The representative came to my grandmothers house and told her it would be $1300 to install a new water heater. She had already purchased a new water heater and had it at her house. All he had to do was take out the old one and put in a the new water heater. This is so disappointing considering he is doing this to other elderly people in sun city. Thankfully she knew better and found a different company that only charged her $200

Jessica-first class customer service all the way. Albert got the job done and was pleasant and cheerful throughout the messy drain cleaning process. 2nd time using would use again.

The master bath was leaking and I found the company with the largest number of good reviews. Avery, Mike, Eric,Darrin, Justis, Brian and Jason were all just the best ! They were true professionals in every aspect. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing! I wish I could give more stars. Carlin came out to quote us a tankless water heater, the price was around what we thought and was able to start today.
We ended up getting a tankless system and a whole house filtration system as well.
Extremely professional and answered all my questions and I feel we got a reasonable price for what we bought.
Please know These systems are not cheap but long term worth the money investment. Watching him take the time to do all the modifications that have to be done from a regular 13 year old water heater to this one are not for joe homeowner to do, hire someone.
We will definitely call them for any other plumbing needed items or maintenance!

I am so pleased with the service we got from this company. After calling multiple plumbers and even having one come Into our home and charge us a lot of money to do the exact same thing we already did. This company came in spent a lot of time and helped us. Our plumber guy was Danny and he was kind, funny and fixed our problem and we could not be happier.

Needed to replace our kitchen faucet and a valve, the scope of work a bit more difficult than most. Jeremy showed up a bit early (he called first for the heads up), repaced the faucet and leaky valves, the old tubing and even cleaned up the piping set-up!! Fast, friendly and knowledgeable! We will call should the need arise.

Our Hot Water heater went out and our Sears Home Warranty sent out Junior from BK Plumbing.  He was professional and knowledgeable.  He advised us our 75 gallon hot water heater needed to be replaced.  After calling sears he came back and said I have some good news and some bad news.  Good news Sears approved the replacement of the hot water heater, bad news is, since our heater was 75 gallons Sears has to buy the new unit and BK then can pick it up.  Two days later we heard back from Sears and BK plumbing, and we set up an appointment to have the new unit installed.  Bk Plumbing advised Sears covered everything except $289 including the initial service charge of $60.  On the day of the appointment Jason and Junior showed up actually 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment.  2-3 hours later we had a new water heater and it works great.  Before they left Junior went over the operation of the new water heater.  This is a great company and if you need work I would recommend.  Also if you have a home warranty please ask your company if they work with BK Plumbing, if they do ask for them.  One last thing there are no hidden charges, what they tell you it will cost is what they charge.

I called for a second opinion after a quote from the first plumbing place that was recommended to me. I found these guys on Yelp.

Working on an issue at my Dad's house, I am not sure what I am going to do or who I am going to use, but even at this point I have to say that the customer service from The Plumber Guy has been outstanding!! They have been friendly, quick to set up an cost-free appointment, prompt, and seemingly honest in their assessment and quote.

I'm still trying to decide what to do, but I feel like if I used these guys, I would be very satisfied!!!

My tenant had an issue with the kitchen sink, and slow draining tub, They called The Plumber Guy,  Daniel the plumber addressed the sink and said it needs a part to fix, didn' t remedy it !  Then went to the tub, put a snake in 15 min later he collected $295.... When my tenants told me this So I  I called Daniel directly, Attitude in place and asked him about the going rate for use of the snake is generally $70-100. with all the reputable  plumbing companies, his answer was we are a better company.  My tenants got totally ripped off, and in essence, It was me.  I have told my tenants always get my approval. WHAT A RIP OFF COMPANY!!

Very responsive, professional and good pricing. Would highly recommend.

I am giving this company 3 stars because of the following:

The customer service was excellent once I got someone on the phone. He was personable and arrived at the property promptly and fixed the problem.
HOWEVER!!!!

Rodney F. was accurate when he stated that the website's number for emergencies was not an accurate number.  I had to number hop just like he did. I complained about this. I felt he was vague in his explanation and didn't really take my complaint seriously to do anything to change the narrative.

I almost fell over when he charged me over $800 to stop a water tank leak which was causing flooding in the garage.  I realize it was after hours, but I felt he took advantage of me because I was calling from out of state.

If you have an after hours emergency DO NOT CALL THESE GUYS. You call the number they list on their website for emergency services and you then get a voice message stating if it's an emergency to call another number they read out quickly, and ONLY ONCE, so if you are not prepared for them to do that you will miss it and have to call again to get it.  They really should put this number on their website, they have a section for emergency services where they repeat their main number as the one to use, why not just place this special number they really want you to call instead of just having it on a voice message only. Who has time for that during an emergency you will just call the next plumber on the list.

Extremely rude he came in and said he fixed our toilet and sink and it was all the same ended up charging more than he said he was. I would not recommend to anyone. I heard their the best in Suprise, Az and honestly I would've done a better job myself.

We had a great experience with this company.  They just came to give us an estimate because we had a sewage odor coming from an area in our home.  They are great with communication, from emailing and texting and calling to let you know about your scheduled appointment, to letting us know when the plumber was en route (along with sharing a photo and name of the person who would be coming to our home).

Jeremy the plumber who came explained everything that he was doing.  He consulted with another plumber about our issue and suggested that we try a lower cost solution before bringing them in to do a more expensive procedure.  We really appreciated their honesty and for not immediately trying to sell us on the other service.  Based on our experience we will definitely call them when we need plumbing service and would recommend them to others wanting honest and efficient plumbing services.

Great service. On time, reasonably priced. Ive used them 2 times already and would definately use them again should the need arise.

I've used them around two years ago and Ziggy was great! He cleaned the drains and they worked perfectly. He was efficient and the charge was reasonable. Couldn't ask for better and will definitely call them again when I have a problem.

I truly appreciate Brian Witt who is a west valley installer and plumbing expert. He saved me big time back in March with an emergency water heater installation. Brought everything up to code, made modifications to surrounding pipes, designed a drain system unique to my garage. When my neighbors water main exploded yesterday I panicked and wondered if I were next. I called and requested Brian right away, and within hours was here, in 105° heat, and addressed all of my concerns with what went wrong and what I needed to monitor going forward here. Don't waste time calling for quote after quote, just call the Plumber Guys and get it done right, and quick.

My kitchen faucet completely broke on a Saturday and Tina who answered my call was very friendly and accommodating and sent Roman over within a few hours to install a new one that I purchased on my own. The price to install was about average based on my research. All in all a very nice and professional job done by all. I will definitely be using them again.

Destroyed everything in their path... my A/C, an astro turf dog run, flexible irrigation lines, PVC sprinkler lines, water drainage lines, flagstone walkways. They literally destroyed all of this at my house. They did pay for an A/C company to repair my A/C that they put a hole through, but now it has a big hole in the fins. Unfortunately we weren't the ones paying for the work, the previous homeowners that we purchased our house from paid them. Also, when they put the gas line in our BBQ, they didn't put the shutoff valve by the access door... it's at the back of the island BBQ and nearly inaccessible. Shoddy work, utter destruction, and a very high price tag. Save yourself time, money, and the headache and use a different company.

I called on a Monday because I discovered an upstairs toilet leak over the weekend. The lady that answered the phone was great and was quick to get someone out (the reason for more than 1 star). The guy they sent out was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. The toilet was removed and the angle stop replaced, then I was told that the floor was rotted and would need to be replaced before any other work could be done. That cost me $200. I was told that they had a guy that could replace the floor and that and he would contact me. I did get a message from the guy about a week later. I called him back and left a voicemail to set up a time to have him come complete the repairs, but I never got a call back. So, fast forward to me calling a restoration and remodeling company to come out and take a look at replacing the floor. I was told that the floor didn't need to be replaced at all and they showed me what they were looking at, and explained to me why. I am thankful I never got a call back from the guy because I'm sure that would have been a very pricey repair that wasn't even needed.

We contacted them almost a month ago. Tech came out the next day. Polite and professional. We decided to go with them. We call the Tech numerous times to schedule. Never heard from him back. We called the company. They scheduled for someone to come out between 8am and 10am. No one showed. Liz called us at the 10:17 the day of to tell us the tech wasn't available. Missed a day of work waiting for them. Liz claimed she'd been calling us since yesterday to tell us we had to reschedule. We never got such a call until 10:17am the day of the appointment. No voicemail, text or even an email!!!

***Update***
Tech (Adam) arrived the next day. Located the problem. Set up another appointment. Came through and got it done. Good price, professional and friendly service on behalf of the tech.

After my grandmother was ripped off by Parker and Sons on a toilet install, I elected to  install a new toilet in her other bathroom myself but needed a new shut off valve and just could not get the stubborn old leaking valve  off and did not want to risk damaging the supply line.  
I called The Plumber Guy after receiving a referral of them from a local real estate agent.  The office manager  (Patrice or Patty) answered my questions and informed me there was no charge to show up and there would only be a charge if work was completed.  They notified me by email and phone call of when the plumber, Estevan Leyva, was on his way.  He arrived on time, was professional, provided a competitive quote ($134), completed the job in less then 45 minutes and left zero mess.  Very impressed with the work and the honest assessment of the work needed and the competitive price.  Parker and Sons charged my grandmother $1,400 for the 1st toilet, and installation of the toilet,  a new toilet supply line and 1/4 turn shut off valve.  She is 97 years old and her son who is in his mid 70's was also present when their plumber arrived.  Parker and Sons ripped my grandmother and uncle off!!  Complete rip off and consumers are taking notice.  Not sure if the Sons are taking over but ever since Parker and Sons went to commission based plumbers, I am hearing more stories about them ripping people off.  Thanks to The Plumber Guy, very honest and highly recommend them!!

Used this service again for gravity dependent leak under the sink
and to change our kitchen faucet.  Tony was great, explained everything
that needed to be done and showed us the problem.  We were lucky
in that he didn't have to go thru the garage back wall to fix
the dependent leak.
Again, price was good, serverice excellent, and enjoyed our
chatting.  This is the go to plumbing service and Tony is the
man you want.

I was selling a home and had some plumbing-related repairs that were requested by the buyer.  The usual plumbing company I use didn't have any plumbers available, so they referred me to The Plumber Guy.  Ended up being a good thing, as Junior came out quickly and did a great job with the repairs.  Also, the price charged ended up being about half what I was paying to the other plumbing company.  The Plumber Guy will now be my first call in the future!

BK Plumbing now The Plumber Guy has excellent customer service. They are very reliable and take pride in a job well done. I would highly recommend them. Great Job Guys!

Came  on time as promised. Fixed the problem right away. I will put them on my list for future plumbing needs.

I called them at 7pm on a Thursday and they had a technician at the house by 9:30am on Friday. Such an impressive turn around time and outstanding communication. They called and texted when the tech was in route. The tech was able to assess the situation and do the work right then and there. He installed the water pressure regulator, explained why the expansion tank wasn't code/ needed. They promptly sent a receipt with all the detailed notes and information. Great communication and service.

The service was good, and prompt however the price is prohibitive.   I have a large water heater was charged 2400.   I found afterwards I could have the same water heater - size and brand for 1900.   If I had the time I would have done more research and chose another company who would do the same work, with the same equipment for less.

Have used Yelp for years but never written a review.  Today is the exception.  Used The Plumber Guy to replace the hose's on the kitchen faucet.  The best part is, they had a guy in our area and he was to the house within a few hours (I know this might not always be the case).  Estevan was our service rep and was outstanding.  Talked us through the repair and even gave us some advice going forward in dealing with our aging faucet.  Next time I won't try and fix my plumbing issues myself, I will call The Plumber Guy.

*****Over Charging for the hell of it****

You can't make this stuff up... Tony tried to bamboozle me.... Arizonans Phoenicians here's my story.

Plumber guy came out because  I needed a new water heater installed, I already had the replacement waiting for Tony when he arrived.  I asked Tony what the price would be, and the first thing out his mouth is you know water heaters are expensive. Then Tony said let me find you a coupon I knew this was going to be an AZZ Reaming. Tony then says we have a $75 coupon; an the total would be $412 rip-off it is 3 connections,  lighting the pilot and Tony would be done for $412 I will find someone else.

The work was fine for plumbing as they knew what they were doing, but the price was outrageous.  $250 to install two shower handles that I provided, with a coupon!  Maybe I need to be a plumber.  Quote was $750 for a free standing ice maker to be put in also with a water line and drain line that was nearby the unit.  I Had to decline that one.  I guess the worst part was the tech was stoned.  I get its 2020 post election and its legal now, but common!!
