Pat came to help me rectify a light fixture that stopped working. He was extremely professional but still very friendly and personable.  He took the time to explain what he was doing, how he diagnosed the problem and the ultimate solution. He also asked me towards the end of the repair weather I was comfortable finishing it (mostly busy work) which helped save time and cost. He ended up rounding down on the time used and was very reasonably priced.

Pat will definitely be our go to electrician in Seattle.

It's great to work with someone who is passionate about what they do and Pat is one of those people. I had a minor electrical mystery and emailed Pat on a Sunday night. To my delight, he replied with some questions and troubleshooting ideas. When trying those things didn't resolve my pesky problem, Pat was able to find an hour and come out within 48 hours. Should I have any electrical work in the future, I'll be thrilled to have a contact like Pat Ivers.

Pat is absolutely wonderful. He is very helpful and kind and helped me with some smoke detector issues I was dealing with. He is professional, friendly and just a pleasure to work with. He solved my issue immediately and went out of his way to squeeze me into his schedule even coming by at 7:30pm to ensure my smoke detectors didn't keep screaming through the night and causing the fire department to show up again. I would not want to work with anyone else. I highly recommend Pat. You will not go wrong.

Pat was great to work with. Great personality, energetic, and he definitely knows his stuff. After surveying the apartment and the electrical layout, he quickly went to work and didn't stop until he had all of our projects completed (a total of nine-and-a-half hours). The completed work was totally professional and he treated our apartment with respect. We were so impressed with him that we are going to use him for some additional work that we will be needing in a few months. The only problem that we had with Pat is that he is so busy, it was hard to book him. Luckily, we weren't in a big hurry. I think he felt bad about pushing us back a few times (because of a large condo project that he was working on) so he gave up his entire Saturday to do our job. Highly recommend.

Pat Ivers clearly takes great professional pride in completing electrical work. He recently added breakers to my breaker box, installed new outlets, moved a lightswitch and configured a new heater installation. Every aspect was implemented with several key considerations in mind 1)what building codes must be met for this installation to pass inspection 2)how can the changes be made to minimize work effort 3)what proposed additions (such as adding an extra breaker) could be included now with minimal effort to make future updates more cost efficient? Great work thoughtfully installed. Thank you!

Pat was able to solve a problem with a circuit breaker that would not reset. It was truly amazing that he could quickly find an electrical short hidden inside a closet wall. The problem was from a sheet rock screw that had pierced an electrical cable from a remodel done years before. Great service. Friendly and professional. Happy with the service.
