These guys are the best.  

Over the years we've used them for many things including hot water heater replacement and garbage disposal help.  

The most recent experience was having my pipes rerouted from under the slab to the attic.  They helped us with every aspect and walked us through the drying folks and the insurance adjustors.  

Can't say enough wonderful things about Mike Davis Plumbing.

We had a leaking toilet (reservoir tank) and 2 drains that needed to be snaked as well as a leaky back yard faucet that needed to be fixed.  My wife called and got same day service at a very affordable price.

I've used Mike many times over the last several years, this past weekend he really stepped up his game! We had a broken water line behind a wall (for some time apparently) and we noticed the wood flooring bucking and water coming up. I called Mike late Saturday evening he got an emergency crew out within a couple of hours and didn't gouge us on the price...very reasonable. I highly recommend Mike and his crew

Needed a plumber pronto to fix a shower leak and they were very responsive. Leak was fixed and I was happy with the service.

I can't praise Mike Davis Plumbing enough, John provided fast and efficient service. He came out quick and did a great job. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

I cannot begin to explain what a great company this is to work with. I called with a problem that I had created while working at a customers home today, ( put a hole in their water main). This was a big problem obviously. I called Mike Davis Plumbing and they had a tech out within 30 minutes. I couldn't believe it and neither could the customer, (which wasn't overly happy with me at the moment). Mike Davis Plumbing corrected the problem quickly and at a extremely reasonable cost. They had to jack hammer up tile to get to where I had punctured the pipe. They put up plastic and used a shop vac to eliminate dust,debris, and a mess. They refilled the hole needed to access the pipe with concrete. I cannot explain my gratitude to this company. Mike Davis Plumbing is a class act with top notch employees and would never consider using or referring anyone else.  Thank you so much to Mike Davis Plumbing and his wonderful employees.

I had a problem and I'm new to the area. So I gave Mike Davis plumbing ago. it is Saturday afternoon  and I had shut the water off to my broken water line and had everything under control. So I called Mike Davis plumbing for service.

It was a non-emergency call and said I could wait until Monday for the service. Well, the service tech showed up anyway and I told him it was a non-emergency call and I didn't want to pay for an after-hours service call on a Saturday night. The tech said it was an emergency Coming from his dispatcher and he had to get right out now. That was not the case at all. So he said he would come back Monday to repair the broken hot water line.

Now Monday and all well and we cut a hole in the wall to repair the leak. Well, it was the wrong spot and had to cut a second hole in the wall. 14 X 14 holes. He said he had a cover we could put over the hole and I said ok. Bummer to two 14 X 14 holes through the sheetrock.

Well it took about a two-hours to repair with having to go get another Cover panel. (second hole cut and not planed for).

He cleaned up well around his work area and that was good. But the bill for a none emergency call was a shocker. $385 for one broken water line and I have now two new holes in my sheetrock. I have to say I was overcharged a bit, or charge for the unnecessary trip Saturday night.

One last grip and I have a nice driveway and the van he was driving leaks oil in three different spots on my driveway. They Should use some of that $385 for repairs in their vehicles. So beware they leak oil and ask them to put down a drip pan if they don't plan to fix their service vehicles.

I'm going to try another plumber next time and see if that works out. So good luck using Mike Davis Plumbings and hope your outcome is a little better than mine was.

After having very good service from Mike Davis Plumbing I had an additional need for a plumber. They sent out two plumbers but neither seemed to have a clue about basement plumbing. They left telling me they would do research and get back to me. They never got back to me so I researched my issue and found the solution at an obscure company(sarcasm) call Grainger. I called back to MD Plumbing and was told that they could not find a solution to my problem AND they were not interested in fixing it. Do yourself a favor and find a plumber who has actual experience OR is interested in learning. NEVER AGAIN

We had a hot water loop and new water heater installed. John was very good at what he did. We now have instant hot water. YEA!! The service kept us informed and was priced right. Kudos to them!!

Sad they came to install a faucet and drain in new vanity.  Plumber came  2 weeks ago and said I don't have the part with me. My boss would kill me if he knew that.  He then left and said he would be back in a day or so.  I have text him couple times and still has not showed up. 2 weeks now and I called the office this Am at 0800 and they said boss would call. 4 hours latter no call

Called Mike Davis plumbing for installation of a mop sink and a recirculating pump.  They came out very quickly and did my requested tasks professionally.  They also ended up helping me out the next day going to our old house fixing a problem there for the new owners. I will use them again

John came out today to fix our dishwasher & water heater. We were very happy with the work he did. Their prices are great, they don't charge a trip charge, just gave us an estimate when he came out. He didn't try to up sell us on a water heater! We will definitely use them again!

Mike Plumbing (John) came out and assessed our water heater problem and told us the cost and time frame to replace the old lines and get it running the same day. We told him to go ahead and fix it as we haven't had water for 3 days. John spent all day working on it in 106 degree heat and got the lines rebuilt and the water heater running by 4:00pm. John was very professional and was very honest about the cost and time frame. I would highly recommend Mike Davis Plumbing. Thanks John you are an asset to your profession.

It's rare that a business will get a 5 star rating from me; but Mike Davis Plumbing earned it easily.

We had been having water leak issues in our park model. As it turns out, we still had the old polybutylene pipes.

Mike Davis and Co. was there the first thing in the morning following our call. They assessed the problem and gave us a fair price to remove the old pipes and replace them with new.

Two days later, three guys were at the door first thing in the morning. By 2:30 that afternoon, we had all new plumbing.

I highly recommend Mike Davis Plumbing.

I've called on Mike Davis Plumbing a couple times. Our home is an older manufactured home. Not pleasant underneath. Both times the tech came out they were on time, friendly and knew exactly what to do.

Recently John Daniels came out twice to take care of two separate problems. He was on time, friendly, got right to work and did an amazing job.

Mike Davis is excellent at communicating as well. Great company!

I  live in a mobile home park (55 plus) and had two leaks under my home. A young man came to fix them. He was professional and polite. When he finished the job he told me the cost would be $155.00 but then he said because I live in a trailer he had to charge me $100.00 more.!!!!!! That is so  crazy. Make sure you ask about how much you will be charged extra because of the type of home you live in.

Ease to schedule with, technician showed up on time and was very courteous made quick work of  the repair.

We had MD plumbing come out to drop an RV waste tank and hook us up to the main sewer in our park. They said it would take a day and half and wanted to charge $3600 in labor. We had no choice. it took them FOUR hours and they still charged us $3600 in labor. Now we are finding out they caused a lot of damage under our unit. We found an oring cut completely off. They put a hole in a copper pipe that flooded our bathroom and kitchen, resulting in a warped floor. Today we find out they used our air condition duct to lay on under our unit and did damage to that. Another $500 to have that fixed. We will also make sure our whole park of 1100 spaces knows not to use your service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Mike Davis plumbing fixed our Sewer Pumps after they went out of service.
They were quick to come out and check it over. Were right to the point and
very curtious on the Phone. The Mechanics were very nice and did a very
neat job on every thing. They gave us a couple of quotes so we could decide
on a temporary fix or a replacement fix. They got to work and had us back in
service in no time. I would will call them again for any future needs. I highly

I've used Mike Davis Plumbing several times.  One was an emergency in the service army and they came out within 30 minutes and provided a temporary fix until they could fix permanently.  They always respond in a timely manner and are very customer focused.  They're the only plumbers I will use.

had a plumbing issue at my rental property, didn't know who to call as l was on my way to work, Looked up really quick on my phone found Mike Davis plumbing,never did business with them before. Called them,they came right over the same day. Ended up being a quick fix and after all didn't charge me anything. I was shocked,couldn't believe it. I had my AC replaced 2 yrs ago and another company came to service it 2 motnhs ago and charge me 265$ for apparently something that had to be replaced, what do you replace on basically new unit?!!,was taken advantage before.
