Greg's Electric

I couldn't be happier with my experience.  Called him up to explain the work I needed, received a quote over the phone, and he was able to take care of it the same day.  

The downside: Now I have to come up with an explanation to my wife for why it took me 6 months to make that call, when from initial phone call to work completion Greg took care of it in mere hours.  

Gee, thanks Greg.

They charged us for 3 hours worth of work but our cameras proved that they did less then 2 hours. When confronted he begrudgingly agreed to reimburse us $95.  Then changed his mind. HA!  The dude reneged giving me the reason that he usually charges $170 for the first hour and $95 for more.  He never told me any prices so I love that he makes them up as he goes.

This totally cracked me up because his inability to be honest and forthright is like a 5 year old.

I've been having intermittent problems with the cable for several months and finally had another electrician out.  That electrician pointed out to me that Greg used parts designed for satellite TV, NOT cable.  The parts were swapped out and everything has been working fine since then.  

Thanks for that extra bill!

Wow...I was really surprised (in a bad way) by my experience since other Yelpers seem to love this guy.

This is a 1-man shop. Greg does great quality work and is a good guy.

Greg came highly recommended to me from a general contractor. He gave me a great deal on adding network cables throughout my house. He had a co-worker come for part of the day and the whole job (10 drops) was done in less than 8 hours. I'm extremely pleased and plan to have him come back to do some more work for me. Thanks Greg!

We loved Greg!  He was referred to us by a friend.  We had a ton of electrical work, in our minds, to do throughout our house,  We added lights, moved lights, updated lights, repaired connections, updated switches and outlets.  Greg came two half days, on time, communicated when there was going to be a time change, and just really cranked through the work.  It was amazing!  He knew how to do everything and did it effectively and efficiently.  Plus, he is a nice person with reasonable rates,  Definitely, a person  you can trust to get the work done and do it well!!!  I may hire him to be my second husband!

Greg is terrific.  We called him at 8am on a saturday and he found a way to get our entire job done by the end of the day.  He is very solution oriented and a great listener.  We could not recommend someone with more confidence.
