Agent Drain

I couldn't be happier with Agent Drain's professional service for a difficult drain problem. John showed up on time and addressed the problem immediately.  He was able to solve my blockage problem on an extremely long line and reviewed a video of the process with me before posting it for my future use if needed. I would recommend his services. The price is reasonable for thus kind if service.

We were very nervous when our septic alarm went off, we called Agent Drain. We were so impressed with his work and his honesty. He came out right away and did the job in a very efficient manner. He also provided us with some good tips for the septic system, over the phone when we initially called him.  We would definitely refer him to anyone who has a septic problem. Also, he  is reliable which can be hard to find in the mountains!!

The Agent Drain team was very impressive. Answered the phone immediately, came out the next day, cleared my blocked drain & inspected my septic tank, followed up with a phone call to explain what they had found and took my payment over the phone with a credit card! I especially appreciate the time that they took on the phone with me, to educate me on what work they would be doing. Highly recommend!

Ok.  So we have a small cabin in the mountains that we've owned for two winters.  Winter #1 - the inside plumbing all froze.  Winter #2 the septic system froze.  We really just can't win.

But this review isn't about our own plumbing woes.  Agent Drain came out to our place one Saturday while my husband was up to do some ice fishing and sewage was backing up into the cabin.  He came out on a Saturday afternoon on an emergency basis to figure out what the problem was and, more importantly, fix it.  

It is VERY difficult to get quick emergency plumbing services up in the high country, but Agent Drain did a great job.

A month or so later, same problem - but worse - both septic tanks and the pipes leading to the cabin were frozen.  Ick.  Shad and his crew were able to thaw everything and give us some good ideas on how to avoid this for Winter #3.

Perhaps more important for me as an off-site owner was that I fully trusted Shad and his crew to do the work unsupervised and to be able to give a thorough report, absent all sorts of unintelligible plumbing jargon.  They had GREAT communication.  The prices are higher in the high country,  but in some situations (and I believe that plumbing is one of them) you get what you pay for!

Our main drain was backing up into our house. We contacted John and he came out the same day. He had the right knowledge and equipment to troubleshoot and fix our issue that afternoon. He provided us with camera footage of before and after drain cleaning as well as information regarding our longer term outlook. He had to work in our small crawl space and took it in stride. I thought we paid a fair price for his work and would recommend him for any drainage issue.

Shad from Agent drain was awesome. Came over immediately and fixed our issue the first time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help in Summit County!

John was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done right.   He even advised us what to do for future winter to avoid from calling him again. The cost is reasonable and we are so grateful for his service.  He's definitely the to go person in Park county for any frozen septic!
