Rude, unprofecional and does a pretty awful job. We hired him few times for our home and it was getting worse and worse. He would yell at my wife even on the phone. DO NOT HIRE! We sent him photos of the job being done bad and he asked for extra money to do it right. So we are paying him for what? To do bad job and then to get extra money so he can clean the lawn the way he is supoused to do.

Love, love, love this business! I reached out to them last week and received my service today. Everybody I've communicated with has been so friendly and helpful. Gilbert completed the service and was excellent, very kind and attentive to all my concerns! I will definitely be in contact with them again for all future needs.

We recently contacted B & D Gravel for a rock project at our home. We had never ordered rock before, and Diane in the office walked us through the entire process from start to finish. She referred us to Eugene, who has worked with B&D for years. He came out and estimated the amount of rock we needed. Diane then gave us multiple options for pricing, and coordinated with Eugene for delivery and installation. She even held an extra truck for us on standby in case we needed more rock to be sure our project could be finished without delay.  The customer service was extraordinary. No wonder they have a solid 5 star rating!

What a refreshing level of service. We had called three other businesses before finding Romero. Two never even bother to call back. The third set an appt and never showed up. Romero not only responded to our inquiry, he came out the same day to give us an estimate. His team was curteous and worked hard to doing a one time clean up (2 acres). We have scheduled him to continue to do regular service, very happy with price and service. Good value. Absolutely recommend.this is legit business.

I'd like to start this off by saying that I never leave positive or negative reviews on any site for any reason. However, after Nick and his cre at Tranquil Oasis completely transformed our yard, I felt compelled to share our experience. Nick was 1 of 5 landscapers that we initially met with. Nick was the only one that took it upon himself to draw up a design for us showing us exactly what we want.  He was also able to work with us and get the price to the budget we could afford.  He and his crew just finished the job and we were blown away.  It far exceeded our expectations. His workers were amazing and professional and after comparing the complete cost of the project with the 4 others on a Yelp, Tranquil was much more fair on cost. It's so beautiful now that my fiancé and I have even decided to have our wedding in our back yard now. If you're looking for an honest down to earth business owner to take care of you and your landscaping needs, look no further.  Thank you Nick for everything!

Great quality work at a very reasonable price.  They refurbished my rock water feature which was cracked, pieces missing and covered with calcium deposits.   Now the rocks look like they were imported from Sedona.  Beatiful work Rockworks.  Thank you!

Alex  Has been landscaping my friend's property for 15 years. He shows up with a smile, on time and when he says he will. I would have no qualms suggesting him for any senior as I feel he is very honest and accommodating.

I have to amend the previous 5 star review I gave Jovany because after the first maintenance that I paid for, he quoted me $99 per month svc charge which was reasonable, he wrote it on my invoice too, but he never showed up again!  I called him a number of times in the past month, I left messages, but to no avail, he never responded to voice mail or texts.  I recently had artificial turf installed, I wanted to know if he would put a border around it after it was installed since he said he does all kinds of this type of work.  However, he has never replied back, now I'm looking for others to install the border and maintain the landscaping.  I do not recommend this landscape maintenance company.

This company employs some great people. They did a tremendously thorough, well groomed clean up job at my house. The crew was courteous and friendly. Thank you. Looking forward to the next service.

I had a bad experience with Matthew.  He is interested in baking in a lot of money per customer, as opposed to taking on customers to actually help them out.  My evidence is below:

I called Matthew on Thursday, July 24th to ask if I could get a quote on a yard clean up.  He said yes and came out the next week.  Instead of calling me, he emails me a quote with only 2 options. 1) $375 for a major overhaul of my bushes (that I never asked for) or 2) $150 monthly to clean the yard.  (twice a month).  I only want a clean up once a month, and Matthew rejected the business. I might even have paid $150 for once a month.

Make no mistake--Matthew is trying to make as much money per customer as possible--and it is in his interest to do so--not yours.  He doesnt care what you need--he wants those customers he desires.  I've seen that behavior a lot in Arizona, but being originally from the east coast I am used to hard working companies who genuinely want to help you out.

Stay away from Matthew.

Danny was very quick to respond and was the best price by far for trimming 2 palm trees. He was done in about 45 minutes and did a great job.

Madelyn came by on super short notice and took care of our shrubs that were in our pool thanks to a storm. A+ Service, super friendly!!

Hired them to cleanout our yard, weeds, etc. They were on time and finished on the same day. Will use again for sure!

Sergio's crew did a great job!! I needed them quickly after I had some tenants move out and they were able to accommodate my schedule and did a fantastic job on cleaning up our backyard and even exceeded my expectations. They then came back the next day and spread 10 tons of rock in my backyard. Highly recommend! Excellent job and very accommodating. Thanks Sergio!
