I was having trouble with upstairs bathroom constantly running. I was getting really worried because I hate paying really high water bills. I decided to give Scottsdale Plumbing a call and they really took care of me. Not only did they Identify the problem with my plumbing upstairs. They recommended we swap out our old 70's toliets for some newer Water saving designs. They had units installed and working great within 2 days. They were super helpful and I would recommend them to anyone1

Juan was great. He was efficient but didn't rush. He was polite, worked very clean and made sure the job was done right. I got the recommendation from my neighbors. They had Juan too and loved him. Oh, and he wore a mask the whole time. I did too.

We noticed a leak in the copper line coming from the meter into the house. After calling 3 plumbing companies, we found a helpful person at the other end of the line at Scottsdale Plumbing.  We were fortunate that get Juan as our Plummer as he was on-site within the hour.  Professional and knowledgeable, he completed the job quickly. We found our new plumbing company!

Robert came out to help diagnose a water pressure issue we were having in a condo we had under contract. The fix was a simply valve adjustment & he didn't charge for his time. I can't say enough good things about Robert & SPC, I'll be calling them for any client related needs in the future.

Great service, Richard was the plumber who came to my home and was very professional and did great work. I went with Scottsdale Plumbing because they have been in the valley for many years. I felt that the price was very fair and they did not overcharge me at all. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! The horrible experience started when I was told that the plumber would be over some time between 9-10a that morning. When he wasn't here by 10 I called and they had said they wrote my phone number down incorrectly. No problem, they said he would then be there by noon. Again, he missed that milestone and I called again. They apologized and said he would be right there. By this time I had to call in to work to use a whole PTO day to deal with this. He arrives at 4 PM.

The first thing he does is spend the first 25(yes 25 I counted because I got billed for them) minutes complaining to me about how his back hurts. I offer whatever I can to get him to start working and get done with installing my garbage disposal. Simple work right? Took a solid 2 hours to do. I'm no expert so that's not part of my review. The 25 minutes I got billed for him NOT working are.

So i had the pleasure of using a PTO day to wait around all day, and got treated to the most expensive monologue I've ever heard upon arrival.

When I discovered my hot water heater tank was leaking, I used HomeAdvisor.com  to get a plumber. from another business. Although it was only 4:30, the service man who came told me I could not have it replaced until after noon the following day and gave me a price of $1,425.  I knew that was way high and did not want to wait with water intruding into my home. I called Scottsdale Plumbing first thing the next day and they were onsite within 2 hours, took two hours to replace the tank, and charged me under $1,000, The labor and the price included replacing all of the old pipework with  fitted copper sections.
I had good experiences in the past with Scottsdale plumbing and should have called them right away, as I will in the future.

Scottsdale Plumbing is by far the best plumbing business in the valley. I have had various convoluted and pressing plumbing issues with different lines in my condo for twelve years and this company has been the only one able to solve them. My latest plumbing nightmare was due to my washing machine causing a rancid odor in my condo every time I ran it. Darren, the plumber who came out to fix the issue, worked really hard to fix the problem and I no longer have any issues. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Come here and request him or you will be disappointed with your results!!

Scottsdale Plumbing Company has come to our rescue for 35 years, servicing our business and our personal homes.  Weekends, weekdays --- all kinds of problems, big and small.

As I read the reviews, I would hope if reviewers have a problem with one of the plumbers, SPC has been called prior to posting a negative.  We have encountered only a few not so great plumbers and when complained to SPC, received an apology and quick resolution.

I had what turned out to be a slab leak in my home.  Christmas time.  No hot water.
SPC took care of the issue (ultrasound to identify source, pull up carpet, jackhammer
into concrete, fix the leak, fill in the hole with concrete.....)  Big job, zero mess and timely repair.   We get what we pay for.  If we want fast, overtime, repair, we pay for such because it is worth it.  

In our business, we've used other plumbers when absolutely necessary and on a few occasions had to call SPC in to repair the repair.

They don't have pretty trucks, sometimes not so pretty uniforms, and sometimes gruff guys, but hey, we want a job done and done correctly, right?    That's the bottom line.
They are plumbers. They are good.

Called this company based on reviews and was very pleased. Robert came out and worked on my toilet. He fixed that in no time but had to reschedule work I needed done on an exterior shutoff valve because he didn't have a needed part. He told me I didn't need to pay for the toilet work until he came back and finished the exterior work. Nice. The work for shutoff valve required redoing and replacing piping so took some time. But he did a great job and I was happy with the work and his professionalism. It was a bit expensive, but he was here for a total of ~2hrs. I would use this company again, because they know what they are doing and are very efficient.

I'm a big fan of Scottsdale Plumbing -- we've used them on rentals before and they're always prompt, reasonable and reliable. ASK FOR NICK --he's five star awesome!!!

Attentive, Kept me informed and had a great attitude! Dale helped me partial diagnose a pressure issue with the plumbing in a potential investment property. He asked if I could email him photos or a video. Called me back 40 min later to let me know he and his colleagues are looking at it and diagnosing. He called back again and offered a technician to come out for a free estimate. Robert showed up with a great attitude, was friendly informative and took care of the job in no time.  Can't say enough about these guys!

Scottsdale plumping has a new owner since the last time I used them. Now they are just a rip off. Juan played every tired old game there is to run up my bill. Even had to run out for parts and charged me for the time. What should have been $150. turned into $232.
Just sad that someone bought the name a company that I knew and trusted for 20 years and trashed it.
I had an insinkerator removed and replaced with pvc pipe.

Fast response and courteous service. They came out to look at my faucet and figured out it was a very simple fix. Would definately recommend them to anyone on the old town area.

Sean Rojas came to my house in August. I watched him install my new water heater which was a warranty replacement. Honestly, I've never seen a better technician than Sean. He moved unbelievably quick. I was at one time a welder with experience in soldering. I've never seen a person solder as quickly as Sean.  He made certain that I got my money's worth AND my senior citizens discount. People like this make a company great.

Person who answered phone was abrupt and just rude.  Used this company for years till they sold to new owner.  When I had an issue with work they did I was told over 30 days and my problem.  Very disappointed.

Called on Friday afternoon to inquire about installing a water pressure reducing valve and spoke with Todd, the Scottsdale Rd Store Manager. He quickly offered to come to my home and check my pressure to see if I really did need the valve and arrived in about 15min. He showed me on his gauge how high my pressure actually was (Scottsdale Water had previously checked it and clearly their gauge was way off) and he recommended installing the pressure reduction valve. I was already certain it was needed but grateful the need was validated by Todd checking first. Installation was then scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Todd arrived promptly at our agreed scheduled 8am time and was done in an hour! Such peace of mind to not be changing toilet flush valves every few months, purchasing new blown up garden hoses and worrying about pipe leaks.

Horrible Customer Service.  Overpriced and unprofessional.  I had an issue with the service I received and had to contact the company over 8 times for zero resolution.  Everyone I spoke with apologized about the lack of follow up and pointed the finger at someone else.  Company fails to listen to the voice of the customer .  I would avoid at all times, you will be disappointed.

I had contacted Scottsdale Plumbing Company to perform work on our Master Bathroom remodel. The work involved setting tub, plumbing pipes to installed valves with finished hardware. Upon contacting the decision was made to send someone to my house to evaluate the job and then provide quote to in order to proceed.

The plumber (Robert) came on 1/17, with another plumber. They looked at the job and quoted $1100. I told them to proceed with the job. After an hour the plumbers informed me they did not have all the necessary tools to perform the job, nor did they have all the materials. At that time they informed him they would have to charge me $180/hr while they were out gathering the tools and materials. At this time I got confused based on the initial quote they gave me. They stated the quote was based on estimated time to complete the job and the actual cost was variable. They did not disclose this to me, nor did they have me sign any agreement at the time they disclosed the initial quote of $1100. I told them I would not pay for them to fetch materials and tools, since this would not be work being performed on the job. The decision was made for them to return the following week on Tuesday.

No one arrived on Tuesday. I called the office and they said Robert had me scheduled for Friday. This messed up my schedule and needed them to complete the job before Friday. The office was able to re-shuffle and the plumber returned on Thursday to complete the job. Based on this info I had called my tile contractor to schedule finishing the tub skirt on 1/24. Between this time and Monday I was out of town for business matters.

Upon returning to town I had noticed the tub valves were not symmetrical around the tub spout fixture. The cold valve was off by over an 1-inch relative to the hot valve. I can understand if the drilled holes were off by about 1/8 inch at the most, but 1-inch is very noticeable and is finish work. I was very upset and could not understand how someone could drill hole being off by that much.

After many communications to the Scottsdale Plumbing Company (phone and email) they refused to communicate back. In fact they demand payment instead of fixing the issue.

Now my Wife and I have to pay a contractor to fix the issue which requires ripping up tile and tub skirt and removing the tub in order to fix the plumbing.  We tried to work and compromise with them, but they decided to screw us and take the unethical route.

We are in process of contacting BBB and ROC to file claim.

These guys are fantastic!! I had a very unusual and difficult part to find for a high end sink/faucet set and I was floored at the lengths and the amount of time Scottsdale Plumbing spent helping me find this part.  They are absolutely worth 5-STARS! Highly Recommend!!

During December I had a slow leak in my guest bathroom toilet that I ignored until my water bill came and I was shocked it had increased by 20 bucks over the prior month.  I took action and had Scottsdale Plumbing come to assess the situation.  To rebuild my old toilet would cost about as much as a new one so I opted for a new convenient height toilet plus get a low flow rebate.  Since I needed to have one replaced I thought I might as well replace the other toilet at the same time. So far, so good but both bathrooms had yucky shag carpet that Mike T, Erik T and Holly T all knew about from their visits.  
As the plot thickens Ed the plumber has a brother who does tile. I had Michael come to assess the flooring and decided to have both carpets replaced with tile.  The next step was to look for tile at Home Depot which was relatively easy and more or less painless.  With tile in hand the carpet was removed and low and behold there was yucky linoleum under neath.  After removing the linoleum the job went relatively quickly.  Then it dawned on me that the guest tub/shower combination was in need of new faucet  handles and new shutoff washers to prevent the drip, drip, drip after taking a shower.  Of course, if I did one bathroom I might as well do the other bathroom... Right?
Well, here is where the complications set in.  Both bathrooms needed new tub & shower 8 three handle valve bodys  Did I happen to mention the bathrooms are side by side but with the toilet and shower plumbing at different setbacks to the hallway?  Well, this was a big deal.  In fact almost worth going to Dominos for the BFD pizza..
Needless to say yesterday did not go well as more complications set in with wood rot, broken tiles, mis-aligned plumbing but the good news is Ed, Michael and his assistant came thru with flying colors.  I now have a great looking guest bathroom and the master bathroom is on its way to completion.

Outstanding customer service.  Needed parts for Price Pfister sink and shower and took picture to help identify.  Great guy at the counter spent time to explain proper installation.  Help with my plumbing questions and just really nice guy. Got the right parts and fixing leaks was made easy with his help. I will definitely recommend Scottsdale Plumbing and will not waste my time at the big box hardware stores.

We had a major water leak/flood happening in our home. We called a handful of emergency plumbers. None of which treated our emergency as such.

UNTIL we reached Robert Grimm from Scottsdale Plumbing!

Robert told us how to turn off the main water line  which stopped the flooding (the other plumbing businesses had customer service people, not plumbers answering calls--even after we explained water was shooting out of the pipe, no plumber called back to explained how to stop the water).

Robert was able to come out 30 minutes later to assess and come up with a plan to fix it all.

Robert was honest, thorough and kind.  We highly recommend!

I recently started to install a whole house water filter. I cut through the main copper pipes and was having difficulty and wanted it done right, so I called Scottsdale plumbing. Roger came out earlier than expected and did a clean, thorough job of the water filter installation. I am pleased with the work and would hire them again if necessary.

We called to have a leaking hose bib repaired as well as a toilet in the barn that was broken.  The technician fixed neither and we were billed for $120.00.  I called and talked to Peg explaining that I was not going to pay a bill when nothing was repaired.  She argued that their technician drove a long distance to get to our home in Cave Creek.  I pointed out that I did not call them to drive to my home, but instead to fix a couple of plumbing issues.  Ultimately, I fixed these things myself and I am no plumber by any stretch of the imagination.  We have always had good results from Scottsdale Plumbing and feel that we have always been treated fairly in the past.  Her reluctance to issue the credit and attitude has seriously damaged what I thought was a good relationship.  It seems to me unlikely that I will call them again.

I am so glad I stopped into Scottsdale plumbing today. My shower handle broke and after Home Depot couldn't fix it, I was referred here. Todd and Natalie were amazing! While Natalie was looking up the model number, Todd was able to get the screw loose inside the handle. You are my saving grace Todd! I was dreading having to pay hundreds of dollars for a new unit when all I needed was to re-tighten a single screw. Thank you so much! I will definitely come back to see you if I ever have a plumbing issue!

We just bought a house and there are issues regarding the plumbing. I called Scottsdale Plumbing Company for the plumbing works. They were very professional in every aspect. They gave us a fair estimate for the work. They informed us by calling that they were on the way to our house, they arrived on time for the appointment, although there were flaws in their work, they manage to correct it. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service.

When I called Scottsdale Plumbing for a very last minute job, they were honest & admitted they wouldn't be able to complete it within the time I needed. But, instead of leaving me high & dry, they selflessly recommended another company, which was able to meet my tight scheduling needs. Thanks for your concern & help!!!  Next time, you'll be the first on my list to call.

Worst experience ever. Used them to install water heater and gas line. The screwed up both installs. They installed the wrong heater. Then charged me to remove the incorrect water heater and reinstall. On the gas line the recommended installing it 20 from the floor and left the stub sticking out about 4 so the stove couldn't sit flush against the wall. I called at least a dozen times and they would just blow me off saying someone would call me back. DO NOT USE SCOTTSDALE PLUMBING UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE OVERCHARGED AND HAVE A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT FIX SOMETHING THEY DO WRONG.

Scottsdale plumbing rescued us today from a kitchen sink emergency. They were promptly out here and finished the job so quickly. We were so impressed with the professionalism of Brad and the price of the job. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them! Thank you for the great service!

Fabulous!  Just got a new water heater.  Price was wonderful, about half one of the others.  Everyone I talked with was sooo polite and nice.  They are the only people I will call now when I need a plumber.

I highly recommend Scottsdale plumbing. I have used them two times now and they show up on time they clean up and do a great job after themselves. It's hard to find anybody in construction to be responsive these days. Ken was my service tech. Kimberlee was very responsive in their front office. Good people and thank you for the great job.

I called Scottsdale Plumbing based on a recommendation from our handyman. Robert was prompt, courteous and competently replaced our water main in the timeframe promised in his estimate.

Rob came out and literally saved us $350.00!  Here's our story:  We have had the same beautiful stainless steel fixtures for 18 years....
All of the sudden our shower began leaking...drip drip all night! Ugh! Additionally, we had a sink faucet handle that had gotten loose. We were told by another professional plumber that the valves were stripped and he could not repair the faucet handle, that we would have to buy new faucets (at about 350.00),  I started shopping.  Just before buying the faucets, our hot water heaters blew, one week apart.  All this within a 2 week period!  (Standard maintenance when you've been in a home for so long but aggravating nonetheless).  We called Scottsdale plumbing based on reviews but also following our own research to determine what to expect with the cost of new water heaters.  They were competitive and professional and replaced the hot water heaters with no problems. The water heater installation is separate from standard plumbing so we scheduled a plumber a couple weeks later and in steps Rob.   Prior to showing up at the house, Rob had asked us to send photos of the valve in question, an old Kohler product.  He not only arrived with the exact part needed to repair the drip, but he tackled the loose handle with complete knowledge and ease.   No need to buy a new faucet or a new shower valve!  We are grateful to have found such a reliable and experienced plumber and a company that arrives on time and is efficient.   We can't speak highly enough for both Rob and the other two gentlemen who installed our two broken hot water heaters!  Thank you Scottsdale Plumbing!

Nick was our Service person, same person who came out and gave us the quote. Nick was punctual, masked up and walked me through exactly what he was going to do. Rebuilt our main Riser, replaced PRV-PVB and changed out 3 hose bibs- ( don't ask me what PRV or PVB stand for, however, 3 people informed me they should be replaced . Nick came in under his quote and was spot on the time frame he gave us to complete all the  task.

Well, my experience was different than anything I read here! In fact, I'm surprised to see any low star reviews at all.

I was cutting through drywall when I accidentally nicked a copper water line. Water was spraying everywhere! So I grabbed some duct tape (obviously) and shut the water lines off. I called the first company that pulled up when I googled emergency plumbing and within 20 min Isaac was at my house fixing my water line. It took all of 10 min tops for him to fix the leak. I thought the rate was completely fair for emergency services and an hour later I sit here with a bag of popcorn and a movie to decompress from that stressful situation that was handled quickly and efficiently by Scottsdale Plumbing. I will definitely use them again in the future. With my propensity to whack a hammer with my eyes closed, I'm sure I'll need them.

They do great work, but seriously 142 bucks for a 30 min labor job?!?!? The parts weren't even 20 bucks! And we already had the wall cut open for him! Suchhhh a ripe off!!

We recently had a leak in the water line to our refrigerator, and called Scottsdale Plumbing Company (SPC) to help us, because it was a weekend and an emergency. I'm not sure how their weekend rate compares to other plumber weekend rates, but I thought it was rather high. Nevertheless, the plumber from SPC came within an hour of our call and helped us stop the leak. Rather than fix the water line and rack up the weekend rate hours, though, he suggested he leave the water line as it was (with the leak now stopped), and come back the following week when he would only have to charge their normal weekday rate. I really appreciated that suggestion, because it showed he recognized how high their weekend rate was, and that he wanted to help us save money, while getting the job done.

I'll have to check what their regular weekday rate is to see if I'll call them again, but overall, I'm glad SPC was there to help us in a pinch, and glad their plumbers are honest and considerate.

Have used Scottsdale Plumbing in the past. The first time I called them years ago they told me they could get Ed out first thing in the morning, he was good but not the most sociable guy. I said fine. Ed did a great job and had NO idea why they thought he was not sociable. After that, I always asked for Ed. This time when I called I again asked for Ed and they said he had retired. :( They would send Bradley out. He did a great job fixing my tub leak, very clean and no mess! Scottsdale Plumbing provides excellent, quality service and the technicians are first-rate. On two recent occasions, I needed help to repair a cracked, leaking outside faucet, and to assess and repair/replace several toilet, bath, and sink components that were resulting in an abnormally high water bill. The plumbers - Nick for the first incident and Brandon for the second request - were extremely professional, competent, and thoughtful, and ensured the issues were adequately explained while the work was accomplished. Additionally, Janice in the office was wonderful to work with, ensuring invoicing, contact info, and other matters associated with my account were all up-to-date.  As a resident of the area for 48 years, I appreciate the fantastic service all these folks provide and I highly recommend them. This is a great place to find plumbing knowledge/experience and to source specialty parts for your project. This is not the spot to get basic plumbing hardware found at big box retailers. Although the knowledge was abundant, the stock wasn't, and I left relatively empty handed. Based on looking at their showroom, their focus has shifted from retailing plumbing supplies to the public and repair, to providing plumbing repair services, almost exclusively. If their plumbers are anything like, Steve in the showroom, they will be a knowledge powerhouse!

All positive things to say:
1.) Found and ordered parts, in a timely fashion.
2.) Great communication back and forth.
3.) Non-judgmental, super helpful and respectful
4.) When they couldn't get a part fast, they directed me to an unrelated place that could- with my needs and NOT the almighty dollar in mind (very refreshing!!)
5.) Came out to repair someone else's work quickly and efficiently

I had a very disappointing experience with Scottsdale Plumbing Company. I contacted them to get a quote for plumbing work that needed to be done on a house that my wife and I are purchasing. The plumber came out as scheduled, evaluated the items that needed to be fixed and promised to get me the quote by the end of the week. He was very pleasant and I felt good about getting the quote on time so that it could be submitted with our counter offer by the deadline. I verified that this would be able to be done on time when I called, and I confirmed this with the plumber at the time of the inspection.

Fast forward to the end of the week (the day before our counter offer was due), and I still had not received the quote. Keep in mind that this was only a couple items and not some huge commercial project.... I called that morning and spoke with someone at the office and reiterated that our counter offer was due the next day and that I had still not received the quote. I was reassured that I would have it by the end of the day. As the end of the day approached, I still did not have anything, so I called again and was told that they would contact the plumber immediately and get right back to me. Nothing. The next time I called they were gone for the weekend and I was transferred to an after hours hotline.

Needless to say I never received the quote and had to submit our counter offer without a quote on the plumbing work that needs to be done. I had a roofer, structural engineer, electrician, and flooring company all perform the same task that was promised by Scottsdale Plumbing Company, and the only one to not deliver was SPC. I definitely would not recommend using their services!

Not only was it easy to schedule an appointment as soon as we wanted, but the office also phoned the day of service to get permission for the plumber to arrive earlier, as his prior job was completed quicker than was estimated.  Robert was friendly, polite & so efficient that he also completed our job in less time than allowed, thus our cost was reduced accordingly.  We will definitely use this business again when a need arises and ask for Robert.

I have a Airbnb and we had a emergency with the shower valve.  I have a home warranty but I needed someone same day.  Enter Scottsdale Plumbing.   The plumber refused to change the valve, even though I told him I needed it done.  He said they didn't have time and would search for the part.  They ghosted me and did not reply to requests for updates.   They had no sense of urgency or understanding that I am a business woman running a business.  They finally fixed it days later after multiple missed bookings and comped nights.  I could have had it done faster for $75 under my home warranty.  They lie and don't return calls.   Buyer beware.

Darren is the Plumber of Your Dreams.  First of all, we had previous plumber come and give us an estimate to replace some ancient Roman pipes that had started leaking and cracking. This guy told us the job would involve a total replacement of all our pipes and we'd have to rip up the floor and whatnot. The estimated cost? $20,000.  ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Luckily, we spotted Darin from Scottsdale Plumbing working in our neighborhood and asked him to take a look at the job. He gave us a much more accurate diagnosis and WAY affordable estimate. Obviously, we went with Darren.  He arrived on time, prepped the kitchen with plenty of drop cloths and plastic, and got to work. I went to check on him mid-progress and of course, sheetrock dust and bits of pipe were everywhere as Darren worked his magic. I go check on him a few hours later and my kitchen is COMPLETELY PRISTINE!  Darren cleaned up the mess so beautifully and installed the pipes like a skilled surgeon.  I was blown away as my kitchen was actually cleaner than before he arrived!  Not only that, he's such a pleasant and friendly man.  I would highly recommend Scottsdale Plumbing and Darren to anyone!

They're one of a kind because the devices are old and you can't get parts anywhere else North of 1969. His garage is probably the only place in the world where you can find some of these parts. He manufactures them himself. So he can charge a bloody fortune for them. Like, a fortune! The markup is in the thousands of percentage.

Enter Scottsdale plumbing. My mom had trouble turning down the hot water in her shower and being that I'm so handy, off to work I go...

The internal components were completely calcified and 30 years old. Needles to say, Ace Hardware doesn't have one of the necessary large-threaded attachments I need to complete the job. Neither does Lowes, where I was told Sometimes you just have to call a plumber. I am a plumber, asshole. I rerouted the guest bathroom to two shower heads in the womb, biatch!

So I have to go to the famous Scottsdale Plumbing Co. I'm a bit of a femme, so every time I go into a place like this I throw on my Sportiqe apparel so they'll show me some goddamned respect. I would say that this was no different, though, to be fair, I didn't wear my tragically heterosexual deep V so we may never know. But they're definitely gruff, as expected.

So they gouge... Oh, sorry, I mean they sell me two parts I need. The part I bought that I couldn't find anywhere else was $70. S E V E N T Y dollars. I have worked at a machine shop. I know this is a $.70 part but because it's unavailable anywhere else, S$E$V$E$N$T$Y dollars. How they sleep at night...

Ok so in addition to this part, which I have no choice but to buy, they sell me the other part I need which is available at ACE. SPC charges $57 for this part. I bought it at ACE for about $35. I took it back to SPC and they were cool about the exchange. But damn!

So anyway, buy nothing but the very minimum of what you need there. I appreciate that they're there. I just wish they were a little less expensive.

I couldn't be more pleased with Scottsdale Plumbing. I have had them out to my house two times in as many weeks for unrelated reasons. My toilet was not filling correctly and I knew a part had to be replaced. I called them at 8 AM in the morning and by 9 AM Dominic showed up and by 9:30 he was gone. This latest visit was to replace an old hot water heater as part of a remodel in my laundry room. Nick worked with the crew that was tiling my laundry room and made sure he wasn't in the way of that job. He removed the water heater and came back later with a new 50-gallon water heater. Both times they showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Side note....when the bottom of the corroded water heater fell apart in the street before he left, there was Nick cleaning up the mess out on the street. You don't see people go to that extra step these days.  Are they the cheapest? I have no idea but I will say is that they show up on time, do good work, and clean up after themselves. And, for the untrained eye and a daily user of the fixed toilet and hot water...it all works!

I had an issue with my refrigerator ice maker and the repairman happened to mention that I could increase my water pressure by installing a larger water line. I contacted Scottsdale Plumbing and Daren came out to do the installation and change out our RO filters. Daren looked at the situation and promptly told me that he could change the line but it would be a complete waste of money. He then changed the filters, explained how long I could expect them to last, and completed the job in short order. He was very polite, professional, and efficient. The cost was very reasonable for the services performed. I would not hesitate to contact them again.
