Matt and his team did a great job resurfacing our fiberglass pool in just a few days. Matt was straightforward with the price, did what he promised, was done on time, and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend Matt's Magic Pools to anyone who needs their pool resurfaced. We'll done fellas.

We kept the previous owners pool service (Kangaroo) when we bought our home in 2019.  We have been extremely happy with the service they provide and they are very reasonably priced for service and repairs.  I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

After speaking to Cool Blue owner on the phone  they came in the next day and prepared my pool for draining  and arrived the  next morning at 8:00 AM and got my pool back working within 48 hours

When we knew we were going to build a pool, we got 4 quotes (wanted more but some company's didn't call us back....). Randy returned my call, agreed to meet at the house to give me a quote. He was the only one who called the day of the appointment to confirm (a professional detail nobody else performed). In honesty, his was the most expensive quote...yet....he also seemed the most professional. His contract is all inclusive: if a price goes up, you don't pay the increase. Once the contract is signed that is all you pay. From the time we signed our contract to the time the equipment was purchased the price went up $7K - we didn't pay another penny!

The quality of the work is terrific. The communication is the best. Randy (the owner) or Matt (Randy's assistant) show up to the site any time there's a sub contractor. I think the thing that really separates Desert Art Pools from other pool builders is that they build every pool as though they are building it for family!

While the pool isn't finished....we are days (maybe weeks) ahead of schedule. Let me ask you this, who do you know that is any days ahead of schedule in this post covid Summer of 2021? Neighbor across the street is months behind (he went with a company that didn't even call us back). Same neighbor has been uncharged thousands of dollars for unexpected work. With Desert Arts, if there's an unexpected expense....Desert Arts has it included -- no surprise contracting!

If you want a team that shows up, does the job, tries to do the job as quickly as possible, treats you like you are family and not just a check....I really do suggest you go with Desert Arts.

Budget Pool Repair and Replastering did a recent remodel on our 30+ year old pool.  Tony, the owner, was quick to respond to our inquiry to meet to review the project.  He was friendly, knowledgeable and proactive in helping determine the best plan and finishes for the remodel and at the best value.  Once the work started Tony and his crews were responsive, friendly and tidy and the project finished on-time and on budget.  We could not be happier with the process and the finished product.  The pool is beautiful, and the water is crystal clear.  Thank you Tony, Manny and the rest of the team at Budget Pools.

Deck remodel:
Over all quality was very good. The crew, led by Freddie, was a pleasure to deal with. The communication from James the owner was poor, that is the only reason that I won't give a 5 star rating. I awarded the bid to James, faxed my contract to his office and gave 50% down with them over the phone. After 5 days I still hadn't heard anything. I called the office to see if they had a start date. They replied that James would have to handle that. I texted him and asked for a start date. He replied the same day stating that he had a few decks in front of me and had to see how far the crews had gotten and would get back to me as soon as possible. 7 days later I finally hear from him. He asks if they can start the next day. I replied absolutely. 2 days later, still no crew. The next day he replied that there had been a mix up and they would be out the next day, and they were. The crew was very friendly, clean and did fantastic work. 2 weeks later I found a couple spots where the paint didn't stick after a rain. I text James back and a crew had the trouble spot repainted with in 2 days and that time it stuck.

Fantastic customer service! Very prompt and thorough. I highly recommend smart pools for new builds, repairs, and weekly service! They actually care about when customers.

Had Chris out to get an estimate on a full pool remodel and initially had high hopes. Weeks went by with no update on where he was at. I had to follow up with him and he said he finished the numbers and would get back to me (which he never did). I followed up multiple times after that and he ignored all texts. Terrible communication and a poor way to treat potential customers.

We love this company!!!! They have been knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. This is a family run company. We bought our house in July and two weeks later our pool pump died, of course not covered by our home warranty. All the guys at Sonoran Water's have been great about making sure our new equipment is running at top performance. We truly lucked out finding this place. We will be using their services for a very long time.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
