Best Plumbing Services in Aurora, CO
Plumbing Logics owned by Kelly Clark is a dependable company that works with great integrity. We were in an emergency situation and were referred to Plumbing Logics by our hot water heater's manufacturers representative. Kelly responded quickly to our initial call and came within a day to offer an estimate for the job. We chose to work with Kelly because he was very personal, considerate and responsible. He offered the most reasonable bid. Once we confirmed with Kelly, a company technician (Jared), came out the next day. Jared was polite and worked effectively, completing the job as initially discussed with Kelly. Our final bill was the exact estimated quote. We will continue to work with Plumbing Logics and appreciate the care and consideration in taking care of our plumbing emergencies and upkeep needs. Thank you Kelly!!!

I needed a plumber fast for my clogged bathtub drain. Elmir Dudo from Quality Assurance Plumbing was reassuring and took care of my problem within two hours. I highly recommend him due to his professionalism and the speed with which he was able to come over and take care of the problem. I will definitely hire him again when an issue arises!

I'm a new home owner and inexperienced dealing with gas lines. Tracy and Gary came and helped to ensure my line was working properly, and that there were no leaks. They were very friendly, wore masks in my home to be sensitive to the spread of Covid-19, and made a new friend with my dog. The experience was very quick and easy. I will definitely go back to Drain Terrier with any future plumbing needs. Thank you!

My basement was completely flooded and mold was eating up the foundation, these guys came and completely removed, treated and restored the whole basement for reasonable price. I can't say enough about them. highly recommend them.

As first-time homeowners in Arvada, we have definitely found our go-to plumber. We had a couple of really old and leaky freeze-less faucets in our yard and were worried that we needed a full replacement for both. Zack came by same-day, ended up fixing our issues in only a few mins and literally saved us hundreds of dollars. Thanks again Zack!

I recently contacted Joshua in order to have my water pressure regulator replaced (it had failed and the pressure was way too high). Joshua responded quickly, we spoke about the symptoms I was having and immediately knew it was the pressure regulator. He agreed to come out the next morning. He was there the next morning and replaced the water pressure regulator in no time! Extremely fast, efficient and knowledgeable. The price he charged for his time was also very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Joshua for anything plumbing related in the future. I was impressed to say the least!

followed up on a partial line repair a little over a year for a subsiding ground issue. Even though beyond their warranty the quickly scoped the line for integrity and replaced/backfilled the subsided dirt around the line repair. These guys are the ones to use

I used AAA for hot water heater replacement. They ripped me off for $2000. I was in distress, I am a senior, and they took every advantage of me telling me that was the cheapest HW heater they had. It started out at $2700 with a 20 year warranty. Then I had to call and ask 3 times for someone to call me back ( after I came to my senses) and they took off the 20 year warranty and another $167. Whoopie! Later, when I had time to research, I found the whole job could have been done for $1000 for the HW heater and installation. Yes, their serviceman was very nice, should be for that kind of money. Steer clear of these people, they will rip you off royally

My kitchen sink was backing up so I called a plumber. They came out and did a snake drain procedure that did not solve the issue. The plumber suggested that the issue could be further down the drain and I may need to get HOA involved. My HOA recommended I contact Mile High Drain as they are familiar with this type of problem and with our condo complex. I'm really glad I gave Mile High Drain a call. I was worried the issue would be much bigger and more expensive but the tech John came right on time, did his own snake drain and was able to clear my kitchen sink drain clog. John was very helpful and explained what may be going on and what I can do to prevent this in the future. He even refitted a few of the pipes to ensure better water flow, which he did not have to do! He offered and I was very thankful. Very transparent and nice people to work with!

We initially had a good experience with our first repair to our heating unit with the last late late snow storm. We signed up for the membership so that we could get a 15% discount on any future repairs. Soon after our A/C stopped working, so we had Doctor Fix-It out again for a quote (we had received a quote from the original installer of the HVAC system that week, and it felt high, so we asked Dr. Fix It to come out). Doctor Fix-It quoted was even higher price then the first quote even with our 15% discount. We eventually had the repair done for 1/3 of the price by a certified HVAC technician (in case your wondering) 3rd times a charm I guess! We felt confident with their services, but now we realize the pricing of these types of repairs vary greatly, and now we have to be on our toes going forward.

I called Khan out twice. Once to replace a garbage disposal. He charged a reasonable price, but he was done in 15 minutes because he said he was in a rush to head to the airport. My understanding is that garbage disposals should take at least an hour for professionals to replace, but nevertheless, the garbage disposal seems to work fine for now.
Now, the sketchy part. We had a pipe burst in the main water line, and water flooded the basement.
He told me he also does restoration for water damage. He left us a quote for over $7,000 for water restoration and said we had to pay 50% upfront. The other water mitigation company ended up only charging us about $3,000 and required no upfront payment; they billed the insurance company directly.
Regarding fixing the water leak, I called two other plumbers, and they and the water company agreed that we needed to excavate 6 feet of dirt in order to replace main water line. When Khan came out, Khan did not seem to know what he was doing. He mentioned going into the basement to try to find where the leak is and working from the basement. I wish he was more upfront about not knowing what he was doing. I would not use him for more sophisticated plumbing jobs.
I really wanted to like this guy and default him as our main plumber for our plumbing needs, but in the end realized I can't trust him to do our plumbing work for our properties.

Not impressed! No clean up after work. Didn't complete the job as I desired. Cost was more than quoted. I won't use them again. It's amazing that a small business doesn't go the extra mile to make sure their work is high quality.

DO NOT use them to snake a drain. Their standard price is $419 when all other plumbers charge $100 and up to $250 for after hours. Shop around and do not let memory of a catchy tune fool you into spending double or triple what you should pay.

We called Anywhere Plumbing from an online add that advertising a $69 drain cleanout special. When they came to the property the price we were quoted was $225. I spoke with the technician and made him aware of the advertised price. The gentlemen told me we needed a medium sized blade and that it would be more expensive for that and also immediately recommended we have the line hydro-jetted. I then told him what we were quoted and that if that was not honored we could just have someone else out to service the property. He agreed to perform the line clean out. The next day the property experienced the same plumbing backup. The tech came back out and again was adamant about hydro-jetting which is about a $1250 service. I told them before going to that extent we would like to have the line camera'd to view the condition before taking extreme measures. The owner of the company then got on the phone and proceeded to tell me I didn't know anything about plumbing, and then tried to sell me a camera scope that was double of what it typically costs. He then asked what I was going to say to him once the scope confirmed his assumption. I responded that I felt he had conflicting interest with his model, and that we'd like to hire an independent 3rd party to scope and see the line first, then determine what we would need to do based off of the recommendation. The next day the line was scoped by Mainline Service (which was 1/2 the price that Anywhere Rooter tried to charge us) and confirmed that hydro-jetting was not necessary. It was shown that we would need a proper blade clean out and to continue to monitor. We then called Anywhere Rooter back to pass along the findings and offered to share the report which we obtained. We asked them to come back to the property and re-blade the line and possibly extend the cabling length to make sure it went past the the backup. We were told that they would stand by their work and make it right. I then received another call from the owner and he began to belittle the sewer scope company and myself and kept going on about having the property hydro-jetted. To be honest the entire time it felt like they were trying to upsell this hydro-jetting service. The owner on multiple times tried to talk me out of what would be an appropriate order of operations. He was very aggressive in his tone and very condescending. I felt his sole goal was to extract the most money that they could out of the job. Ultimately, I asked for them to correct the problem as we had paid them to, or to refund the money that we paid them. They declined both and were disrespectful during the process, and is why I wanted to let everyone know how they conduct business.

Had a service appointment schduled with them. They didn't show up, call to cancel, call to reschedule, or anything. Just didn't show up. I find this very rude and unappreciative to someone's time.
