These guys are great. It all started with my initial call to Katie. She was friendly and had great customer service skills. The first available appointment was for the following morning and I had told her I was in need of service today. She said she would put me on the list if something opened up that day. Two hours later a spot did open! The techs Jim and Ryan came right over. They both put shoe covers on before coming in. Jim was very knowledgeable and I could tell they were both stand up guys. Very kind and professional. Thanks for the help guys!

I put a request for a quote online with yelp, I got a phone call today from I believe John, he was willing to come give me a quote for my work but wanted to charge me for the quote since I cannot be home from work till 4 pm and anything after that would be considered after hours...I have called a couple other companies and they have been able to set up appointments to arrive at 4 pm for their estimate without an issue. I am disappointed to say the least as I thought the reviews on here were pretty decent.  He was pleasant on the phone. Unfortunately I cannot take time off of work to be home for an estimate that should take all of 10 minutes.

I cannot comment on their work, they have a good rating so I am sure it's up to code.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. We had a huge job with varying types of tasks from running a new line to hanging light fixtures, hanging fans and installing dimmers. You name we did it. The team of guys were here for three days working our laundry list of items. They were professional, thorough, careful in our home, knowledgeable and even cleaned up after they had to cut holes in walls for outlets or fixtures. They were just awesome. We have found our go-to electricians for life! Honest, fair pricing and hard working, knowledgeable team! Thanks for the great job TAB I couldn't be more pleased! I discovered major electrical issues in my attic late last year. After consulting multiple people, it was clear my older house was in need of a complete rewire. I reached out to multiple electricians for help and estimates. I eventually chose Wiring Pros LLC because they gave me a clear quote, they were timely, and I really liked Lesly (the receptionist). My rewire project was a whole week long because of the complexity. My two electricians were Brad and Steven - both extremely kind, intelligent, and communicative. They were able to knock out the project pretty quickly and were always open to answering any questions I had for them throughout the week. My rewire is done and my family feels much safer thanks to Wiring Pros. As I told Lesly on the phone, I will be referring them to any and all of my family/friends in the Valley who have electrical concerns!

It doesn't get any easier or better working with such a great team. I emailed to set up an appointment to get a quote on rewiring our office. Mike the owner responded within a few hours, arrived on time for our appointment, was very pleasant, and gave me a very competitive estimate for the job, even before the military discount.

After we scheduled the work, we met up with Mike #2 (master electrician) and his crew of 1 (can't remember his name) but both were a pleasure to work with. Master Mike (as we call him to differentiate between Owner Mike) knew exactly how we wanted things done almost even before we told him, and really blew our expectations away. Not only did our project get done within the estimated price they finished ahead of schedule. It doesn't get better than this. Too bad Owner Mike only does electricity as I need a contractor for other jobs, and most of them don't even come close to how good Mike and his team are.

One of the best electrician service you can get in Phoenix area.  Gabe communicates well and prompt service when you need an electrician he is there.  He added a new breaker and an outlet for an EV.  He is the one that will correspond with you until the installation and issue resolved. To tell you the truth, I had 6 companies that I've put the request in and Gabe was the only one professionally corresponded with me.  His work is meticulously detailed and I give 6 stars if there was another start available.  A++++ strongly recommended.

Service was never completed after 3 trips to my home. Waste of my time. I was refunded which I appreciate.

Very professional and communicative thru the whole job to make sure it was completed to our wants.  Daniel was a great, knowledgeable electrician.  Definitely will hire again and request him when ready to complete our other electrical work.

JR from Affordable Electric Service provided excellent service from my initial phone call to the completion of my request installation of 3 dedicated 20A circuits. This is a New home purchase December 19, 2022. The master bedroom, and living room, were on one circuit breaker. When I used my floor heater would trip  the circuit breaker. JR from Affordable, Electric Service, installed (3) 20A to solve my problem. I now have peace of mind when turning on my floor heater. JR converted an already existing plate to have 20A and 15A plug.
Affordable electric service was polite, prompt, professional, dedicated, patient, courteous, cleanliness, fast and most importantly they live up to their  name affordable, they had a great price.

Very satisfied with Arc Electrical and would highly recommend this business if you need electrical work done. Alex responded right away, set clear and reasonable expectations, and was on time and professional. He completed the work fast and I was very happy with the outcome. So much so that I will be using his company again to hard wire and install some exterior lighting.

They are not only great with the car chargers. But they handle all our remodels as well!

Gary was prompt at replying and made an appointment within the week. He installed inside mount blinds for me that I was convinced were unable to be installed due to 1947 block Home concrete walls and metal beams above the window.

He was quick, clean, affordable, and it looks great. Highly recommend.

TLDR: Price was the best, quality was great, professional interactions, timely communication, and fairly timely service (granted this wasn't an urgent project).

Everything from initial contact was professional. I made the request for service over New Years weekend. I heard back from Jordan, in charges of estimates, within 2 days (January 2nd). They came out 3 days later, took about 5-10 minutes to gauge the job.

They don't give estimates onsite, but email them out. This part was actually a bit delayed, but I wasn't in a rush (they came out January 5th, but estimate only came on January 10th).

They gave a very genuine attempt to accommodate my schedule for service, but admitted it would be difficult to schedule something for the afternoon. I told them I could free up time in the morning, and they scheduled it for 3 days later (January 16th, morning).

The electricians showed up pretty early (around 7:30AM) which was great and got started right away. It seemed like they paired a very experienced gentleman with someone newer, which I think is a wonderful way to ensure customer satisfaction and teach at the same time.

It took them about 2 hours to finish the job, and they were thorough in finishing it properly and cleaning up after. No drywall needed to be damaged for it (running a new line to the breaker), and they answered all of our questions. The gentlemen were nothing but professional and courteous.

About 2 days after the job was completed, I was emailed the invoice with an option to pay online via PayPal, and I was mailed a copy a couple days later. Invoice was priced exactly at the estimate, which was the cheapest of the estimates I solicited.

My home needed an updated electrical panel because the electrical panel was so old it became a fire hazard! Mike and his crew (by the way, great professional crew) installed a new and updated electrical panel.
Mike is the owner and was very professional both in work and communication. Mike went the extra mile and removed all access wires of no use and also installed grounded outlets and new switch for my flood lights!!! They left my patio clean and the electrical job was amazing.

This is the place to go for fan repair or replacement. They quickly obtained the necessary parts to refurbish our old fans.

Alex was quick to respond and was able to install our EV charger same day. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. We will contact him for future electrical jobs.

These guys were great! Not only were the receptionists very helpful and nice, the guys that came out to my home were professional and did a wonderful job. I will be using them again in the future.

Service was great, job completed, pricing fair!!  Only mishap was due to an employee leaving the company, start time had to be moved.  Very happy overall.  Would use this service again.

Excellent experience... We had a list of items: outlets, porch light and smoke alarm installs and even a chandelier over the garage washer/dryer.  All were handled at a price that definitely undercuts the major companies. We will use them again.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.
