Had an old plaster pool that was in need of some TLC reached out to multiple companies to figure out  timelines and costs. Pool Remodeling Brothers came through, they were competitively priced and there timeline from start to finish was just under 2 weeks. The final product looks amazing, can't wait to enjoy it this summer! Will definitely be calling when I'm ready to redo the pool deck.

Dave the owner was very straight with me about the costs, his crew came and did a great job, they worked hard and were very professional, I would highly recommend this company.  My deck around my pool and my patio look great, they also did my front porch walkway in flagstone painting, it looks great also.  If you want someone to do this type of work and pay a fair price I would contact Dave.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

Unfortunately, I would love to give these guys a better review because the work they do is awesome however; the follow up on warranty work is absolutely horrible!!! Ray will not return calls for warranty work! Anyone who has had a pool for several years has experienced the proverbial deck cracks and chipping etc. and if you replace the cool deck and offer a warranty then you should back it no matter how many times you have to make the trip and make the repairs. This isn't a one and done warranty. It was for several years and twice now I have had to hound him and only once did he finally call me back, come out and make the necessary repairs. The second time, haven't been so lucky. Sorry but I'd rather give my business to someone who really appreciates their customers!!!

We were hit by the EF1 Williams (Junipine Estates)Tornado that took out 13 sections of our fence, among much more; found Brust Fencing on Yelp and sent him a message on Sunday, and was amazed and delighted that he contacted us immediately, and came out that same day to assess the damage! I honestly have to say, WE NEED MORE Businesses like Brust Fencing; so responsive, honest, and really works hard to take care of his customers!!!! They do beautiful work, and are a dream to work with!!!!

If you need a new fence or repair of what you have; do yourself a favor and call Brust!!!! And, NO, we had never had any dealings with Brust Fencing prior to the disastrous tornado!!!!

I just had my observation deck resealed, and it turned out great. Adam workers did a great job and barley knew they were there, no banging or dropping tools. The project took about four days with the drying of the stuff they put in the roof, but showed up and completed the job very professional. I would use him again, and Adam will Answer his phone when called.

This company is great! Not only do they do a wonderful job, they are a joy to work with. Everyone who has seen my new patio are very impressed and we are really happy with our investment.

We needed a security door with metal screen to front door and a window guard to a side window on our garage. From the initial contact to installation, First Impression met every expectation. We called a few other companies and were getting the run around. When we called First Impression, we were greeted by a pleasant girl on the phone who scheduled our free, in home estimate.

The pricing was slightly higher than what we were hoping but the quality is worth it. You get what you pay for. The in home salesman was pleasant and described the types of doors we could get, the time it would take to deliver and install and measured another door for us that we might want to have serviced in the future. We paid upfront and received a cash discount as well as our $100 off for being an Angie's List client. We were called the next day for the scheduling a month later.

A day before our scheduled installation, we received a confirmation call and I received a call on the day of when my technician was on the way. This is how ALL COMPANIES SHOULD DO BUSINESS! Michael showed up on time and went through the process of installation with me. He was friendly, efficient and clean. Installation took about 4 hours from start to finish.

Total price was $1,500 and time from initial consultation to install was about a month.

I'm not even sure where to start. We purchased our front door from First Impression on January 25, 2017 at a cost of $4600 plus some change. You would think that such a high quality door would come with high quality service and installation. We had our door installed in February, minus the mesh screen and the bronze glass was not truly bronze, frankly I didn't consider it tinted at all. After 4 tries at installation of the mesh with each being the wrong size they finally got that right in March. I must say the installers were terribly upset because the previous installers had measured wrong thus the mesh was too large, even the correct mesh had to be adjusted on-site in order to get it installed properly. Then we go on to the bronze glass. Unknown to us, the glass isn't truly the color of the sample provided to us by the salesman and there are two glass pieces which makes sense but they only tint one and it was not even close to the color we requested. So, today, on April 17th, 2017 an installer was supposed to come and install both pieces of glass so the door glass was as dark as we could possibly get it. No show by 10:30 and no phone call. My husband called them only to find out that the glass was muddy whatever that means and not acceptable. Now we wait again. We have taken so much time out of our schedule to attempt to get this door completed as per the contract. We dd not make any changes, they did change the door handle because it was going to originally take longer to install if we went with the door handle was ordered on the contract so we allowed a change to the door handle. We have bent over backwards and been as nice as we possibly could be thinking everything would work out in the end. We have never worked with a company with so many problems nor paid such an extreme price and received such poor customer service. We had planned on using them to replace our french doors in the back of our home but we will definitely find another company for that upgrade. What makes me doubly sad is this company is owned by two Veterans and we honestly support our Veterans in any way possible as my husband is a VN Veteran with a Purple Heart and a heart of gold. Honestly, First Impression, you should be ashamed of yourselves and your company because I sure am.

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! You will regret using this company! My roof guarantees it!

Horrible company! They never return calls and they will not fix their broken products. DO NOT USE THEM!
