Locksmith installed 3 locks and decided to saw off a piece of the wood trim inside the door - no where near the lock. Locks were square and installed crooked. Stripped a screw that is now not flush with with lock. Poor quality!!

My home warranty scheduled lock changes through ARCO and they were great. The tech was on time, courteous, he knew what he was doing and double checked everything he did.  You can't ask for more!

I had an appointment with Tom to get our new office re-keyed and was pleasantly surprised that he didn't give me a two hour window in fact he was early. He was very fair priced and didn't try to up  his cost from the phone quote he gave me. Fast, affordable and very friendly. Thank you Tom we will see you again!

A Professional Locks is awesome!  I've been driving for about 15 years and never locked my keys in my car until recently.  Now I've done it twice in the last 2 months and used them both times, and both technicians were extremely professional and personable.  They charge you the price they quote you over the phone and don't try to add on extra charges after they arrive.  Both times they were there in less than an hour (they check to see who's in the area and try to send someone out as soon as possible) and this last time, he was there in about ten minutes.  I was at a Walmart, getting a refund and after I was done I realized my keys weren't in my purse.  I was so embarrassed to be calling them again so soon after the last time (I'll definitely be having a spare key made even though it has to be purchased from the dealer, so it's a rip off).  He was really nice even though it took me a minute to remember which row I was parked in (I met him at the store entrance).  I told him I felt like an idiot and couldn't believe I let this happen again just a month and half or so after the last time.  He said I shouldn't feel stupid and he does this every day.  It was still afternoon, so I got the daytime rate.  He only charged me $55 dollars which is really cheap.  I'm not sure if that's their regular price or if I got a "frequent flier" discount, since I can't find a price list on the web site.  I didn't ask for a quote this time because the last one was less than $80 even in the evening, so I knew it would be reasonable, but they'll give you a quote if you ask for it.  Everyone should know that there are good, honest locksmiths out there.  These guys are the best!

Our tenant notified us the front door lock wasn't working at our rental. We found B1 on Yelp and decided to go with them based on their reasonable pricing on the website and staller reviews on Yelp. We contacted the owner Ben for an appointment for the next day between 10-11am. The technician arrived 4 hours late at 3pm, confirmed the cylinder needed to be replaced and lock rekeyed to match the other key. We were quoted $250 total. Itemized receipt attached. The lock replacement alone was $169 compared to $35 quoted on a simple lock. We knew the prices were outrageous but didn't want to schedule with a different provider since our tenant already wasted most of the day waiting for B1. The technician finished the job within 15 min. This will definitely be our last time working with B1, really disappointed in this company.

I came in to get a quote on replacing the lock on my car after going to a dealership first. Riley was extremely helpful and up front about the cost and gave an accurate estimate of the time required for the maintenance. The quote was about 1/3 of the dealer price. So, I left my car and within 2 hours they had fixed the broken lock. When I returned to pick up my car, they said that the maintenance was even easier than they expected. Thus, they cut the quoted price in half (now 1/6 of the cost per the dealership) because Bob's Locks only charges for the parts and labor.

TLDR, if you're looking to fix a broken lock I highly recommend. This business is fair and does a great job in a timely manner. My experience there was exemplary for how to treat customers right.
