I actually used their service back in May but just getting around to writing the review. I had a Washer delivered from Spencer's and the people installing it had broken a water valve. I had to scramble and find someone that is able to fix it ASAP so that water in the house can be turned back on, and also so the people can finish installing the Washer. Waterex was able to come by within an hour of me calling ( I apologize I can't remember the name of the guy since it has been 3 months) and replaced it promptly. He went to Home Depot to get the replacement part, then installed it and made sure everything was working correctly. The whole process probably took less than 2 hours. Will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

What can I say! Fast, professional and honest!! I would highly recommend if you are looking for a fair price, efficient and professional service. Jay is kind and gets the job done at a price you can't beat. I had a quote for the same repair from another company that was twice as high. He went above and beyond helping with a different issue. I will be a repeat customer!

I had a leak in our main water line to the house. They came out within a few hours and gave me a quote, and they were on time the next morning and made the repair quickly (the only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1). On the phone, for the quote they said they charge hourly and it would be up to $650 to excavate the yard, including removing pavers, and determine where the leak was, then another $150 to repair the leak. However, the leak was right at the house so no time was needed to find the leak, yet they still charged $650 for it! It took about 5-10 minutes to find the leak since the hole was already partially dug and where the water pooled up.

When I left the house this morning, after they had been there about 30 minutes, and they already had the hole dug to determine where the leak was, they said it would be $150 to repair the leak. It was my understanding that there was no charge for finding the leak since it was right where it was expected to be, and they didn't have to excavate and search for the leak. I called them up afterward once I found out what they had charged. I asked the field plumber to reduce the price since they didn't have to spend any time finding the leak, and he refused.

UPDATE: Rachel from Belsito called me up, we went over what happened, and they refunded about half of the $650 hourly charges. I am happy to report great customer service from the office (just not so great from the field plumber). Review upgraded from 2 stars to 4 stars now.

City Wide Plumbing is a great company.  We called them on a Wednesday with a pretty mammoth task set on our kitchen sink including a leaky RO faucet, broken and leaky kitchen faucet and a very old and disgusting old garbage disposal.  They were out on Thursday for the estimate early for their scheduled time of 9-10a. In Chandler, Lou is an excellent plumber and had not only given us an affordable estimate but had completed all work in an hour. We are now able to use our kitchen faucet again (new faucet installed), we have our new garbage disposal installed and the leaky RO faucet is removed and no longer leaking.  I signed up to Yelp just to give this review because we cannot believe how easy and affordable/fair it was considering the task at hand.

I needed a new extra large water heater to go into a basement and a kitchen drain cleared. Freddy was prompt, personable, and gave me a fair quote on a couple of options within a couple of hours of my call. He was able to install it the next day and and stuck to his quote even though I think the job turned out to be harder than he was hoping. I will definitely call him next time I need a plumber!

I have a slow leak, and Kaleb was easy to explain my water situation ,  he advised me of the tests he was performing and currently getting my report ready,  I feel so much at ease,   mold is growing and he is ensuring to educate me on the safety of the removal process and being a single woman buying my first house that I could afford,  all this is stressful,   but Kaleb is friendly and professional and he is doing an awesome job. Awesome guy, Arrived exactly at the time he said he would. Responded after hours and gave his price up front before doing the work which was considerably lower than expected. Fixed the problem and gave his professional opinion about possible water damage within the walls. Highly recommend.

I found Master Rooter when I had what appeared to be a simple clogged kitchen sink and called them because they had the best reviews online. I was very pleased when James was the tech they sent to my home, because he's listed so many times by other customers. I can't even begin to tell you how much I appreciated his help; it turned out to be a far bigger problem than just a clogged sink so he immediately called Alex out to run a camera through to see what the issue was. While James was at my home, he also discovered my water pressure was over three times the limit for my 1950s home which, could cause my pipes to burst leading to even more damage! He spent an entire day redoing copper pipping behind while installing the pressure control unit and fixing the years of bad plumbing the pervious owners did. What's even better is he got my on a plan at no extra cost that helped saved me hundreds of dollars which, he didn't have to do but I very much so appreciated. This was start of huge remodel project but James really helped lay the foundation to ensure I was taken care of and treated fairly. I'm beyond thankful for his help in protecting my home as well as his profession, experienced service. Thank you, James!

I called Ron based on his Yelp reviews. He did not disappoint. My sewer line was backed up as I live in an older neighborhood in central Phoenix. He basically diagnosed over the phone and gave pricing. He arrived within the 1 hour window, worked quickly, and had the line snaked within 30 minutes. The price was exactly the same as on the phone; no mysterious up charges once he arrived. I appreciated that he explained to me how the lines get clogged, and that this would probably happen again every year or so based on how the city maintains the main line that is outside of my property line. He had snaked to the end of my line, but lines get clogged at the connections to the city line because debris grows there, and the city won't take responsibility unless their lines actually stop working completely. It's nice to have someone that is on time, doesn't try to scam for extra money upon arrival, and is honest about how issues arise and what I will need to do as a homeowner to maintain it. He was great!

Ok, I was contacted within 15 minutes by Chad. I gave him all the information  I was given and he apologized and said he is the information you weren't given. This is a lengthy process because of going through a Home Warranty Company. Chad gave me all the information I needed and looks like we are getting close to completing the project. Steve spent a good 6 hours doing several little projects I needed help with.  He was on time, and stuck with it until he finished.  He did a good and complete job even though he had to run out for parts twice.  I will definitely call him again when I need something done again.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

These guys are great!! They show up on time and get the job done quickly. Very knowledgeable with the gas lines we put in. Would highly recommend them.

My entire plumbing system was backed up and water was coming up through the shower and onto the floor from the washer. I immediately searched emergency plumber. Roto-rooter came up and I saw they were available 24/7 (this was on a Saturday). They had a technician here within an hour. Andrea was fantastic and fixed the issue; and also stayed with me until the camera technician got here to fully diagnose the issue. Andrea stayed until the end and when they left, our issue was completely fixed. Fast, reliable, and knowledgeable.

I learned more from Mike in an hour than I had learned from all the previous people who serviced our pool.  He is very knowledgeable and willing to teach you.  He spent two hours here on his first visit.  He charged $175 for that.  The pool looks great.  He clearly enjoys his work a lot.  He was prompt, called ahead to let me know when he expected to arrive.  His usual service call is $80. I don't think you will find a better person.
