New outlet
Some new wiring done in order for a power supply to be provided to said outlet.

Eli came by and made this experience a breeze! He was SO friendly, and so knowledgeable! He knew exactly what needed to be done in order to get an outlet exactly where one was needed, and was well-versed enough to do so on the fly (there was an unexpected re-wiring that had to be done in order to supply power to the new spot).

Great experience!  The owners came out to inspect and didn't charge anything for that.  So none of that $99 service fee just to come out and then take it off your total bill if you choose to do business with them.  I hate that gimmick because a lot of the time you may not even need that company's service to begin with and so you just threw away $99 dollars for the guy to come out and say there is nothing they can do.  Not so with Anderson.  They were thoughtful and talked me through all the options for no charge.  Then, when the actual crew came out to do the job (Justin & Danny I believe), they delivered exactly as promised, job wise and cost-wise.  Very professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves which is rare nowadays.  I will definitely use Anderson going forward for my electrical needs.

When I called I spoke to Glenn. He was extremely friendly and professional throughout our phone conversation. Glenn educated me about my electrical issues and he gave me options on how to go about fixing it. I liked how he gave me alternative options as what needed to get fixed was going to be pretty expensive. Glenn didn't just give me his highest price/estimate which I really valued. You figure Companies these days just want to take your money. I highly recommend calling Allstars Electric Heating & Air- Glenn will give you a very fair estimate. He's very knowledgeable and will walk you through what needs to get done. As well as give you other options that might not be as costly. I was very pleased with their services.

Mr. Scott is simply phenomenal. He was able to detect the issue with my AC unit in seconds. He fixed it and explained briefly and concisely what the problem was. He is the to go person when you have an issue with your AC unit or your electricity in general. I trust him 100%. His prices are more affordable that most companies that I research for with an outstanding service.

Upton replaced my inside breaker box, replaced and upgraded my outside breaker and meter box. They also trenched well over 50 ft to install lines to my pond and work shed, including wiring the whole shed. I am a disabled Vet so my budget is tight and Chris came to the rescue. I had bids from four other companies and none of them came close. In fact some told me I needed upgrades I had to have adding to the cost and after speaking to Chris and the city inspector it was not true. Chris was on time, kept me informed through out the process and did a great job and he kept to his estimate ! Till the job was done, I felt I was working with a friend instead of a business. If you do not get a consult and bid from Upton you are doing yourself a dis-service.

Exhorbitant prices! Charged a $69 diagnostic fee for spending 5 minutes checking the breaker box. After the breaker box checked out, he then told me it would be $300 to diagnose the problem. I pointed out that the $69 was listed as a diagnostic fee, but he said he was sorry I felt that way, and proceeded to bill me $69 for 5 minutes of checking a breaker box. Shady business practice.

My experience was much different than the users before. Sam (my contact) was very friendly and his partner and he worked quickly and effectively. I was originally estimated a higher price than charged when the work was completed. Great experience, would recommend!

Needed some outlets installed. They cut large holes in the ceiling, forgot their tools and supplies, couldn't finish the 8 outlets in their full day, took an hour lunch break they tried to charge me for, and explained we'd have to hire someone to patch the ceiling holes they made. They charged almost $2k for this incomplete job so I told them not to come back.

I asked to speak the the owner, but he was too busy for MONTHS to ever return calls. Would have paid the bill immediately if he had ANY customer service skills or was apologetic about the lack of quality. He finally got in touch to demand that I pay my bill and refused to discuss the mess they made of the job. I told him I'd settle on $175 an outlet as market rate. He did not contest that price and asked when his check would arrive. I paid him. He is still hounding me.

Bob Owens does NOT stand behind his quality of work and is perfectly fine leaving your home a wreck. As long as he gets his money.
