Although we ultimately decided to wait on going solar, I really appreciated Kevin's customer service. He was friendly, honest, straight forward, and answered all of my questions quickly. They were much less expensive than some other companies and right on par with a few others. They seem to give great value for their price and take great care in making sure they're giving their customers a quality product and putting them first. I told Kevin one of my concerns was service and follow through and I think if we had gone forward with installation, they would have been a solid choice.

We had to get a new roof on our home and so it was time to replace four solar tubes.  Elite did a fantastic job.  They did a very good job and came back to check everything after the roofers were done.  I would highly recommend them for solar tubes.

Best solar company in the valley. With so many of the solar companies doing the wrong thing, it's incredible to find one that is making solar great in Arizona. Better installs and pricing than the competition.

I have been wanting to make my home more energy efficient. I called  Dan with For Energy & he came & did a evaluation to figure out what I what I could do to save money & be more comfortable in my home. I qualified for rebates with SRP to help pay for the work that was done. They added insulation, sealed my attic & repaired duct work. I immediately noticed the difference & my home is more comfortable. I would highly recommend getting an evaluation to find out how you can save money &  have a more comfortable home.

Arrived as promised and fixed the issue with the pool solar. Did not push anything that wasn't needed!

Recently had Vince do some work for me. He was very professional and super friendly! Definitely knows his stuff and highly recommend his services if you have any septic needs! Small business owner a plus!

Called and spoke with them a few times. they mentioned they did our septic inspection before buying the house but didn't understand our system and referred me out. The first day we moved in the alarm was going off. Referred us out and then we had to pay someone else $500 because the sensor was wedged up that's it! I guess from them emptying it.. nothing else was wrong. But they didn't want to come back out to us. if they had, it would have saved me tons of phone calls and money. But I was pushed off on to other people.

Edited to add that they also suggested to call an electrician that was another $75

I was so glad I chose A - Z septic pumping. First rate service and reasonable price.  Abel made an effort to get right over to my house. Our Septic had backed up into our house. Abel quickly found the problem and told me how to avoid any future problems.

What a find!!  Call them ! I called about a dozen septic companies to pump and inspect our septic.  I mostly heard we don't service Wittmann AZ.  Then I found a company that did and they postponed twice over 3 days and then canceled because they are not able to inspect.  

Then through chance I got the name and number for Circle J Septic.  Fast. Polite.  Efficient!  Really great guys.

Can't be more pleased with the service.  Prompt call back,  up front honest pricing,  no surprises,  both the proprietors were knowledgeable, friendly and polite. On time almost to the minute

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

I can't say enough about this company, especially Ed. I'm a local real estate agent and he talked with me for 20 minutes about a property my client was selling, giving me the ins and outs of septic tanks. He goes above and beyond and is SO knowledgeable!

For right now they get five stars. I called them at noon and at 3:30. I was on the phone with him with a call back scheduling an appointment for 2 o'clock the next day to me that's worth five stars. we will see how the service is tomorrow but so far I recommend them

Scott and Troy made our experience great.  My husband and I have always been both hesitant and interested in Solar. Scott and Troy presented all the data and numbers and answered all of our many questions. The process from start to finish was rather quick. Even with a few bumps in the road, Scott and Troy acted immediately to resolve any issues and ALWAYS made it right. I would recommend both Sun Solar and Scott and Troy to anyone and everyone!!!

I would give zero stars if I could.  They got the panals up but almost 2 months later system still not working.  Didn't pass city inspection.
They didn't hook up electral boxes for 5 weeks and this only happened after I complained about it getting done.
They now have to move their electral panal, no idea what damage that will do to my new home, then get reinspected, than submit to APS for approval.  Could be another 6 months before I get any benefits  of solar power.  
I now understand why they give you a year before you have to start paying for the equipment.
Getting Solar?  Use another company

We HATE sunrun. Our system is apparently too small for the current usage and we constantly pay HUGE amounts to APS as well as our sunrun lease.  If we cities we would give sunrun -10 stars as a rating.  They are the worst.  Do not go with them!!
