Juan and his team were amazing. They came and out gave us a quote within a couple days, with so many customization options. Installed the gate in under an hour. So friendly and helpful!

We had a crack in our interior bedroom door which required the door to be replaced. After trying to replace ourselves, we called a professional to help. Stan was kind, professional, and managed expectations very well. Would definitely use his service again.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Please do not hesitate to use this company!

First off. If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first communication to the completion of the jobs necessary, I knew I had hired the right guy. Nate is a professional and he showed great communication, reliability, and above all great work. He was fair in his pricing and he is a down to earth guy. Those two things are very important, as I am in the Trades business as well. Some guys may do great work, but there pricks. Nate was the exact opposite.  We had 4 large TV's mounted to the walls. An extremely heavy mirror and a very large picture hung in our living room. Everything turned out perfect and is secure. It is nice to know the jobs were done right, as my Wife and I have 3 small children and another baby on the way. Now we don't have to worry about one of our TVs or wall hangings coming down on our children, as they like to pull everything down! Young with no fear. I'm sure other parents reading this understand what I mean. Anyways, Thanks for everything Nate. My wife and I will definitely be using your service's in the future!

Update 11/27/16.

We finally had the door completed in mid November. Once again I have to say the door is spectacular.  I want to give them 3.5 stars, but I can't so I'll round to 4.

After my previous review things went much smoother. There were three additional trips that occurred, but all occurred on the day we were scheduled.

Additionally, I recently received a call from the Customer Care Director. She had reviewed my case and called to apologize for the inconvenience we had gone through. I truly appreciated her taking time to acknowledge the headaches.

Bottom line is that I believe this is a good company and I hope their internal departments learn how to communicate better for a better customer experience. I will recommend this company to other, but with the caveat of what we went through.

Have to say , I'm glad to be able to have not only an iron door  but
a 'Work of art in iron. The team showed up on time as scheduled, ready to go. Marcell and his associate were friendly, knowledgeable and confident in how the install would turn out, which it did in fact , as predicted. The process took about 4-5 hours. Taking careful attention to remove the existing doors and replacing with the new iron doors. I appreciated that extra effort.
When completed, Marcell went over the instructions on operating and maintaining the new doors. Thoroughly  demonstrating  all aspects of the door's functions and insured they were understood . We are happy with our new doors.

Put in a request via HomeAdvisor app - Elias got back to me within the 1/2 hour for a conversation about our project.  My husband gave him measurements over the phone for shower glass enclosure - within 2 hours we had a quote.  If the service continues like this - I'm going to be one heck of a happy camper - will follow up as the project progresses.

We had a difficult problem, one we (and others) had not been able to solve.  Michael took everything apart and re-did it.
