We moved to N Scottsdale about 7 years ago and maintained the pool service company of the previous homeowner.  Unfortunately, due to inconsistent service, it became necessary to find a new service provider.  As I spent my entire carrier servicing customers, over multiple states, utilizing contract labor I have become a little leery when dealing with a new contractor.   However, this is one instance when my apprehension was not justified!  From my first contact with Vanessa to my communication with Barbara this has been a great relationship.  Service is spot on and always timely.  Recently, we had the pool drained and the tile cleaned of stubborn calcium deposits.  The crew did an excellent job and communication during the process was excellent.  This is a company I highly recommend: professionalism and quality at the highest level.    Brian P.

At first they were great. But the last two months not dependable. We found plastic bags in both filters and alot of algae because they haven't shown up for three weeks!

Tony and his crew is amazing! His prices are very decent and he isn't trying to rip people off at all. His workers are respectful and they clean up well after themselves. The services provided to us was to demo out the original pool and we are putting new tile and redoing the pebble tec. Today the crew is here to add the new pebble tec and once it's done I will show you the finished product. You can surely depend on Tony replying back with a phone call or text for sure he won't keep you waiting. He takes care of his customers no matter how many jobs he's got going on at the same time. I purchased my home November 2021 and Sonoran newly remodeled/resurfaced the pool before I purchased it. Within a month of owning the home a pool leak was discovered coming from the pool light, and skimmer throat seal. I contacted Sonoran Water Custom Pools and Spa and was told because I am a new owner that the warranty is not transferrable. I thought to myself okay that's weird that they don't stand behind their service. So I went ahead and spent over $1000 to drain the pool and fix the leaks. Additionally it was recommended that I fix the foundation bellow my pool pump because the pump was placed over unstable ground.
Now 5 months later another water leak is discovered. This time the tile is found to be cracked leading to the pool steps. Why is the pool that is newly resurfaced already having cracks in the tile and pebble tec? Both my leak detection professional and pool maintenance person were surprised that this is happening so soon after the pool was resurfaced. The only logical answer as to why is that the pool company didn't fix all the problems under and around the pool before it was resurfaced.
I have reached out the Sonoran about these problems and haven't received a call back. If they are a reputable pool company they should care about the quality of their work and stand behind their services. I am afraid what other leaks and cracks this pool will have in the future because in less than 6 months I have had 3 sources of leaks. I do not recommend anyone uses this company until they start taking responsability for the services they provide.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
