I recently had some back yard work done for a new sprinkler system and a week later, my yard is flooding. Come to find out of a case of bad luck that it was the valve filter/system that just happen to go out. I called, scheduled a day, I went and bought the part I needed, they came out and had it fixed within 30min.

Called them,they came right over the same day. Ended up being a quick fix and after all didn't charge me anything. I was shocked,couldn't believe it. I had my AC replaced 2 yrs ago and another company came to service it 2 motnhs ago and charge me 265$ for apparently something that had to be replaced, what do you replace on basically new unit?!!,was taken advantage before. I was having an issue with my washer not draining properly and was coming up with an error message in the middle of washing a load. My mom found Gabriel on Yelp and after sending him the model number he came over the next morning. He was so nice which made me and my roomate feel very comfortable. He was able to figure out the problem very quickly. He even found out that our washer had not been put together correctly from the previous owner that we bought it from which was causing the washer to not drain. He was very honest and professional and provided great customer service. I would definitely use his services again!

Scottsdale Plumbing is by far the best plumbing business in the valley. I have had various convoluted and pressing plumbing issues with different lines in my condo for twelve years and this company has been the only one able to solve them. My latest plumbing nightmare was due to my washing machine causing a rancid odor in my condo every time I ran it. Darren, the plumber who came out to fix the issue, worked really hard to fix the problem and I no longer have any issues. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Come here and request him or you will be disappointed with your results!!

We moved into a house which had many leaks, frozen valves, and needed a bathroom addition. Sam was wonderful. He spent a lot of time analyzing each issue, and gave us great advice on how to proceed with the addition. His bill was very reasonable. He's now not just our neighborhood plumber, but our family plumber.

Great Plumber and a nice guy,  Art just completed installing garbage disposal, RO system, new sink and faucets and I am as happy as I can be.  Everything was pretty old so he had to replace most of the pipes before he could even begin with the new stuff.  He was here within the time frame promised and worked efficiently.  Took away all the cardboard and packing materials and even swept the floor when done.  And very importantly, his charges were very reasonable.  I highly recommend Art and Symphony Plumbing.

Call ROCCO at 4 o'clock on Monday and fix my shower by 2 o'clock on Tuesday! Not over priced like the big companies.

Dallen Handley, the owner, worked on our outside kitchen line.  He was very thorough and methodical in order to determine what the issue was. He was very professional, courteous and, most importantly,  willing to answer my questions and explain and show me his findings step by step.  He went directly to work without wasting any time. We found a septic tank we didn't know existed. We had to wait for it to be emptied.  He knew when that was going to be done so he called me promptly afterwards without waiting for me to call him. I feel confident in saying I trust him 100% which is something I rarely do.

Is it possible to adore a plumbing company? If so, we do. The object of that hard-earned adoration is AZ Preferred Plumbing.

Marat is the skilled technician that they sent to our home. Marat was professional, respectful and on time. He did not charge for the initial quote, while other plumbers try to, as we live relatively far from a major city. In addition, the cost for the work was precisely as stated within the quote. Not only that, the toilet we had installed was an upgrade form the original, and thanks to Marat's advice, we now have more room in the commode than we had before.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company, and Marat, are. Marat even found other problems that they builder had caused, which we lived with, because not one of the other plumbers we have used over the years were smart enough to see there was a flaw. After Marat located the issue, I reviewed it with him, and I now have another very reasonable quote for a job that we will have done by AZ Preferred Plumbing.

This is what doing business is supposed to be like: A prompt response, a guarantee on highly skilled work, all completed on time and for the agreed to price. We are quite pleased with AZ Preferred Plumbing, and will not need another plumbing company for as long as their doors are open for business.

This company wanted 6k for a repair. I got a second opinion.  The unit only need a capacitor. I paid another company less than a couple hundred dollars.  The unit runs like brand new.  ACE Home Service is a rip off. I would never buy a new unit from them (get three quotes first) or have them do any work at my home.  They want you to finance a new unit with them so they can have a lean on the home.  Con artists. Use them at your own risk.
