Best Wiring Repair in Phoenix AZ

Used them for multiple projects at home and at work. Like any service company you can expect some lead times, scheduling windows, etc. The whole process is easy and the techs are educated and professional in appearance and in their work. Maurice has helped several times and to get a picture of the guy arriving is comforting. These guys care about service and it shows. I will continue to use Simple Electric for any of my electric needs. Thanks!

I will use TIO from here on out.  Bob came out and gave me a formal estimate to do some work in my house...install 4 new fixtures and then wire and install 2 new fans.  Mere days later he was back out to do the work.  He was friendly and professional.  He is also a heads-down, get-the-job done kind of person.  He worked non-stop and cleaned up after done.  
There was also an apprentice that showed up...over an hour late and then left for 3 hours only to return to help load up the tools.  I understand this is maybe an internal issue, but it is was observed at the client level.  I felt bad for Bob not having help for the duration of the work.  This did not influence my rating, because the work was done and done well regardless of my sympathy :)
Nonetheless, I will personally request to have Bob back and have already started making a list of the work in Phase 2.  
Oh, and the cost to have everything done was extremely fair.

We were hiring for a major wiring job at our house, starting with one outlet, so we planned to hire someone to first fix the outlet then give us a quote for the larger job. Another company contacted us first to schedule a free quote, but TAB Electric contacted us shortly after to say they could actually *fix* the outlet that same day! The representative I spoke with explained the price of a basic outlet repair, and I told him it would likely be more complicated; he replied the technician would tell us how much the full outlet job would be and we could decide if we wanted to proceed at that time. On the day of work, the technicians contacted us on their way and showed up on time. Great start! However, they told my husband (I was busy with our kiddos in another room) they couldn't determine the cost without opening up the outlet - which would cost $189. This charge was not mentioned on the initial call. My husband agreed to it since he thought they would do the full repair afterward. Once they opened the outlet, they said they *couldn't* do the repair that day; the best they could do was a temporary fix and give us a quote for the rest of the job if we wanted it done. We were already out $189, so my husband agreed even though he could have done this fix himself. They also did not say if the payment would go toward paying for the rest of the job.

Once I received the receipt and found out what had happened, I was disappointed and frustrated. If we had been told up front - without being charged - that they could not do the work that day, we would not have proceeded. I contacted TAB, and the owner stated he wanted to make things right and would refund us for the misunderstanding. Then he spoke with his crew and called to say the best he could do was a 50% refund because they had actually done some work and then given us a quote.

It has been over a week, and we have not received our partial refund by check or to our credit card. Also, for those to whom this matters, the technicians did not wear masks (even though we did and we have young children). Needless to say, we will not be hiring them for our larger wiring job.

Took 5 days to get an estimate.We own and manage multiple properties and the lady on the phone had nothing but excuses. When the bud finally showed up it was 30% higher than the company that did the job.

Gabe did an awesome job installing our ceiling fans and light fixture!!! Very professional and priced right! Don't look further and call One Shot Installation!!

ryan is really great. helped route 5.1 speaker wires through my attic. also to note my attic didn't have any entrance to the area. he tactfully cut holes into the ceiling to continue his work. i m very impressed and would recommend him for any future work.

I have used Bolt Electric 3 or 4 times in the last year or two and have always been impressed with them.  Stephanie in the office is always friendly and efficient.  Each of the electricians that came to our house did a great job.  i would highly recommend Bolt Electric.

If you're getting a Tesla or other electric vehicle soon you'll probably want a home charging solution.  After getting my Tesla I contacted 3-4 contractors, some who didn't even return my call.  

Matt at Empowered Electrical (EE) Solutions did a fantastic job in 2 days after calling.

It wasn't easy. Because my electrical box was on the other side of the house from my garage he had to thread the line under my entry walkway.  At 7pm I asked him if he just wanted to return the next day.  He was determined to finish and completed it with a headlamp on!  

You don't get service like that often so I just wanted to give Matt a great shout out!

Gary was friendly, responded to my messages quickly and he offered a fair price for my doggie door install. However, that is where the good ends. Upon arrival, he set forth with the project. Though he did NOT listen when I said that some trim needed to be removed to install properly. (According yo the manufacturer install directions). He said that merely screwing it in would suffice. I explained that I could have just screwed the screws in myself if that was the case. He did not install the weatherstripping. In fact, he told me I'd have to go get some tape from the hardware store myself to adhere it.  It left a large gap, allowing a cold/hot air exchange. He then proceeded to tell me that it would cost $60 still....even though the job was not completed. $60 for 6 screws. Nothing more. What was supposed to be a time and energy saver, ended up costing me much more than the $60. I lost my patience....and my whole day.
Thank you Gary..,.for teaching me that I should just put on my big girl pants and do the job myself. I am perfectly capable, and ended up doing a better job than you. The ONLY reason I gave you any stars is because I ended up learning something from you not doing your job.

Reedco did everything right. From appointment scheduling, to follow up after the job was completed. Our electrician was Wayman, and he was amazing. He even let my 8 year old watch his work.
I can say with confidence that Reedco is the very best electrician company in Arizona.

James and Dave came out to install cable on the other side of my living room, which we could not get the cable companies to do for us because they had to crawl in the attic.  

They also installed a new light fixture and adjusted two others that were installed incorrectly during the house remodel.  They even repaired some exposed wires they found in the attic to make sure we were up to code and safe.

They were very quick with giving us an estimate and scheduling a date to come out and to do the work.  They were even very nice and put the remainder of our tv stand together and mounted the tv for us.  

Very professional, polite, and inexpensive for the work they did for us.

Dave does quality work. Not only will I use him again (install a mini split A/C & a Tesla charger) I will recommend him to my friends & family. I needed my 16x20 shop wired with a sub panel. He showed up when he said he would and is very fast and efficient. This is what I had him do. Install sub-panel, 14 outlets, wiring for future equipment, and lights inside and outside. The price he quoted was the price I paid. No upcharges or surprises. He was very professional and pays attention to details.

I work in residential home building and know trade costs. My wife and I needed to install several ceiling fans, a few lights, an outlet, and an EV charger. I called Parker & Sons first and after a brief look they gave us a ridiculously high quote ($700+ per ceiling fan ridiculous). This insinuated that our job wasn't worth their time. I found Ion Electrical on Yelp and Paul came over for an estimate. He was extremely thorough, even checking the breaker and patching a frayed wire while he was in there. He gave us an excellent estimate and we immediately scheduled his next available day.

Paul showed up with a helper and they finished everything together on schedule. He even replaced an old loose outlet for free. One of our fans had issues and needed to be returned and Paul had no problem coming back another day to install it.

Everyone we've met has been extremely friendly, my wife and I were super comfortable with them in the house, and he gives prices that I trust. I've already recommended him to my Dad. My wife and I have a list of lighting home improvements we're slowly working through. Once we've ordered everything we'll be calling him to schedule again!

Robert was amazing! He came to our house the same day to review the job and to provide an estimate. He provided tips to help us do some things on our own to save money.
