Prompt service, highly skilled plumber, got the job done!! The only reason for 4 stars, instead of five, sticker shock! Prices are very high, beware. Excess hair removed from bathtub drain and installed a new toilet mechanism to alleviate double flushing.

We had no hot water so we called affordable plumbing we had this guy come out and was going to charge us 4500.00 to 2800.00 this guy was so full of crap it was unbelievable he never even check our pump a fuse on the circuit blew that was the problem due to the pump !we ended up just having a pump problem which alphalete help us and they were honest and only charge us 85.00 we had this guy name Roland quinones very nice and trustworthy man our plumbing problem is gone we have hot water and I am so happy with them please if you are reading this don't go to affordable plumbing use alphalete they are so good thanks again for your service and I will recommend your business from here on!

We arrived to our new home in Colorado Springs late Wednesday before the first big storm. Our water heater did not work. I scheduled a plumber of come out Thursday. No show. Desperate for hot water I called Joeagle plumbing and Joe came out. It was a quick fix and we had hot water. I would recommend this service because when I called the other service I was told all the servicemen were pulled but they neglected to call so I waited until after 3:00 pm. Joe came out after 5:00 on his way home and was so nice about everything. Thank you Joeagle Plumbing! You are the best!

Very professional, very friendly, prompt expert service.  Changed out my salt to potassium shortly after install since my skin was breaking out in a rash from the salt, no charge!!!

I have used Greg's services a few times now, and he is fantastic. The first time, it was on the Saturday of a 3-day weekend and I couldn't even find anyone else to come out (most didn't even answer the phone!). He came out, fixed the problem with great expertise about about our radiant floor heating system, and didn't even charge an outrageous amount. He is my plumber of choice now, and he always gives great service, explains the needs well, and never talks down to me. I really appreciate him and he remains my #1 choice in plumbers!

We had a sewage scope done for us for our future home that we are moving into. She was absolutely amazing. She walked me through every step and pointed out things to look for. As a friend of Bonnie's, I'd like to testify to her honesty and integrity in the business she has chosen to make her life's work.  It's difficult to keep in touch with this young lady because she is so busy serving her customers in this relatively thankless business.  Not all the time, but many times the first time a customer utilizes her services that customer is not in the best of moods and Bonnie drops anything she needs to drop to serve and service that emergency ASAP.  As Springsteen sang at one time, She's the One.

The outside faucet pipe burst and they fixed the hose bib. They were prompt and courteous but expensive

I'm not a professional plumber but I do know a good bit about simple home plumbing.  I needed to put some piping back together on a jetted tub.  Knowing that the temperature and air flow are more intense I wanted to ensure that I purchased the right adhesive. They were very helpful at trying to ensure that I had the best product for the job.  I will certainly come back int the future.

Horrible service, horrible customer service. They only did half the job and then our sewer backed up and cost us $2000 in additional repairs. I called and spoke to Ken Rees and was promised a refund - they charged me $359 (which I learned after the fact is about $150 - $200 more than most places.) For weeks I was promised by Ken and Jay Colb they would send me a refund - and it never happened.

Stay away from this company.  They also do business as Watson using same address but different phone numbers.  I did business with Reliable/Watson and was left with a jet line stuck in my sewer.  I finally did get another company in to access the sewer from a cut in the street.  The bill settlement was intense.  I refused to allow my credit card company to make payment which caused a whole bunch of new problems, the resolution process involved a letter from Reliable/Watson that was full of lies, including that the BBB had found in their favor, which was not true and other mis-statements of fact, easily proved.

All the people that gave this company a thumbs up were very new customers from what it sounds like.   I've had mine about 4 years.  The installation was not a bad experience.   But they tell you it needs to be serviced periodically (like annually) but they have no-body to service them and will not send anyone out.  This is not COVID-related because I have dealt with this since installation.  I did get lucky the first year and they sent someone to service the equipment for something like $350.  But after that, they don't return calls....if you catch someone on the phone they tell you they will get someone scheduled.   BUT nobody ever calls.   Last time I attempted, one of the owners said they just don't have anyone to service them.   I asked for a referral to a company that could service them and they told me we won't recommend anyone because nobody out there is good enough.   So they get your money and then you are totally on your own after that.  I know there must be other companies out there that sell, install AND service their product.

DO NOT USE THEM!!! If I could rate these guys 0, I would! They had no idea what they were doing! They estimated the project with us would take 3 days. It took 9 MONTHS and it was STILL a subpar job. It was so poorly done, I had to spend even MORE money to completely redo what they did! They brought up past jobs and reviews on yelp and made up a good sob story why the ratings were bad. These guys are TERRIBLE. Save your money. They will probably find a reason and story to disregard this review, but please don't buy the old guys manipulation techniques. DO NOT USE THEM!
