time and were both very pleasant and professional.They got right to work and did what needed doing with great efficiency. And the cost was not exorbitant either as the have a Yelp coupon available and are happy to accept it, so it cut my cost in half!

Oh My! What a great job they did! I called and they came the same day! The person that took my call gave me a general window of time they would be at my home. Said they would call when they were in route and did and showed up in perfect time. Hey guys found and ran 220 and installed a plug for our drier. Most pleased and highly recommend. Will use again when needed.

We own several properties, and Larry has done work in all of them. He is fast, meticulous and definitely knows what he is doing. He's a down-to-earth guy, and always in a good mood. He is very fair with his pricing and always bills us directly, even when we have had work done through a contractor.

Out of all the professionals we've had to deal with during the past 3 remodels that we've done, he has by far been the easiest and best to deal with.

The communication was excellent from the first phone call.  I explained that my father was on a new oxygen machine and it blew a circuit so I needed to have that checked as well as the breaker.   I was able to get an early appointment the next day which I was happy with.   Later that afternoon she called to say they had availability that day.   Matthew called me to tell me he was on his way and was so kind.   My father wasn't thrilled because this was something he used to be able to do.   But was very complimentary about the fellas and their work when it was completed.   I will defiantly be calling them in the future.  Thank you so much!

Peacock electric was very professional in every aspect. From returning phone calls to the techs that came to my house. The tech I dealt with was Mike, he kept me informed the whole time. He even came back on his own time to double check the pressures and to double check all of his welds.

I would recommend them to anyone, their price was more than fair.

Richard is a very hard worker and does an excellent job. He changed out 7 ceiling fans and added two recessed lights the very next day after I called him. I highly recommend calling him for your handyman needs.

All mister sparkey does is over charge,then slap you with a 60.00 service call.Please call around! The tech told me four replacement gang boxes was going to be 600.00 , I think the techs were sizing me up.( I had the same job done for 130.00) Go for free estimates. Please do not become a victim to over priced commissioned/ electrician/ salesperson. And yes they are commissioned. Mr sparky price is a shocker and will light you up! They have bogus reviews @ 5 stars, just plain BS There is no way they could achieve this rating with such deceptive business practices and pricing!

Highly recommended, but I am highly disappointed in the lack of response. In December they were recommended for a job to dig up a pipe with root invasion and replace it. 5 star, all the way around. Now 3 months later I have roots in another portion of the same pipe. THEY COULD NOT HAVE CHECKED. Drains backed up last Saturday and they came for a $495 clearing, and was supposed to come to estimate and set up the repair/replacement. NO SHOW!!! (I even called to confirm during the appointment time and was told, he will be on the way, you are the first appointment) and I missed 2.5 hours of work to meet. NO CALL, NO SHOW. No sorry we missed our first appointment and didn't call.
I asked a manager to call me, Roger, Field manager. He said yes ma'am, as I told him the situation and said he would have an Install Manager call, Pat or Mark. It's the end of the week and no call. I guess I will call and beg them to respond. Everyone who as asked how this is going at my work and church are surprised at their performance. Guess they used to be much better.

Honest, reliable, and hard-working family business. I would recommend them to anyone in need of electrical work! They will do right by you!

Highly disappointed that what John was hired for wasn't done. Needed a ceiling fan replaced.  Instead, he just took down my ceiling fan. Ignored me for some time. Tells me he will contact me Monday. Still haven't heard from him. A complete waste of time!

No you did not need to remove my fan. The light still worked. Since you knew beforehand you should not have taken it down. And you shouldn't ignore a customer.
