We had Sam and his team in for our backyard redo. We couldn't be more pleased with the results. His team built and installed a gazebo, built a pathway to the gazebo, a deck below it and installed artificial grass. Spring Landscaping was out within a week to trim some big branches from a tree in my backyard that were hanging over into my neighbors yard.   They did a excellent job and I would hire them again.

They were charging me 650 to clean my back and front yard. Found another that did it for 150. Thought the price was ridiculous. We did not get to do business. The guy just look in the air and pull down the price I think

Needed some yard cleanup after the recent storms, these guys came out same day, gave a reasonable quote, did the work the next day. Very happy with them - would absolutely hire them again. Prompt, reasonable, hard working.

We had Hector & his father come out for one of our three estimates for ~500-600 square feet of pavers, 2 tons of rocks, and sprinkler system reconfiguration. They were prompt and on time for this appointment, then they blew us away with their pricing, so much so that I cancelled the last of the estimators. I had done my share of research on pavers prior to meeting with Hector and even still he was quite informative and understanding of our desires, encouraging, and gave great advice even though we had not agreed to use his company yet. Nevarez Landscaping also was able to start on the project ~1.5 weeks after the initial estimation with a 4 day completion timeline. Of course, they ended up finishing in 3 days. The work is guaranteed and this was proven when I had a small issue with the sprinkler system a few days after the project was finished, Hector came back with his crew and fixed the issue quickly (less than 1 hr) and left us as very happy customers. Their work is beautiful and we have been incredibly happy to have our new patio, steps to our workshop, and rock landscaping around our grass.

I highly encourage anyone looking for a landscaping/patio project to contact these gentlemen. Their work was impeccable, they were prompt, and their estimate was exactly what we paid. Very happy customers here!

I had a 30 foot tree that needed significant dead branch removal. Paul and his crew were fantastic to deal with. Multiple tree services came out and then told me they couldn't do it. Or their estimates were 2-3 times higher than Happy Tree. Great business. Quick work. I will definitely call back when I need more tree work. Thanks!

They are always on time and do a fantastic job. They repaired our stucco and cleaned up our backyard. I can't say enough good thing about their work.

I initially requested a quote to trim a few trees and overall maintenance to my backyard. Ivan responded right away and was very transparent from the beginning. He provided me with a quote and told me what to expect. He told me he would be at my place Monday morning and was right on time! He and his dad were very genuine and so nice. Katie Snead at SYNLawn of Arizona was excellent to work with! She brought samples to the house and suggested we look at them in the sunlight where we were going to put the turf. She was the only person we got bids from that suggested that. It made a huge difference! My wife and I had many questions and she provided superior customer service!
No more mowing or trimming. No more grass in the pool from mowing, trimming, or kids during swim season.  We use the grass area more now than we ever did when we had sod. It is clean, no bugs, no mud, our dog loves to roll around in it and he doesn't get grass all over him, and it looks great all the time. We kept our sprinklers and it is great to use when we need to wash it off or want to cool it down quickly.

It has been our pleasure to work with 4 Sons recently on our back yard landscaping project.  The work they did exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them.  To provide some context, we purchased a new built home and based on recommendations from friends in the area, we contacted 4 Sons.

We started with Kristen and her designs.  She is terrific to work with and is very professional, friendly, patient and exceptionally talented, creating amazing designs and 3-D 'fly-throughs' that took our ideas and gave them life.  She was exceptional to work with throughout the process and took my wife's ideas and changes in stride, providing us with all the information on costs, schedules and any issues that came up with sourcing materials along the way.

Once construction began, the crew from 4 Sons was outstanding.  They are a small, family owned and operated company and once our pool was done, they started on our back yard working through some brutally hot weather.  We were provided a high-level estimate on the work completion and indeed, the final result was done within the timeframe we expected.  Johnny was terrific to work with, making sure we knew what was going on and answering any questions we had, while making suggestions along the way to ensure we were happy.  All of the people working on our project were great - especially Jonathon.

We've dealt with a number of landscape / home improvement companies over the last 20 years here in the Phoenix area and 4 Sons was one of the best.  They gave us a quality product and their professionalism showed every day.  We have referred them to a number of our neighbors and friends and will do so again.  If you are looking for a landscape company in the West Valley, these are the people to work with!

We had been working with Chance and his company for about 5 years. At first his caliber of work was fantastic! We was responsive, have great quality control of his team, and we were very happy. Over time his quality had faded. There seems to be a lack of attention to detail. Essentially we are just paying him to come and cut the grass and use a leaf blower. Occasionally we will see that bush maintenance has been done but not regularly, and we have noticed that there is watering issues. We have communicated the water issue and it has yet to be resolved. There is flooding constantly in our yard, and sprinkler heads are never checked unless we ask them to come back to fix it, but by the time they return, other sprinklers are broken and there is zero communication about it.

For me, the biggest issue is that the crew keeps leaving gates propped open. I understand that accidents can happen, but I've had to communicate this issue in the past. Lately, for months now, I have come home to discover our gates propped open and our dogs trying to escape. We have two small schnauzers, and they are older dogs, and it seems that Chances team does not listen when we beg them to be more careful.

Today, our dogs were nowhere to be found and again the gate left wide open. It's a self latch gate, so the yard guys had to move our rocks around to force the gate to stay open. I texted the owner, Chance and stated that we cannot have people working here that do not respect our home and family and that our pets are missing and that among other issues, our missing dogs was reason enough to no longer work with his company.

His response: my apologies, I'll remove you from the schedule.

We found our dogs, thankfully! My frustration mainly stems from a perceived lack of empathy, customer service, and own ship of the problem that this company has caused. I would have hoped that after years of work, there would be more of a response to the compromised safety of our pets. To be fair, I did respond to Chances text in a rude manner, and then he texted back expressing concern for our pets, but I felt it was too late.

At the end of the day, there is both good and bad in working with this company.

Good: he is professional when he responds to our concerns. He has competitive pricing. His workers are reliable by showing up when scheduled.

Needs improvement: lacks control of his workers quality. Lacks follow through on our flooding issue that has lasted almost 6 months. His service is not standardized such as trees/bushes are not always trimmed. Does not ensure our feedback is followed, hence his workers continued to let the watering go unfixed and compromise our dogs safety.

Overall, we felt that we were just paying for regularly scheduled grass cutting and leaf blowing, while we believed that more could have been done. We wanted to have a service where we didn't have to worry about yard maintenance, and we felt that we were not getting that on top of the team not being careful with our pets safety. I know other companies can be unreliable and cancel last minute. Chance's company always showed up, and if they couldn't, it was communicated. So, it's a balance of what you want from your yard maintenance company. Unfortunately, this wasn't a good fit for us any more.

Exceptional service!!  Came out on Friday evening, gave me a very reasonable quote, returned Saturday morning and did everything I had asked him to do -and more.  He went above and beyond doing what he quoted and made the property look amazing!  I will definitely call this company again!!

The team at Phillip's landscaping was quick and efficient! I messaged them and within hours I had a response. The next day an estimate and then over the weekend they came in and did the work. Great team and easy to set up and pay!
