Today Orestes, the owner, came out to fix the leak under my kitchen sink. We have a 2-10 home warranty, which I filed a claim with them and they gave us United Plumbing & Draining Services, LLC. I called within a couple minutes of getting the 2-10 work order and called. Orestes answered.
I explained the problem and he asked when I would like him out. I asked if he could come out today and he had availability in the afternoon (it was the morning when I called). It turned out to not be the cold water valve rather a quick connect fitting from our reverse osmosis that the person that installed that system didn't do a great job of putting the fitting on.
Orestes wasn't sure if the kitchen faucet would be damaged in the removal of the quick connect fitting. It turns out he was able to get this part out (with a lot of work) without damaging our faucet's plumbing. He had to go out to buy the part and returned and got the leak all taken care of. No more leaking.
I had also asked him if he does work on hot water heaters and he said he does. I asked him if he would show my husband and I how to make sure to properly drain our hot water heater. He went through the steps with us, telling me I should write the steps down, the order in which he did things, and the timing. He explained why the order and timing, which was super helpful. Our hot water heater isn't too old, 2.5 yrs old, but we had never done the yearly draining I thought we were supposed to.
Anyway, aside from the 2-10 warranty fee payable to him, I gave him a little extra for being so kind to explain and show us how to drain our hot water heater. At first he refused the money, but my husband and I thought it was only fair he get some money by empowering us to help keep our hot water heater healthier for longer.
We are very appreciative of the good work Orestes did as well as him being such a decent person by making sure our leak was taken care (the root cause) and we were good to go. So if you're in search of someone to do a good job, honest, give Orestes a call for your plumbing needs.

This started with a clogged kitchen sink = there was some cous cous down the drain which is similar to rice in consistency. And at the time I decided to upgrade the disposal. $800.00 dollars later the clog is obviously gone but there was now leaking. How do we go from a simple clogged drain to puncture holes in a stainless steel sink? How much blunt force does it take to pop tiny size pin holes in a stainless steel sink? And what tool would wreak such havoc on a stainless steel sink? Nothing I own. The first disposal was malfunctioning within a week. The person from Apache Plumbing suggested that because I bought it from Home Depot and not Lowe's that somehow the disposal was inferior or defective for that reason. The brand was Badger. I don't care where you buy one from - a Badger is a Badger. He brought another Badger to replace the defective one and this time apparently purchased it from Lowe's so all would work fine now. I SPECIFICALLY left instructions that they leave the defective disposal at my house and not take it so I could return it to Home Depot for a refund. When I got home the defective disposal was gone so I am out that money as well. What do they do with used or defective parts still under warranty? Make money on a side hustle? Also - the new faucet does not stay in a stationary position when I swivel from left to right. You move it in either direction and it slowly swivels back to the center. So in summary - I had a simple drain clog (no leaking). That simple clog morphed into 2 new garbage disposals, a new stainless steel sink that was the result of leaking due to new puncture holes, and of course all the fixtures that come when you purchase a new sink. I do not believe all the 5 star ratings on here, they are BS and most likely friends and family trying to promote this business. A simple clog that should have cost no more than $70 to $125 bucks cost me over $800.00. NO I do not recommend this company.

Called Go Direct & Sewer after reviewing all other plumbing services...sorry to say there are lots of plumbing companies with horrible reviews, especially with the service I needed, which is the main sewer line repair.
Spoke to Jorge the owner, and he was the only one, that I spoke to that had the time to explain the process of sewer repairs and the steps needed, which brought peace of mind and a better understanding that I stopped freaking out.
Jorge have solved my sewer problem and it was very, very reasonable and when I asked if he gives military discounts, he gladly reduced my bill.
Go Direct Plumbing & Sewer in Mesa is a small honest plumbing company, so take advantage of it while it's still small and honest, because we all know that as one gets bigger... LOL,
Thank you Jorge

Our water heater blew on Mother's Day. Having been unsatisfied with our contracted plumbing service, I placed a request on Angie's List. Rich, the owner, was the first to respond. Our initial interaction was via text. He asked me a series of questions, as well as requested pictures to assess the situation. He took the time on a Sunday night to answer a litany of questions regarding the benefits of a tankless water heater.
After taking the evening to think about our options, I called him the next morning to discuss next steps. His pricing was fair, his associate, Jason, arrived on time, and he completed the work within the timeframe quoted at the beginning of the job. The work was clean and the end result met expectations.

Had a bit of a septic overflow emergency and Jeff with Cartright's came out very quickly on his way back from another job. He got the situation under control, and pumped out the septic tank and got everything moving again. Thank you Jeff!

Great Family Business. We've called them several times including a backyard plumbing emergency and couple of AC service calls. They always arrive quickly and have parts on their trucks and ready to fix. Issues resolved with couple hours of initial call. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. Our experiences have been great b/c Levi and the Techs. They always talk thru issues with you and answer all questions openly and hoenstly. And we always learn a thing or two along way as well. Have family out of town that runs HVAC business so as far as insider recommendations go these guys are top notch and highly recommended!!

BRANDON IS THE BEST! We had a sewer clog and he came over right away to take care of the problem. HE also responded quickly to a prior plumbing request we had. He is one of the friendliest and most reliable plumbers we have used, and his prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend him to take care of your plumbing and rooter issues. He gets an A+ in our book Thank you, Brandon!

We recently purchased a home which had been sorely neglected for the past decade or more. We contacted several electrical contractors to review our electrical panels and chose Tucker Hill. Dan Herrick and his crew replaced all four of our electrical panels in two days. Dan explained in detail the scope of the job and answered all the questions we had. They labeled all of the breakers and cleaned up any material left from the job. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Tucker Hill for any electrical work that you need.
