In addition to our plumbing services we are an authorized dealer for Pelican Water Systems which has a 99.7% customer satisfaction rating for water filtration and conditioning.

The Trusted Plumber is a subsidiary of Cool Touch Heating and Air. After 14 years in the HVAC business the customers begged Cool Touch for a plumbing company that had the same values and reliability as what they had become used to with Cool Touch. We decided to develop a perfect plumbing company by copying the customer first philosophy ideals that made Cool Touch so popular. We stand by 5 major guarantees which make sure our customers are always #1. First, we will never use high pressure sales tactics. Second, We will not surprise our customers with added charges once we begin work. Third, we will give a time for completion and pay the customer if we fail to meet that target. Fourth, we will hire only quality, drug free, background checked employees. Finally, if a customer is ever not satisfied with our work or if we fail to produce the product we promised, we give their money back. 100% satisfaction or your money back. After owning a business for over 20 years, I finally had the opportunity to join forces with a highly successful ownership team at Cool Touch & The Trusted Plumber. My number one strategy has been and continues to be building a business through honest, fair, professional service to create a happy customer base that will recommend us to others. I am focused on making sure when our plumbers are at your home they are respectful, courteous, clean, and knowledgeable about their trade. I'm not happy if you aren't happy and that's why I personally handle any concern a customer has. This is my home and I feel proud wearing our logo everywhere I go.

I will first start off by saying this company was very responsive and showed up on time. Where I was greatly disappointed was that I was quoted just under $600 for a job that took me 30 min to complete with a $5 part. I could have seen up to $200 but $600? Maybe they were so busy they didn't need the work. Who knows.
These guys live up to there name..... I do trust them !!! my plumber Brad came out to address some minor issues that I had. He showed up on time, was friendly and seemed to know his stuff. I had a (hose bib ?? ) replaced and my refrigerator water supply hooded up. All for a price that did not break the bank and me feel dirty afterwards !! Great job Brad!! thanks again !!
I'd give 10 stars if I could. Called them this morning when we had a pool of water in the bedroom following a shower. They were able to send someone out within hours and communicated their arrival time, even confirming that we'd be home. They arrived promptly, were cleanly dressed and groomed and were personable, respectful and courteous. Best of all, they fixed the problem quickly and did not charge an outrageous fee for the emergency repair. Because the leak went into our wall, they contacted a restoration company on our behalf (with our permission) and were able to bring them in within hours. They also gave us very good information about our home warranty, which we truly appreciated.
We now have The Trusted Plumber on speed dial and are posting their information to our neighborhood app for others, in case they need a good, honest plumber.
This is my plumbing company for life!!!!! We called another company prior to them and they tried to rob us ,saying they need to call our insurance company, rip out the wall, floor and ceiling underneath. I immediately told them to leave and called The Trusted Plumber. Brad came over ,cut a little piece of the wall out , found the pipe that had a tiny hole and replaced it in less than an hour. No drama just great trustworthy service. Wish they could do all my repairs. These guys are good , honest and reasonably priced.

The service I received from The Trusted Plumber was phenomenal. I emailed my situation to them on Saturday afternoon, they called me on Sunday and had everything completed Monday.

At 6:50 pm I messaged The Trusted Plumber. Of course my first question was could they get someone out tonight? The message said it was a good possibility. I then called to see if they could actually get someone out tonight. I was told yes. Was given an estimate time of 1-2 hours, they like to give the service person a good amount of time to get where he or she is needed. I received a call a few moments later from a gentleman by the name of James. He said he would arrive in 30-32 minutes.
When James arrived, introduced himself and we showed him the situation at hand.
Long story short he took care of the issue for today. He did say there were some other things that needed to be check, I scheduled for it to be attended to on anther day.
James was awesome! Very professional, knowledgeable, and just an overall nice guy.
If I could give a ten a ten I would.

I contacted The Trusted Plumber on Monday; set an appointment for the 10 to 2 window on Wednesday. (You know, the dreaded window where you wait all day and they arrive after the latest time they told you.) On Wednesday at 9, someone called and I thought 'here we go with the excuses' but no, she was letting me know that they would be here at 9:30 if that was alright. Yes of course it's alright that I won't be waiting most of the day! Jeff arrived about 30 minutes later, he was clean, pleasant and personable. He found the problem, repaired it without leaving a mess behind and charged a reasonable fee. Very pleased with this experience from start to finish.

Appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and ethics. Just moved here from Chicago, and sad to see prices vary depending on price of your neighborhood. We are well versed in the work needed but didn't want to do ourselves as the primary issue was that the demo crew broke off a drain pipe underground and didn't tell us. As it was underground and an older pipe we opted to get bids to fix vs doing ourselves. The Trusted Plumber was the price we expected to pay and felt was fair and reasonable as we did want a licensed plumber (not the cheapest or just a handy man). We got bid from other prominent companies on Yelp but they charged us a service fee to do an estimate :( that wasn't applied to the work and their bid was 3x!!! the amount we expected to pay. (they won't be getting a good review from me) We are learning which vendors in the area are not price gouging and will continue to use them. The Trusted Plumber is one of those vendors.

Quoted me $500 over 3 other local companies. Crazy!! Turns out It was $60 In parts and a 1 hour job! Turns out the trusted plumber CANT be trusted with pricing.
After a no call back from a local plumber I used yelp to locate a highly rated plumber. I don't know why I don't check yelp first. Called Trusted Plumber and was told Brad would arrive by 1pm. Now that's service. Took care of our leak and was a complete professional. They will have my business for our future plumbing needs.
