Best Screen Door Installation in Phoenix AZ

We couldn't be happier with our experience with Mike of Steel Creations. He was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable. When he said he would be here, he was. He followed up when he said he would which means a lot to me. It was so refreshing working with a company that actually did what they said they would do. I HIGHLY recommend Steel Creations & Fabrications for all your gate/fence needs. They do amazing, beautiful work too!!!

I had a front security screen door replaced, what a mess, they should of placed a rubber gasket around the door I have a big gap around the whole door.. I thought I could just fill it and paint it, no way this can be done I just tried calling them but closed for the holiday  also where the other lock was they left me with a big hole what or how do I fill this to make it look nice .. service guy was more concerned about taking my old

I called and spoke to them, I was left with the mess, salesman that came to my house should of told me it wouldn't fit the same, also the gentleman that came to install should of said something but didn't he left with the job half done, my back screen that they installed is worse than the old one with the hole in it, at least it opened!  So bottom line stay away from this company!

Extremely pleased with the quality of the door and high level of service. Door is beautiful and very well built. Dennis was very helpful and accurate. Door was installed within the prescribed time frame.  Appreciate that they make a point to honor our Veterans. Thank you!

Gotta say, I was a little concerned using them because some of the reviews are not wonderfull.  Ended up shopping 5 or 6 different security door companies for quality and price. First Impression was undeniably the best bang for the buck based on what else is on the market.  They are a premium door, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Lisa Rine was our salesperson and did an excellent job explaining all the different options to us and was not high pressure.  

Took less than one month from the time we placed the order till the door was installed and done.  Installer did a great job.  Did the install without doing any collateral damage.  Did it in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself well.  Even sanitized the door due to the virus that's going around.

In the end, we have no regrets going with First Impression.  They did a great job from first contact to the install and the follow up.  We love our security door.  Very happy customer!

Front security door installed less than 3 years ago  rusted and chipped. When I called to let them know, I was informed that it is only guaranteed for one year. Person who answered the phone did not offer any repair options or apology. He was rather disinterested. I do not recommend this company.

I stopped by their shop with the dimensions for a screen I wanted to put on my patio door. I also had a couple of photos on my phone so they would know what I was trying to do. Mark quoted a price and explained how to best install the screen on my door. I said that sounded fine and he asked if I could wait a few minutes they'd make the screen for me. 30 minutes later I was on my way. Installed the screen the next morning as Mark suggested and all fit perfect. No more afternoon sun through the patio door, what a difference.

Great service and fair pricing, plus they have a physical location which is a real plus in my mind.
