The recent storms caused my ocotillo to uproot and it fell on the house. It was urgent that I had this removed as I was afraid it would break the front window.

I reached out to Mo yesterday, and he came by today to remove it for me. Friendly, communicative, efficient and fast!

We hired Ramos Concrete to do front door concrete steps for an in-law suite addition. It was very easy to work with Augustine. Very timely, professional and communicative. I was appreciative that he squeezed us in to his busy schedule. Many of the other contractors I tried calling simply ignored my calls or didn't show up. Glad I found them and the steps look great! I highly recommend.

Wonderful, awesome, delightful experience. I had a cactus in the front yard that was starting to get out of hand and I had some baby prickly Pear growing from a long ago plant. I emailed these folks and they got right back to me, quoted 250.00 to remove the cactus. Great deal if you ask me. Scheduled an appointment for today, Miguel and his helper were right on time. They removed the cactus, picked up every single green item on the ground. You would never know there was a cactus there in the first place. If you ever need to get rid of a cactus do not hesitate to contact Preserving Tree and Cactus Service.

My lawn over time has started to look bad so I thought I would try aeration.  I show them a message on here and was scheduled right away.  The day if they were running a tad late but he kept me updated.  That's important to me.

Anyway, the owner was pretty cool and gave me some suggestions that I am going to try. Use em.  They are a good company.

Should have done my due diligence and hired someone who is actually licensed. He came out, was on time and nice and told me to name my price. I did we agreed on a date for him to start. The cement patio was not laid properly to allow for proper drainage so water sits against my house. He told me he would come and file it down and told me he put a seal around the bottom of the back door so water wouldn't get in. He refuses to install more sprinkler heads so my grass is dying. The grass is higher than the cement so the water can't drain back into the yard.

The guy that he had doing the whole yard by himself put a flat in my wheel barrow and didn't have another one to use so was using a pot for plants or his hands to carry stuff out to the front. Jorge refused to bring him another wheel barrow.

Now he won't return any of my texts or calls so I am moving forward with a lawsuit. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!

Scheduled a time to meet. They didn't show, didn't call, didn't text. My time is valuable and I dont appreciate moving my schedule around for no reason.

Requested a quote at 4PM, showed up at 5PM, work was completed by 630PM on my 1/4 acre property front and back yard.  Very responsive, great work and very competitive prices.  I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I finally received a phone call today. However,  I decided to go with the other company. I'm only updating my review because I thought I did receive a phone call however a little too late.

Beware.  

Only 4 reviews at the time should have been my tipoff but I went with Blooming Valley Landscape anyway.  Jeff seemed like a nice guy on the phone, but this company is extremely unreliable.  

Jeff showed up once on schedule but missed the next scheduled appointment after we waited all day to hear from him.   Communication is extremely poor.  Calls to Jeff are met with a chronically full voicemail box.  E-mails and texts go unanswered.

After delaying our project by more than 2 weeks waiting for Jeff to return our calls, we finally pulled the plug and moved on to another landscaper.  If they are this slow with communication we can only imagine how much slower (and more costly) they will be with the actual work.

Stick to the professionals.  I don't recommend these guys.
