Excellent, I can not say enough good things about my experience with Happy Tree Landscaping. I highly recommend them and will be sure to share my experience with all of my friends, family, and co-workers. From the very start Happy Tree was courteous and friendly, returning my call immediately and setting up my quote promptly. Even though my job was a small one requiring tree trimming for two small trees and two bushes in our front yard, they treated it with care and professionalism. The landscaping team showed up a few days later and the rate was $50 less than the competitor. The team was courteous and professional and the results look great!!! Our trees look so much better and they did a great job cleaning up the gravel yard under the trees and bushes they worked on, I really did not expect that and it exceeded my expectations with great service. Two of the other competitors that I called seemed uninterested in getting my business because I had a small job and they had lots of excuses, gave me a high get lost price, and couldn't schedule me for at least a month. Not at Happy Tree, they were great and treated my small job with the same care and respect as their big jobs. If you need a landscaping service who treats you with respect and provides great service this is definitely one to call. When its time for the bigger job of redoing my back yard, Happy tree will be my first call. Thanks Happy Tree team for a great customer experience and good work at my home.

I've called Raul 2 or 3 times.  He's very responsive, shows up when he schedules, and they do a really good job. The prices are reasonable as well.  We'll call him.

Update- 4/24/20. We've called Raul a number of times since my last review.  We know we can depend on him to show up, on time as promised,  pricing is consistent and reasonable,  the work is perfect, and they clean up before they leave!  We highly recommend Raul Montoya!!!

Let me start off with saying JNK Is a phenomenal company to work with. Requested a quote and Devin came out quickly to give a free estimate. I had a vision for my yard and Devin made very good suggestions to make my vision even better. He has a real good eye for making things pleasing and functional. I had requested quotes from 3 different companies all around the same price and I went with JNK because I listened to my gut. There quote was just slightly higher but for good reason, the quality of design and work that went into giving me the yard of my dreams outweighs a small price difference.

I went with travertine pavers and synthetic grass with irrigation lines run to all plants. Joakim who was managing the irrigation/landscaping team and the paver team did a wonderful job. He was very friendly listened to a few of my concerns and quickly gave me a solution. Very professional as well. Daniel, David and Angel Jorge and Leo were also wonderful to have on the project. I was outside with them asking questions and making last minute changes without hesitation. Daniel noticed as he was putting in two new irrgation vavles that my other two vavles were very old and gave me the suggestion of replacing all at once. He even was patient and showed me how he was building out the vavles. David, Jorge, Leo and Angel helped me run irrigation lines to 40 of my container plants which to me they went above and beyond as certain ones were on one valve and the others were on the other vavle.

On the travertine and synthetic grass side Aldo and Saul were hands down awesome! They really know there craft and did a wonderful job laying the travertine pavers and working on the synthetic grass. Saul was even patient enough to answer questions when laying the travertine pavers.

After accepting the quote with Devin, he quickly got the project rolling the following week and the team had everything finished within 3 days. If I had to do another renovation or brand new yard, I will hands down choose JNK Landscaping and Pool. Here is a tip consider requesting a quote on switching out your front grass with synthetic. They did a wonderful job on my back yard grass and I am hoping in the future to get my front yard grass switched out.

Lili was very nice and met me at the house at the time we arranged for an estimate. I had several tall palms that hadn't been cut back in a few years and the front and back yard had become overgrown. It was a very big job. Their estimate was reasonable. They were back in a few days when they said they would be to complete the job. Lili then sent me photos of the completed work. I was very satisfied with the results and would use them again.

Honest, Professional, Respectful is what Windmill Landscaping is about. They are the only company that responded / kept appointment out of the 7 that I contacted on Yelp.   Juan is the most professional landscaper that you could hope to hire.  On time and follows up to all communications within a day.  He was infinitely patient with all of our changes, as our smallish project turned into a huge one.  Anything and everything I wanted a change on (many of those) was met with Juan's Not a problem, we can do that.  We ended up with two new fake grass areas (dogs LOVE their doggy grass), new back wall, huge paver patio, planting of my cocktail grove (lemon, orange and lime), many palms and most importantly, fixing my ancient irrigation system.  If Juan wasn't happy with the work done he would call it to my attention and have it fixed.  Worth every penny having the peace of mind that your contractor is ethical and knowing he expects the same amount of professionalism from his sub contractors.  Soon it is the front yard re-do and I would never use anyone else.  I have already referred him to a friend.

We wanted to extend our driveway and create a path with embedded glass block lighting from the driveway to the backyard door. I solicited multiple call requests, send pictures, measurements, architectural drawings to everyone. Testa came in with a good value, and a commitment they would be able to get this done before our backyard housewarming party.

Due to everybody having a very busy schedule, they committed to me they would come by earlier if there is a cancellation. Sure enough they did. I had pre-ordered all of the paving stones and solar light inserts and they arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning and we're done by 12:30 in the afternoon. Very efficient, pricing exactly as quoted, left the work area clean and even took the pallets that the paving stones came on with them. Very happy with their service, respectful of property, good communication. At the end, extremely happy with the service provided.

My yard had two huge problems. We have flood irrigation and the berms had washed out causing big grade shifts...causing flooding!
Secondly...I am unfortunately next door to a cat hoarders colony. My front landscape has been used as a litter box and was destroyed by the cats. I finally decided...this is now too big of a job for me.

I needed all kinds of random gravel/dirt/rock/boulders hauled to the dump or moved from here to there and graded...I didn't need perfection, just a lot of help!

After meeting with Bob, I had no more worries! He understood exactly what I needed done and quoted me a fair and reasonable price. I learned that he also did other types of work like removing trees or concrete.

They showed up on time, took great care not to damage our new concrete, and had professional attitudes and fun personalities. They worked for two days and cleaned everything when the job was finished.

I've always done my own yard work, but summer is approaching too fast. I am so happy to have found this company because now I can relax and enjoy creating my new (hopefully more cat proof) landscaping!

What happened to quality and customer service these days?

I'd never refer this company to anyone. We used them for damage to our pool deck that needed to be replaced and resurfaced. A job that the father/owner of the company called, too small of a project and my son never should have taken it on. knowing what we went through demonstrates that their hearts weren't into our project from the get go and we felt we weren't going to get the quality service costumers deserve. From the very start of this project we had nothing but poor communication and frustration from them. The start date was determined the night before they came and we only found out they were coming because we emailed them asking since they never contacted us. Another issue was they said the crew would show up one day and never showed up. Never bothered to call to let us know they weren't coming and even stated that they don't have control over their own crew to when they come and go.  Also the son, David stated after several attempts to contact him, he was extremely disappointed in his crew. He agreed that the work that was done with the broken tile was unacceptable and agreed that he and his crew had miscommunication on what would be done to fix it. David told us he didn't realize that the crew never showed up until we contacted him.  What does that say about a company? What owners don't have tabs on their own crew? Another issue we had was the sloppiness of the crew. We watched them clean their equipment covered in cement in our backyard over the rock area, pavers and patio. We all know that cement hardens and the white residue doesn't come off. The rocks were destroyed and now needing to be replaced as well as a few other things. They left small pebbles all over our artificial grass which wasn't the easiest to pick up as well as a few other things. There was multiple discussions of keeping the back gates locked due to having two dogs ,but yet every time they came they left them open. With the being said we had to adjust schedules /take days off of work to monitor the dogs.  After a month plus of the project being almost finished the lace finish to the  paint was missing in areas and the decking was chipping easily. They did come back to touch up a few areas and then just left the paint can for us to do. But the tiles that were broken/chipped were to be fixed per our contract and were only filled in with grout, not fixed. We agreed to a deduction off our total amount bill instead of getting them fixed because in the end weren't comfortable with neither the crew nor the owners. There was such a lack of respect for customers concerns and requests, as well as agreeing to hear out what we had to say. As an owner you may not agree with what a client has to say, but you should allow them to share their complaints without arguments and disruptions. This wasn't something son nor father/ owner are capable of.

Tried to contact the business owner through Yelp for landscaping service of my house. Got extremely rude reply for no reason, he texted me Go suck a duck you fucking chink in the end of our conversation.

Warning to others thinking about doing business with Paseo Hardscapes, you are talking to a rude racist.

If landscapers don't want to work with certain type of yards a simple rejection would be great instead of never replying back. Do better.

This company is special.  The people, their integrity, their thoughtfulness.  They just took over and fixed an existing project and took beyond even my imagination.  And I have a fantastic imagination.  Caity and Angelique will make you grateful they are handling it through every step.  Jon (CO-owner) is a true gentlemen. Mistakes are fixed.  Issues are handled without a worry by the owner.  That's unheard of.

They did a wonderful job on my outside bbq. I had started the project and they were able to come in and pick up right where I left off. The job was done as promised and looks great.

We had Jason and crew install travertine for our pool deck remodel, we are so happy with the results! He was easy to work with, explained the pros and cons of different materials, answered every question. He really went above and beyond. Highly recommended

They set up an appt for 3 pm to 4 pm today ...at 4:13 i called . The guy said he he completely forgot about it, the he was in Mesa and completely forgot about it.

We are soliciting quotes to put stone veneer on the front facade and pillars by gate and garage door. I had contacted Dreamscapes for a quote via Yelp. The owner got back quickly asking me for phone number so she can call to set up an appointment. I immediately sent her my phone number and address. That was the last communication from her. I even called her twice but only got voicemail and no return call! Terrible customer service and disappointment that potential customers are not important enough to be extended common courtesy. Other vendors were responsible and quickly responded. Terrible experience

They came out and quoted me $60 a visit for bi-weekly service for trimming of hedges, weeds and blowing leaves (no lawn was needed). They also wanted $250 for the first visit. I agreed and paid the $250 then thought we had a visit scheduled for the next cleaning two weeks later and they ghosted me and won't respond to messages. Left the yard with weeds. Seems like this first visit price is standard with most companies but come on.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I made a huge mistake by giving them a deposit to grade my backyard and take out my tree. They asked me to Venmo them $1500 to get a bobcat to my house which they never came back with. I have been begging for a refund and just get false promises of them showing back up.

These people have stolen my money and won't refund me for not coming back to do the work. I feel stupid for having sent them money that I worked so hard for to get nothing in return.

Huge mistake sending them any money and I hope you take caution because to this.

Below is the plants they took out that cost me $1500 due to me sending money too early. They promised to also take out the tree, flatten the dirt, and take out the rocks. All of which didn't happen. I'm very sad to have lost the money I paid.
