Best Pool Coping in Phoenix AZ
I looked at lots of cool decking businesses but really liked Altra cool deck the best because they do the job right. They don't just paint over old cool decking, they grind the old stuff off and sand it smooth. Then prep it for the new cool decking. The entire yard and pool was covered with protective sheeting so when they left there was no mess. I really love my new cool decking.
I would highly recommend them.

We decided to have our rear patio and front porch upgraded and refinished from plain concrete. Daniel from Copper Sky Concrete came out to show us the different possible finishes we could have, the different looks they would give, and took measurements. A couple of days later I received his quote which was detailed and seemed very reasonable. After the work was completed, we were very happy with the end result. Daniel's workers were efficient, professional and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves before leaving for the day. About a week after the work was finished, Daniel made another trip to our house to see what we thought of the outcome. He was happy that we were happy. I highly recommend Copper Sky Concrete for any refinishing and resurfacing needs you may have.

At first they were great. But the last two months not dependable. We found plastic bags in both filters and alot of algae because they haven't shown up for three weeks!

Tony and his team are just finishing our pool repair and resurface. It's been a great experience. Tony has helpful input, his team is awesome, and our new pool is beautiful. It also helps that his quote was very reasonable and we were able to get more done within our budget than we would have with one of the bigger companies we got quotes from. Tony has also been very responsive to questions and has fixed little things here and there that were not necessarily part of the project to begin with.
Seriously, if you're looking to have pool work done, skip the sales guys and go straight to the source. Tony is a solid pool professional with a great team and an outstanding record of doing an A+ job.

I purchased my home November 2021 and Sonoran newly remodeled/resurfaced the pool before I purchased it. Within a month of owning the home a pool leak was discovered coming from the pool light, and skimmer throat seal. I contacted Sonoran Water Custom Pools and Spa and was told because I am a new owner that the warranty is not transferrable. I thought to myself okay that's weird that they don't stand behind their service. So I went ahead and spent over $1000 to drain the pool and fix the leaks. Additionally it was recommended that I fix the foundation bellow my pool pump because the pump was placed over unstable ground.
Now 5 months later another water leak is discovered. This time the tile is found to be cracked leading to the pool steps. Why is the pool that is newly resurfaced already having cracks in the tile and pebble tec? Both my leak detection professional and pool maintenance person were surprised that this is happening so soon after the pool was resurfaced. The only logical answer as to why is that the pool company didn't fix all the problems under and around the pool before it was resurfaced.
I have reached out the Sonoran about these problems and haven't received a call back. If they are a reputable pool company they should care about the quality of their work and stand behind their services. I am afraid what other leaks and cracks this pool will have in the future because in less than 6 months I have had 3 sources of leaks. I do not recommend anyone uses this company until they start taking responsability for the services they provide.
