Best Screen Door Installation in Phoenix AZ

We just got our new RV 10 ft wide gate installed yesterday July 14th and could not be more pleased ! From my initial contact for a quote the staff was awesome to work with,  they came out exactly  when they said. Salesman  Mike who provided the estimate  was professional  and not pushy but the quality  of  product sales itself. They provided  drawings and samples for HOA approval. They also provided  a temporary gate after removal of existing  gate.  The customer  service  throughout  the process including  accomodating us with working around pool construction was impeccable. The craftsmanship  of our gate and the installation  of it was 100 % the definition  of perfection!  I highly and sincerely  recommend Steel  Creations  & Fabrication.

I love my new backyard gate. It's truly gorgeous and while I replaced the old one, I asked my rep to create an arch on this one to coordinate with the archways to the front door and the front windows. First Impression did my front door and side panels at an earlier installation so this gate frame is that very same color. It's perfect and I especially love the stained wood.

Now, just be aware these are individually made so this one took a month, but well worth the wait. Installer was courteous and left no mess for me to pick up!!!

Sean, the sales consultant arrived on time, and showed me all the Security Screen Doors and available features. Since, this door was to go on the backdoor on the carport, I didn't need a fancy door. However, they were able to come close to matching the front SSD in design for $200.00 less than what the high priced guy wanted. And, the hardware really surprised me. It's much fancier than what I have on the front SSD. So, I've made arrangements to have new hardware put on the other door.

Josie, the office manager, was very helpful, and punctual in responding to E-mails, and phone calls.

However, the reason I can't give 5 Stars is because I was told 6 to 7 weeks, and it took 9 weeks and 2 days before the door was installed.

After installation, the inside door wasn't closing properly. But, the tech got that fixed without any problem. :)

GREAT JOB, guys.

It's been great to have both doors open to be able to air out the house, and get a nice cross-breeze without having to worry about bugs, or unwanted people, getting in.

We had an appointment to measure for our front doors this evening after work. Nobody showed. Nobody called. Strange way to do business.

This review is for work completed in May 2021. Overall we gave 5-stars. If I break that down, the process is a 3.5, the cost is a 3.75 but the overall finished product is a 5 (See Pictures). Like others have noted Eaglewings needs to improve the time that it takes and the communication during the build. Our project from initial deposit to completion was 3-months and I (the customer) was the one who had to call for status reports. We believe we paid a fair price for the work completed.

We were refurbishing our entire home and of course were looking for statement pieces throughout the home. One area of focus for us was our tired staircase. We met Dan at the Maricopa Home & Garden show and he showed us a few staircase designs they had done.

While the process took a bit longer than we would have liked, it was very intricate work. We kept the existing upper and lower staircase and Eaglewings perfectly fitted their insert between. The gentleman who came out to measure? He spent close to an hour measuring the existing staircase. They even came out to do a pre-fit before powder coating and the fit? Perfect!!.

The install team was very careful when they installed. The main stair case insert has to be 25 feet long and it was built in one piece. For a bonus they even spray coated two night light covers to match the railing insert. You can see the night lights along with wall in the pictures. Nice touch guys!!

We are VERY happy with the outcome, we got our statement piece for the stairs thanks to Eaglewings. One item to note. Eaglewings did not stain the existing upper and lower rails, we had to find a separate vendor for that. Dan did give me a vendor name, but I could never get that person to call me back and that's not Dan's fault.

My husband and I have been renovating our home for about 3 years now, and out of all the contractors we've worked with so far, Mark was by far the best! If you want amazing customer service, honesty, and friendly communication--Mark is your guy. His sales-rep Kevin was also great! Before the sale, they walked me through the process and brought me an entire portfolio of their work with samples so I knew exactly what my windows would look like after the installation. If you're like me and don't know a thing about sunscreens, you need to call Mark and Kevin because after they left I felt like a pro! Mark even had me come outside to watch how they installed one of the windows so I could understand the process. I can't explain in words how genuinely nice these guys are! The product is also of great quality! Before, I felt like I was living in a cave with all of my blackout curtains on every window (or holes in the wall as Mark calls them, lol). Now I have a brighter but much cooler home. I can see outside my windows without having to worry about anyone seeing in. I could also feel the drop in temperature the first day after installation. I honestly wish I would have done this much sooner! I believe the reason why Mark has his name attached to the company name Sunscreens by Mark is because you can see the amount of pride, passion, and confidence he has for his product. I was so impressed by his professionalism and kindness. It took his company less than a month to measure, build, and fit the screens to our house. We even had custom sliding glass door screens made that are awesome! If you're living in AZ without sunscreens you're crazy! Call Mark, you won't be disappointed!
