Best Electric Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! You're the best and I'm surly going to be sending everyone I know your way.

Great job and worked all day to get the job done! I had them fix a leak, install a waterline, do plumbing for a dual vanity and set the bathtub. Definitely will contact them next time I need a reliable plumber!

Be fore warned. I used this company a year a ago. I would NOT recommend because of an on going issue.  I've had to write complaints to the ROC, BBB, and the attorney general. Issue is still not resolved. Had great service in the beginning but soon as an issue becomes apparent they would shift the blame without any proof the blame involves another party. Be real careful with these guys.

Customer Service is continually lacking. Shouldn't a call back be mandatory when you have a problem with THEIR system?? Is there any less of an F U to a customer than not calling them back??? Wishing we had gone elsewhere as this is ongoing with them.

Moved in to a new home. Ac unit was over 20 years old and so we decided to get solar and a new ac unit with this company. Presentation was amazing and even throughout all our issues the salesman has been the most help out of everyone in this organization. So kudos to Alessandro for all his help. Solar install happened quickly after revising plan as what they originally for amount of panels did not fit on roof. Communication was great up to that point. Ac instal happened quickly and seemed to be no major issues. Few weeks later our ac unit goes out during the summer. Took a lot of call back and forth to finally get it fixed after 11 days. Fast forward a month later and now my ac unit is leaking from our attic damaging many walls in my house. Pictures included. This initial contact for the leak was on August 17 my birthday and had visitors from out of town. Now we are in November and I have not been able to reach the hvac team about my repairs. Do not trust these guys.
