Adrian came to my house to give me an estimate on picking and trimming 4 fruit trees at 2pm on Monday for $200. I made it clear that I needed him to be here before 2:30 so I could go to an appointment.

The day he was supposed to show up I texted and called him 4 times to make sure that he was going to show up on time and he never showed. I called him the next day and said that he showed up at 4:00.

These guys are service oriented  and they do a good job  they communicate well and are on time .

Talked to Diane and ordered a few tons of gravel. She was extremely helpful and informative and made the whole process easy. Thanks Diane. Will be ordering more soon.

I noted the crew doing some work in my neighborhood (central scottsdale). I requested an estimate to trim my palm trees. I felt the estimate was very fair. He was able to expedite the service the next day (on a sunday) to meet the large trash pick-up schedule Monday morning. The palm prawns were neatly stacked by the curb and the job was complete in a quick and professional manner. I was pleased with the price and service.
I called him back about a week later to get a whole yard clean-up quote. Again the price was very fair. We arranged to have the crew arrive several days later. The crew showed up on schedule and worked quickly, efficiently, and were very professional. The truck and trailer was set up well and had a meat and tidy appearance. The debris were loaded onto the trailer and hauled away, no mess no fuss, I couldn't be more pleased!
Romero also turned me on to venmo to process payment. Super easy!!
Note** I'm new to venmo, didn't fully understand how to verify the payment went thru. I accidentally paid him twice, he called me asked how the job looked and said btw you paid me twice, then promptly refunded the overage.
Honest, hardworking, and very reasonable!

Alex  Has been landscaping my friend's property for 15 years. He shows up with a smile, on time and when he says he will. I would have no qualms suggesting him for any senior as I feel he is very honest and accommodating.

Eric is exceptional! He's patient and takes customer service very seriously. I hired him for a pretty significant sod install (Two yards pictured) and have since kept him on as my landscaper. He is one of the only guys in town confident enough to use less popular sod, like St Augustine, which is what we ended up doing. Even when there's been slight issues with the irrigation system etc, he's rectified the issues immediately and personally to the best of his ability. His accountability is top notch. I highly recommend Eric and his team!!

I had a bad experience with Matthew.  He is interested in baking in a lot of money per customer, as opposed to taking on customers to actually help them out.  My evidence is below:

I called Matthew on Thursday, July 24th to ask if I could get a quote on a yard clean up.  He said yes and came out the next week.  Instead of calling me, he emails me a quote with only 2 options. 1) $375 for a major overhaul of my bushes (that I never asked for) or 2) $150 monthly to clean the yard.  (twice a month).  I only want a clean up once a month, and Matthew rejected the business. I might even have paid $150 for once a month.

Make no mistake--Matthew is trying to make as much money per customer as possible--and it is in his interest to do so--not yours.  He doesnt care what you need--he wants those customers he desires.  I've seen that behavior a lot in Arizona, but being originally from the east coast I am used to hard working companies who genuinely want to help you out.

Stay away from Matthew.

Danny was very quick to respond and was the best price by far for trimming 2 palm trees. He was done in about 45 minutes and did a great job.

I hired Arizona Yards to help with landscaping work.  The previous company we were using would always do an okay job but would leave the pool a mess.  Arizona Yards had the  landscaping spotless and the pool was left clear, without any debris from their work.

What a rip off! Three men came to trim 3 trees.. they sat on my front lawn and ate lunch! Then overcharged me at the end of the whole thing. And they broke one of my solar lights and didn't even say anything! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never use them again, and any intelligent person won't either. Such a disappointment
