Ron and his crew did an amazing job! They took out three trees. One very large one. Then they trimmed two other large trees. You cannot even tell where they were. They did everything we asked and the clean up afterward was awesome! We are more than pleased.

After using their services for my office move, I hired Bryan and Alisha to move me across the country. Their team handled packing, cleaning, and moving for my large two-bedroom apartment at a rate much lower than the big corporate movers. They were professional and very pleasant to work with, and showed that they can handle any surprises that come along the way. Highly recommend these guys.

Juan and his Team did a great job taking down a tree with invasive roots in our yard. They did such a good job cleaning up afterwards, you would not even know there was a tree there before. I am really impressed with their work and would highly recommend them.

We needed some last minute emergency tree trimming (who knew that was even a thing?) and Jose was able to come out to give us a quote and perform the work the same day! He was so great and his prices were so reasonable that we ended up having him do twice as much work as we had originally planned!
He and his team trimmed our lemon and palm trees as planned, then removed two dead trees we had as eyesores in the yard and gave some much needed pruning and TLC to our VERY overgrown olive tree! On top of all of that, they hauled away every last twig and leaf!
I've been recommending them to anyone who will listen, and would definitely use them again! I also love that he communicates via text (a big bonus for me since I hate talking on the phone)

We called Jon to see about getting 7 big trees trimmed and to remove one that was right up next to our house.  He responded quickly, got us a quote within 24 hours and we were on the schedule within a short amount of time. Now my trees look fantastic!  These guys know what they're doing, they're not just hacking at branches, they actually make them look good.  Even more impressive though, the crew that came out was the most professional group of guys I've ever hired.  They came to the door and introduced themselves so I'd know they were there.  They got right to work and worked steadily all day long.  They cleaned up everything, including some big branches my husband had left in the yard previously.  Nothing was left undone, no trash was left anywhere, my yard looked better after they got done than when they started.  They even closed the gates behind themselves so I could let my dogs out.  Just an all around wonderful experience with this company.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

A little pricey and not timely! I do not mind paying a premium for good service. But, when you don't show for a scheduled appointment, 3 hr window, and I have to call an hour after the appointment time and I am told they should be there in an hour to an hour and a half.  Sorry that doesn't work for me. A courtesy call would've been appropriate.

Fernando and his team did a great job trimming Mesquite tree's in my backyard.  Called on a Saturday morning and he came first thing Sunday, assessed my needs gave me an estimate and came with his team to do the work Tuesday afternoon.  Quality job, and they were immaculate about cleaning up (even skimmed debris from my pool afterwards).  I couldn't even tell they were ever there except for the perfectly trimmed trees they left behind.  He also gave me lots of advice about how to care for my trees to avoid frequent trimming service.  Really nice independent company. Highly recommend.

We had been working with Chance and his company for about 5 years. At first his caliber of work was fantastic! We was responsive, have great quality control of his team, and we were very happy. Over time his quality had faded. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail. Essentially we are just paying him to come and cut the grass and use a leaf blower. Occasionally we will see that bush maintenance has been done but not regularly, and we have noticed that there is watering issues. We have communicated the water issue and it has yet to be resolved. There is flooding constantly in our yard, and sprinkler heads are never checked unless we ask them to come back to fix it, but by the time they return, other sprinklers are broken and there is zero communication about it.

For me, the biggest issue is that the crew keeps leaving gates propped open. I understand that accidents can happen, but I've had to communicate this issue in the past. Lately, for months now, I have come home to discover our gates propped open and our dogs trying to escape. We have two small schnauzers, and they are older dogs, and it seems that Chances team does not listen when we beg them to be more careful.

Today, our dogs were nowhere to be found and again the gate left wide open. It's a self latch gate, so the yard guys had to move our rocks around to force the gate to stay open. I texted the owner, Chance and stated that we cannot have people working here that do not respect our home and family and that our pets are missing and that among other issues, our missing dogs was reason enough to no longer work with his company.

His response: my apologies, I'll remove you from the schedule.

We found our dogs, thankfully! My frustration mainly stems from a perceived lack of empathy, customer service, and own ship of the problem that this company has caused. I would have hoped that after years of work, there would be more of a response to the compromised safety of our pets. To be fair, I did respond to Chances text in a rude manner, and then he texted back expressing concern for our pets, but I felt it was too late.

At the end of the day, there is both good and bad in working with this company.

Good: he is professional when he responds to our concerns. He has competitive pricing. His workers are reliable by showing up when scheduled.

Needs improvement: lacks control of his workers quality. Lacks follow through on our flooding issue that has lasted almost 6 months. His service is not standardized such as trees/bushes are not always trimmed. Does not ensure our feedback is followed, hence his workers continued to let the watering go unfixed and compromise our dogs safety.

Overall, we felt that we were just paying for regularly scheduled grass cutting and leaf blowing, while we believed that more could have been done. We wanted to have a service where we didn't have to worry about yard maintenance, and we felt that we were not getting that on top of the team not being careful with our pets safety. I know other companies can be unreliable and cancel last minute. Chance's company always showed up, and if they couldn't, it was communicated. So, it's a balance of what you want from your yard maintenance company. Unfortunately, this wasn't a good fit for us any more.

I really don't have the words to thank UCT&L. As a realtor, it's imperative that I have professionals that are reliable and shine at what they do. Troy and his crew were able to work wonders for my client on very short notice at a fair price. It's so refreshing to do business with people who are honest and excellent at what they do! I felt so comfortable and confident using UCT&L that I can't wait to use them for more listings! 5 star service!

I would highly recommend Albert's Landscaping. Quick to respond with an appropriate estimate. He came out the next day to give an exact quote. Very pleasant company to work with. Albert is very responsive and easy to work with. He does use Google Translate to make sure the communication in English is correct but it is not a problem. He is very responsive, respectful, reliable, on time and meticulous in his work. He cares about his customers and getting the job done right. He and his team helped out with a grading issue in the backyard and adding more gravel to an area that was sinking. He and his team also helped with a major sprinkler and valve issue.. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it perfectly.  Lastly, we needed a few trees and plants trimmed. He and his team did a great job. Thank you for all your help Albert; I will certainly use you and your team for any future landscaping needs!

Ivan of Century West Landscaping was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. When the job was complete, I couldn't even believe that it was the same yard. Ivan very patiently listened to my concerns and knew exactly what was needed. It was an unbelievable transformation. I highly recommend Ivan of Century West Landscaping.

BEWARE, they will sell you one thing and deliver another....THEN, they will INTERPRET in the manner that best suits them!  We wanted to give them a try and give a Smaller company the business in these tough times.  Their long time estimator, Bob,  came out to the house gave us a quote and then we waited, and waited....they came up with excuse after excuse and just when we told them we were going with someone else they said they could come out.....they did and did NOT TRIM the Mesquite tree properly.  I immediately communicated this to what I found out was the owner of the company and she flat out told me she did not care what I thought, they did it as stated on the estimate!   Again, they will INTERPRET what they want to in their favor....forget the customer is always right!   The issue was that they do NOT HAVE lift carts but only Tree climbers that cant get to the TIPS of the tree to properly trim the tree.  We gave them THREE chances to correct but they did nothing and now have filed with the ROC and BBB about them as well as our community of Mountain Park Ranch and the Foothills on warning about them.   Since, this one major branch has broken and is hanging on the tree, we communicated this to them and no reply.......DANGEROUS that if it falls on someone it is on them!  Still nothing back from them.    BEWARE and forewarned Go with a much more reputable company

Please be advised that this is only with my dealing with this company. I had set a appointment for Saturday between 10-2. I passed on a 1000.00 job to be here for them. They never showed or called until 530pm in the evening with some bs excuse. Left a message for their office and of course no response, Called the office on Tuesday and some person by the name of Maria answered. She indicated she would call me back and let me know what time they would be out, again no call! I called again and was told they were busy and she did not call. I have never been associated with such an unorganized company. You can use the if you want but they will never work on any of my landscaping ever again.

This company did an AMAZING JOB removing a huge tree in front of our yard that was struck by lightning.  They arrive on time and when they were done you couldn't even tell that there was a tree there, they cleaned the area up nicely. Very professional team, I would definitely recommend!!!
