Best Landscape Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Nick did a great job on my back yard. He is a hard worker, knows his stuff and finished the whole project quickly. Project:  Sprinkler system, brick pavers, sod, plantings- tree and bougainvilleas. It looks great!  I'm so happy!  I highly recommend Nick.

Geronimo was awesome, he and his crew did a great job on a small paver and turf project. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

Needed an irrigation valve replaced and some leaks fixed, bushes trimmed.  I asked Sam to come at 7:30 in the morning.  He was there right on time, with an associate, was done with everything in 45 minutes, with complete cleanup after work was completed.  Great service.

We had a 30 ft Magnolia tree that we had to remove and this was by far the beat maintenance experience we've had from hiring off Yelp.  These people were responsive, showed up same day to quote, very reasonable and within a few days the tree and stump were gone, as if it never existed.  He would have done it sooner but we weren't in any hurry and it was better for both our schedules to postpone to early the next week.  

This was an awesome experience and I highly recommended spring Landscaping!!

Cristo got back to me and and came over same day for a tree removal quote. A few other companies said they either couldn't help me or didn't respond. Cristo and crew got the project done fast and I couldn't be happier. We actually have them doing a major turf project now because we were so pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of his crew. Highly recommend this team!

I have utilized Velasco's yard service for several years. They do an exceptional job maintaining our landscaping. They promptly fix any issues with the irrigation system. Very friendly and courteous. Alex and his crew provide excellent customer service.

Called for a consultation. The reply was rather vague in that no committment was made except they would call this morning and it would be between 8 and 11. I never received a call or visit.

I had a twinge about using Robert after reading the reasons for his prior bad reviews...but hey, overall it was 4.5 so I thought it should be a good risk. I should have trusted my gut. Two reasons I recommend you choose another mason 1) quality of work, 2) integrity and professionalism.

1. Quality of work
I contacted a number of masons for a simple straightforward job of widening a side yard gate from 144 to 176. The job was straightforward and simple, cut the existing wall back to the correct position such that after adding the pilasters, the resulting opening is the target size......not rocket science. What happened.....he cut one wall back 4 feet too far....yes...4 feet (see pic). I'm not going to repeat the excuse he gave for doing this as it was a verbal conversation we had, hence I have no proof to attach here, but what I will say is I had to clench my teeth to prevent my jaw from dropping, it was so far out of this world........literally. This error now resulted in having to do an extended stepped tear-down of a lot more wall so it could be rebuilt correctly and prolonged the job by 3 days past his original quoted time frame....which now forced a delay of the gate installers also. Additionally, one of the two end pilasters wasn't even square to the wall, but angled to the right when looking down the pilaster to the wall (see pic).

2. Integrity
As mentioned, I contacted a number of masons and price-wise, Robert's bid was in the middle. The original plan was just a standard 8x16 pilaster at the end of the wall block. My YELP project request was very clear with multiple pictures and a clear description. Robert's quote was $680 and one day to do it. Before making any decisions on which mason, we opted to make a change by increasing the visual impact of the project by having a double pilaster at the end of the wall, the first pilaster (adjacent to the wall) being a standard 8x 16, the second and opening pilaster being a bulkier 16x16. This was explicitly described (see pics of Yelp conversation string) and his quote came in at $1070. Again, middle-of-the-road price compared to others. We decided to move forward with Robert and invited him onsite to review and finalize anything. He came onsite, reviewed the project with my wife and I both present, and did not indicate anything different from our YELP exchanges. I repeat, after reviewing the project, he did not suggest anything different....meaning price or timeline. When the project was finally done, he charged $1700! When I complained that there was nothing different about the scope of the project from the $1070 description....his comment was that was a rough quote. Clearly he charged us for his mistake and then some.

You cannot trust him to stick with his own bid! I'll be getting a different mason to finish the 16x16 pilasters in stone veneer.

Ivan and his crew did a great job cleaning up my yard. They were responsive and showed up on short notice.

Manny and his crew were excellent. From the first quote, to the last walk through, service was exceptional. I wanted the driveway extended using pavers, they installed a large patio with pavers in the backyard, installed turf, removed trees and stumps. Trimmed palm trees and other yard maintenance. This team transformed my outdoor living spaces and I couldn't be more grateful. They arrived on time, set proper expectations and followed through. They left my yard tidy every day. I had several quotes with other companies, they offered a great price and even better customer service. Manny reached out several times to help brainstorm and create my vision, even before I officially hired him. I will definitely hire this company for future projects and encourage everyone to do the same.

I sent my project details for a quote in February and didn't hear back. I followed up a month later and still no response. If you aren't taking on new clients that's perfectly okay, but just communicate and let a person know. That's all.
