Best Plumbing Services in Chandler, AZ

Scheduled 10 days ago to be at my house between 7 and 8 this morning. Thanked me for being reasonable about scheduling AFTER the new year..

Didn't call til nearly 7:30 this morning to say ... 12 people called out sick ... you'll need to be rescheduled ... we only have 3 plumbers today ... .

If 12 of your 15 plumbers care so little about your company and customers that they don't even worry about losing their jobs for calling out sick the day after New Year's ... WOW do you have problems!

And I'm not so sure I need to be rescheduled ... the company has given me no reason to want to work with them in future.  They've proven unreliable, and were largely unapologetic until it became clear I wouldn't just roll over.

Things happen ... how you handle them makes a difference. This was an embarassing clusterfoodle for a company with such a previously good reputation.

It's rare that a business will get a 5 star rating from me; but Mike Davis Plumbing earned it easily.

We had been having water leak issues in our park model. As it turns out, we still had the old polybutylene pipes.

Mike Davis and Co. was there the first thing in the morning following our call. They assessed the problem and gave us a fair price to remove the old pipes and replace them with new.

Two days later, three guys were at the door first thing in the morning. By 2:30 that afternoon, we had all new plumbing.

Gabe is awesome. Knowledgeable. Pleasant. Great people skills. Trustworthy. Versatile. Easy to do business with. Reasonable pricing. Don't hesitate to use him!!!  I will be using him again if I ever need to.

I had some funky issues with the outlets in my old house and finally got around to calling someone about it one Saturday night. Much to my surprise, Gabe answered the phone and said he could take care of it the next morning. I asked if he could come early as we had some things we had to do and that was no problem. He arrived five minutes early for our appointment and dug right into the job.

I highly recommend Scottsdale plumbing. I have used them two times now and they show up on time they clean up and do a great job after themselves. It's hard to find anybody in construction to be responsive these days. Ken was my service tech. Kimberlee was very responsive in their front office. Good people and thank you for the great job.

We moved into a house which had many leaks, frozen valves, and needed a bathroom addition. Sam was wonderful. He spent a lot of time analyzing each issue, and gave us great advice on how to proceed with the addition. His bill was very reasonable. He's now not just our neighborhood plumber, but our family plumber.

We had Art out today to install a soft water pop out & softener and RO system and he was great. Did a thorough job and quick & efficient. Really happy with his service.

Easy to work with and reliable, had two outside hose bibs replaced about 2 weeks ago and it was very easy to communicate and get Randee scheduled.

I cannot say enough good things about Dallen. We had an emergency sewer back up and called out one of those big Phoenix companies. Long story short that company quoted me 25k to replace our whole sewer line, pressured me into a sale and left my drain line open so it leaked when they left!

I called Dallen out for a second opinion and he was fantastic. He spent almost 2 hours walking me through everything he was seeing in the line, showing me where any problems were and marking them on the ground, testing different ways to help keep any issues at bay while I worked with my insurance. He was so patient and kind with all my questions and concerns. I even sprung a leaky toliet on him and he was so generous to go look at it and explain the sounds I was hearing and why they were normal, just an older toliet.

You will not regret calling him! Worth every single penny!!!

Our hall bath shower handle broke off on our son and water could not be shut off at the valve.  We noticed the cartridge stem just turned and turned without actually changing the water flow.  When I tried to remove the cartridge, it broke off in my hand.  It was the 21 year old original Moen.  So we got good value!  
Luckily, I called AZ preferred around 6:30 pm and Cody was dispatched and immediately went to work.  Unfortunately he arrived  at 7:50 pm and he had to return the next day to actually replace the cartridge since he did not have the exact part on the van and my local box stores closed at 8:00 pm.  
He arrived as arranged and replaced the parts.  It was not a simple pullout and replace.  He had to heat and pry it out piece by piece-completely disintegrating inside the copper housing.  If it had not broke off when I tried to replace it myself he mentioned the pricing would have been much cheaper.  It took him 3x the normal amount of time because of my I'll fated attempt.  
He was professional knowledgeable and also quite friendly.  Ask our pets!  We definitely have this company in our contacts for future service.  Pricing is what I'd consider competitive although I've never paid anyone to replace a cartridge before.  But from conversations with Cody about other services offered , they are in-line with others.  Water heaters, water softeners, etc.

Charged me $1,500.00 for my property in Phoenix, Arizona.  Next week The City of Phoenix Water Department arrived at the residence stating The Plumbing Implemented was NOT in city Code, and the leak they repaired was still leaking. Horrible Customer Service asked for a manager 4x's.  Then Wanted to Send the SAME EXACT PLUMBER who did not know city codes to repair the work! I had to demand they send out another plumber.  The plumbers implemented the repairs correctly, yet one week later I am still waiting for a $300 refund.  No correspondences called numerous times and they want to play the Do not yell at me game another representation of horrible customer service DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! PLUMBERS DO NOT KNOW CODES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
