I had pop-ins come to clean my house, 2 women showed up I forgot their names. It had been a month since my house was cleaned, except for bathrooms, they'd been cleaned. It took 2 of them 3+ hours to clean...my last housekeeper cleaned it by himself in 3 1/2 hours for $80, he came monthly. Our house is 2000sq ft, We have no kids, no pets and generally clean people so I was surprised at their quote which I was given over the phone before they came, it was called a "deep cleaning".
  I was told by that person that the next time they came it would be "about half the price" since it would be monthly. They forgot to dust 2 pieces of furniture, dressers and totally smeared up my patio doors, they only cleaned one set of patio doors as agreed, awful job on the patio doors, left them all smeared.
They used a damp cloth to wipe down my new flat screen tv, which is a big mistake.
 They did wipe down my window blinds and do baseboards which was agreed upon. Knowing that no one is perfect and the floors did get cleaned I didn't complain to them.
  When some unexpected  visitors wanted to come I called them back...this was 6 weeks later and my husband and I cleaned the house in between their last visit but didn't have time to do it so I called Pop-Ins to set up an appointment, which I got within a couple days. They wouldn't give me a price on the phone so when the same 2 women arrived and looked around I got the "deep cleaning" price of $240, again is ridiculous for this smaller house we have...2 ppl and it would take over 3 hours! Rip-off! I did call the company and complain and they told me, "well I don't know how dirty your house is, the price is what they say it is".
  I wanted to put up this review for others, do yourself a favor and call someone else unless you want to pad the owners pockets, or maybe the cleaners, I don't know but this was my experience.
 I couldn't believe it and we certainly turned them away!

Recently bought a home in Goodyear and the previous owners left it in bad shape.  Spent the day calling, trying to schedule a cleaning with various companies to no avail.  Most did not service the area sadly. I got ahold of Priti and was able to schedule the cleaning with her.  She was very punctual, professional and did an excellent job in turning my home from a pet hair infested mess to an immaculate, sparkling home. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I found my new weekly cleaners..... they are awesome....  Did a great job and now having them cleaning my mothers house as well.... Highly recommend!

Amazing! Called them for a deep clean. We have a sick cat and it's been a massive challenge keeping up with the house. In particular, the rug in my husband's game room. I was pretty sure it was unsalvageable but Allim managed to clean it to perfection. Thank you! The whole house was sparkling clean when they were done and I am so happy with the service.

We made plans for Victor to come out on Monday and clean my house.texted and I called to confirm our appointment together on Monday. He no called no showed and did not return any of my calls or texts. Very unreliable.

With just a couple of exceptions, the Maids have arrived on time and  ready to work.  They are courteous and professional, greeting me by name, putting on booties to keep the carpets clean, etc.  They finish the work on time and always ask if I want to inspect before they leave.  Additionally, I can trust them to do a  good job even when I'm not there, which is usually the case.

We had our home cleaned today for the first time and it was a very good experience. They arrived on time and were very friendly and thorough with their work.  The price is reasonable and the quality is great!

I had been using another service--a chain brand for a year.  But they kept sending new people everytime.  They weren't careful either.  Damage occurred twice. Saw Esperanza and her team as a referral from my neighborhood community board.  Have not been disappointed!  She keeps me updated if running late and is fast, but thorough.  Highly recommend this team!

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.

They didn't even clean my House! As in showed up an hour early and when I asked the maid to wait so I could put my animals away and get changed she got in her car and left. Got a call saying that she didn't have time to wait for me which confuses me because she was scheduled to clean for two hours. The business not only did not send someone else out they should have upgraded for the inconvenience. Horrible experience horrible on Groupon's part for advertising with them.
Better off doing it my self! So disappointed in the unprofessionalism.
