I was never asked for my final plans on another project. After first meeting I was told you would be back the next day with the grading guy. No one came. Called the office. They said you didn't realize you couldn't make it out and you would come that Saturday. I told her we weren't home Saturday. No idea if they did come because we never heard back from anyone. After that, our last communication was 5/27 and I was told to expect something the following week when the family was back in the office. I understand there was a loss in the family and am sympathetic to that. I followed up after receiving nothing that week. I texted and called the office. A woman said to expect something in the next few days. Still nothing. So I didn't try to engage many times in my end. This was the last communication.

My husband and I had a horrible weed problem in our yard. It was in terrible shape. We were contacted promptly by Alex from Velasco when I inquired about a quote for the job. He came over the same day and gave us a thorough, free consultation. I was impressed by his quick response and the description he gave about exactly what he could do to improve our yard. His quote was very reasonable as well. Today, his team came out and did a wonderful job on clearing the weeds/grass patches in our yard and spraying any stragglers for weed prevention. It looks like a new yard! I was also impressed that they even netted our pool to get rid of the debris from the blower. Excellent customer service! The workers were very polite. I was very happy with the response of this company.  They sent someone out immediately to look at my project and take measurements.  Shortly after someone else came out to look and get more information.  He even mapped things out in my yard with paint and spoke about a 3D rendering.  He said he'd come up with some drawings and get back to me.  I was very excited to get this started.  After two weeks and hearing nothing, I contacted Nature Home asking if they'd changed their mind in taking on my project.  The gal I IM'd with said no, they were very busy and she'd get right back to me.  I am now another two weeks out with no response.  If you don't want to work with me just tell me.  It's very poor customer service not to communicate.

We contracted with Geronimo Pacheco and his company to trim our trees and shrubs and provide a general cleanup of the property which we recently purchased. Geronimo and his crew arrived on time and on schedule, and completed the work in a very satisfactory manner. Based upon our experience, we can definitely recommend Geronimo and his company for any landscaping work that  you might need.

Spring landscaping did a outstanding job in back yard, with clean up and then hauling in and spreading 12 ton of new rock.  It looks fabulous!! The price was more than reasonable considering all the hard work.  We couldn't be more pleased!!

We just had the best experience ever! We contracted TURF MONSTERS to put in 1200 sq feet of Fescue for our pups!!  I kid you not... it looks like REAL GRASS! The 4 guys worked very very hard and were here from 9:30a to 6:30p! All done!!!! They also cleaned up the area beautifully ! I highly recommend them!! Mike Freeland was a doll to work with!! I am really disappointed because I picked this place based on the reviews...but I recently had an estimate appointment, which there was a miscommunication because they showed up 2 hours earlier than the time they told me. On top of that, just to cut down some bushes and a thin Branch was going to be close to a grand! Then when I was adding up the front yard and backyard, they couldn't even remember what the estimate they gave me in that moment. Very unprofessional and I've gotten estimates less than Half of the price they quoted me. Ridiculous.

Excellent service; fair and reasonable. They cut a large tree down in my backyard and gave excellent service.

Had a bad irrigation valve and did a request a quote. Hector responded and followed up, was able to get time scheduled. Hector came out gave me a good quote and was able to fix it and make some slight adjustments so it'd be easier to service in the future!

I just wanted to write a review about this company and especially Pablo and his brother Carlos and their whole team.  I had been wanting to redo part of my backyard for a long time.  I called several companies, most never called back, 1 came out and gave me an estimate and then never called back.  I got a response from Pablo and he came out the next day.  I told him what I was sort of thinking and he immediately started brainstorming and really got what I was wanting. He sent me a quote and it was reasonable (lower then he other guy).  He started the next week.  It took them 2 1/2 days to finish.  They laid tons of river rock, made an incredible path with crushed gravel.  He made a border all around with metal edging AND added a ton of desert landscaping.  The whole team worked quickly and cleaned up everything.  I can't really put in words how much I love what they did.  I'm sure it has increased the value of my home.  If you want to hire a great team that takes immense pride in their work you don't have to look any farther.

I had a large area in my backyard that I wanted to have covered in decorative rock like the rest of my yard.  

I live really close to the local rock quarry, however they won't deliver if their trucks have to cross driveways or sidewalks.  I didn't want three tons of rocks sitting in my driveway.  

I didn't want to rent a truck and/or a trailer and risk it being damaged when it was being loaded so that meant I needed a middle man.  

When I'm looking for someone on Yelp I use the shotgun approach because some contractors aren't quick at getting back to you, making an offer and scheduling you.  Of the 10 or so people I contacted Paul got back to me quickly, with an ok price and scheduled me right away.

I didn't need to be home.  I left my back gate unlocked and they delivered right where I wanted it.  I just spread it myself to stay within my budget.  He sent me a picture showing that it was delivered and then I was able to pay online minutes later

A very easy project to get done.  I'd definitely give them a call in the future.

Raul and his team cleaned up my mess of a yard today. Arrived early, finished promptly, work was beautiful, and the price was great. Will be using Montoya's on a regular basis.

I spoke with Devin and couldn't believe how incredibly rude he was! Obviously, this is someone who didn't want our business.  Stay away from them at all costs!
