Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

Great Handyman service!  We recently moved into a new home in  Scottsdale and needed to have some heavy furniture hung on the walls. It was a tricky installation and Tim did an amazing job.  He was efficient, effective and made sure to clean up everything when he was finished.   He is coming back next week to do some more work for me. I was thrilled with the service.  Also, Jennifer in the office was great with the scheduling.  She is responsive and extremely helpful.  I will definitely be using them again!

I cannot say enough good things about Gary.  He's responsive, reasonable, and so professional. He helped us remove an old dishwasher, install a new one, and he helped us with a tricky project in our downstairs bar area. He worked quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier with the results.  I will definitely call him first for any project in the future.

Mike has come out now a couple of times to fix my garbage disposal and my leaking washing machine valves. He is always friendly, personable and gets the job done! And he doesn't try to over charge me for his work. I would recommend Mike for others and I know I will definitely call on him for future home maintenance needs!

Phillip is such a great worker! We called him to do a couple of things around our home that we wanted done after we moved in. Very knowledgeable and he figured things out fast. Very friendly and honest and always communicated with me on things so we were always on the same page! We could not be any happier with the results on all the work he did for us! Doug is really easy going and works quickly and efficiently.  His estimates are very fair (we are on a budget since we recently had a baby). He even fixed a door that wouldn't lock at no charge since it was such a "quick fix "! He put in several ceiling fans and recaulked our shower. I will be using him for all my future house repairs!

I'm an out of town landlord.  I look for businesses that use technology to communicate with me.  It is important for me to know what is going on without being there. Taylor was easy to reach, responsive, kept me in the loop with texting and photos and guarantees his work for one year.  My tenant turned in a service request to repair several leaks in the sprinkler system.  He went out that afternoon, assessed what the issues were, went over everything with me and then got  all the leaks repaired.  He has a happy customer and I have a happy tenant!  I plan on using Taylor again for all my rental home maintenance in the future.

An incredibly rude company.

ALL of our communication was businesslike and polite
I sent a kid, Brian Meyers, pictures of the job needing to be done.
He gave me an estimate of $250-$300 which seemed about right, based on other bids I'd received.
After we went back and forth on the day they could do the work, he decided he wanted his guy to come out and look at it in person.
I had no problem with that, the guy came out and next thing I know Meyers sent me a quote for $595.

I emailed back, asked politely what happened to change things.
My email: "What happened for this to go from $250-$300 to $595 now?"

Next thing I know I got an email back saying this: "but do to your general attitude we are going to pass on the project"

If the job was too small or outside their area of comfort, he could have just said so but instead he blamed me. A completely unprofessional, juvenile, arrogant and amateurish reply and at this point I wouldn't hire Fix It Floyd to take my garbage out.

BTW, I hired someone else and they did a spectacular job for $250.
2 hours work. $125/hour. If you need a handyman, contact me and I'll give you their info. I've used him twice now and his work has been perfect and he's and highly professional.

Bottom line:
Find someone who knows how to interact with customers in a respectful manner. No one deserves to be treated badly for trying to do biz with them.

UPDATE: Myers just called me and left a voice mail message asking me to call back so we could work things out. I did, because I thought the message was from his boss. Turned out it was from
Myers again.

He doubled down on blaming me, saying I'd wasted his time because I had competitive bids. Funny, if he hadn't been such a jerk and didn't try to screw me with his bid, I'd have given him the job. There was other work we talked about doing on my outdoor fireplace and a bunch of other projects as well.

I don't know how old this kid is, sounds like maybe late 20s or so, but he is extremely unskilled in dealing with people. Defensive, insulting and arrogant.

Excellent quality work for a great price! Abdul does it all! Recommended to all my friends and family!

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Kurt was very easy to work with. Very honest and professional! He kept me updated during the quote process and during the installation. (I had him install an electric car charger that required the installation of a sub panel on the breaker box as well.) He even finished a day earlier than he originally quoted which was great! I will call him for future projects recommend him to anyone who asks.

We had to have some lights replaced at our business. They were reasonable and quick to get our estimate. Also did a good job communicating when they were able to get the replacements and scheduling the install. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, but they were great to work with.

Dustin was very prompt and professional and I was pleased that he provided a free quote and completed the work which included some minor plumbing and electrical work in the same day. He had some good suggestions and I found him very honest and straightforward. I plan on using him again for other home repairs.

Robert was responsive to our request for a quote on the installation of 2 new toilets and a kitchen faucet. His bid for the work was fair and reasonable. He was on time, professional, easy to talk to and very informative. His completed work was very well done. He cleaned up all his work areas and hauled away the old toilets and all the trash. His assistant, Austin, did a great job also. We will be using Handy 4 Home for other work in the future and highly recommend them.

I would give this family business a million shooting stars if I could! Ryan is patient, has great attention to detail, is very considerate of our home when he does work for us and has a great, friendly attitude. We feel that his prices are fair & reasonable and I would encourage you to reach out to him if you're in need of help. Donald is great! Friendly and hard-working he was able to do all the misc. jobs we had for him; building a gate, replacing doors, fixing a dryer vent, cleaning out our gas wall heaters, and replacing our bathroom fan. He carefully explains what he is going to be doing so there are no surprises. We will be calling him again!

Andy is the best. I have two homes and he has worked on both of them. There is nothing he can't do,from the simplest to the most difficult renovation.  He treats your home as if it was his, very tidy, always on time, and besides that he is a nice guy who you can trust.  I would highly recommend him!

BEWARE: I hired David with "Mohave Leveling" to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
