Dallen Handley, the owner, worked on our outside kitchen line.  He was very thorough and methodical in order to determine what the issue was. He was very professional, courteous and, most importantly,  willing to answer my questions and explain and show me his findings step by step.  He went directly to work without wasting any time. We found a septic tank we didn't know existed. We had to wait for it to be emptied.  He knew when that was going to be done so he called me promptly afterwards without waiting for me to call him. I feel confident in saying I trust him 100% which is something I rarely do.

Dallen with Upright Plumbing was so wonderful and did a great job on our back yard hose. We had a hose stuck on the valve that would not come off!

Dallen went out of his way to schedule us quickly for a pipe reroute due to a slab leak. Did a very thorough inspection to diagnose the issue and gave us a clear idea of what to expect. He and Mark worked quickly and carefully and explained everything as they went. We really appreciated that he took the time to make sure they were rerouting the best possible direction, not just the easiest. Double checked everything, took photos, cleaned up thoroughly, then showed us their work before closing up the drywall. Responded quickly to calls and messages and was always extremely polite and friendly. Offered to wear a mask before even entering our home. Overall, a very honest business that does great work. Would absolutely call again for future plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Dallen. We had an emergency sewer back up and called out one of those big Phoenix companies. Long story short that company quoted me 25k to replace our whole sewer line, pressured me into a sale and left my drain line open so it leaked when they left!

I called Dallen out for a second opinion and he was fantastic. He spent almost 2 hours walking me through everything he was seeing in the line, showing me where any problems were and marking them on the ground, testing different ways to help keep any issues at bay while I worked with my insurance. He was so patient and kind with all my questions and concerns. I even sprung a leaky toliet on him and he was so generous to go look at it and explain the sounds I was hearing and why they were normal, just an older toliet.

You will not regret calling him! Worth every single penny!!!

Great job installing a propane gas line and fireplace insert for us.  Very personable, easy to work with.

Let's face it. 2020 has been the ultimate dumpster fire of a year, so I wasn't surprised at all when I saw a moat of water in my laundry room in the evening when I attempted to do laundry this week. After cleaning up the prodigious puddle and seeing the rusty leaking spot on the water heater I thought oh great....

I put in a service request through my home warranty company and was assigned to Upright Plumbing. Dallen called bright and early the next day and was able to come by a few hours later. He was able to answer all my questions about getting a replacement water heater thoroughly.  A few hours of work and we had a brand spankin' new Ruud water heater all nicely hooked up with accompanying drip pan. Dallen was upfront about any extra costs and was very professional about the whole job.

With our new water heater so far so good! I'm glad I didn't have to resort to taking cold showers this week. Thanks Dallen!
