Best Pool Remodeling And Renovation in Phoenix AZ

Someone on Nextdoor recommend Pool Remodeling Brothers. Based on their recommendation I reached out to Jose for an estimate. They were responsive and got our pool fixed within a week of contacting them. We had some cracks in our pebble in the steps and we couldn't get anyone to call us back or do the job because it wasn't worth their time for what they would make on the job. Because they took on our little job we will be using them for our pool remodel in 2-3 years because our pebble is old and wearing out.

Keith our lead was knowledgable and happy to guide us, he gave me advice along the way that saved us a ton of money!

The bid was beyond reasonable given the current market - we were blown away - hands down best contractor experience I have ever had!

Budget Pool redid the surface of our pool, replaced tiles and repaired cool decking.  Price was good (thousands better than other company) and they finished when they said they would.  We're happy with the end result!

Matt and his team did a great job resurfacing our fiberglass pool in just a few days. Matt was straightforward with the price, did what he promised, was done on time, and cleaned up nicely. I would recommend Matt's Magic Pools to anyone who needs their pool resurfaced. We'll done fellas.

Don't waste your time with this company. one week they didn't add chemicals to pool, (pool water was/is cloudy) or empty any of the baskets, they left my pump motor running when it wasn't primed up. I called (tried 3 times plus text before he finally answered his phone) and asked about everything. He said he wasn't sure and he would call his guy and call me right back. He had his technician come back out the next. he took care of everything except treating the water for its cloudiness (phosphates). The next week they emptied all the baskets, backwashed pool, added chems tabs to floater but didn't take care of the phosphate issue once again. they also didn't re prime the motor basket so motor was running once again with no water. Yes, you would think something is wrong with my pool itself but i went and primed up the pump and turned the timer on and you know what happened....everything started working including the Navigator in the pool that was not moving when they serviced and left motor running. I tried to call the company back and ask whats going on. 3 attempts to call and 2 texts messages over a 3 hour span nothing. won't answer or return my call. then finally i get a call back and he says he can no longer service my pool because I'm being to demanding....umm, no, I'm just asking why its so hard to do your job?!

Spoke with Rosa and scheduled an appointment time to come out and give us an estimate for our bathroom remodel.  She was scheduled to be at my home today between 1-3.  NO SHOW, NO CALL.  This is time we could have had someone else out.  Very unprofessional!

We have had Randy as a pool guy for five years.  Being first time pool owners, we were apprehensive about how to take care of our pool.  We contacted Randy and he has taken care of our pool since the beginning.  He is always willing to show me how to operate different features with our system.  He has always been quick to respond to phone calls or text messages.  Very dependable and good communicator.

Yes ---- a true 5 STAR rating !!!!!  

Our project was to build an 850 square foot guest suite --- not a small job.  After attempting to work with 3 other contractors, we were frustrated and disappointed with their lack of integrity and follow up.  THEN --- we found VetsBuilt Contracting and the owners - DJ and Bob Jenkins.  They are fair, honest, dependable and want to do what the client wants --- and they pulled out all of the stops to make sure we were ..... and are happy with the results.   We couldn't be happier.  It was a big job --- with a lot of detail and they performed as promised.

If you want to work with people you can trust to have your best interest at heart- give them a call.  They are for real.

We recently bought a home in Scottsdale, and we've never had a pool/spa before. Our realtor recommended Kangaroo Pools. From the very first phone call, they have been wonderful! Great communication, lots of info about service options and pricing, very pleasant to deal with. They replaced the old pool heater and pad, and did a beautiful job. Now that we've had 2 months of service and billing, I'm still a happy customer. We had issues with the hot tub, so I called Vanessa. She's so pleasant and helpful. Vince came out the same day, and fixed the problem and explained everything. Such nice people. Their technician does a great job every visit, and sends an email when finished about his service and all the pool stats. Couldn't be happier with Kangaroo Pools!

Mike, came out to our house and bid on several projects for us. He was extending polite and professional from the minute he arrived. I also appreciate him being flexible with our appointment as I moved it on him 2 times. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable with how he would execute the job as well as the amount of time it would take. Mike more then exceeded our expectations with his work and service. I have already recommended Mike out to several other people and I expect to use him again in the near future. On a side note mike went above and beyond the job. He contacted me a few times after the job was completed to make sure everything was working well and ensuring we were satisfied with how everything looked. Thanks Mike for the hard work. Rusty and his team provided our family a beautiful outdoor living space, as well as, a beautiful front yard. The design and implementation was easy to follow.  We have an outdoor kitchen, including a pergola and turf for our pupping to run around in.  We also have beautiful landscaping, including trees, cacti, boulders, and a river rock.  They were easy to work with and followed through with everything discussed.  We recommend this team!

I purchased my home November 2021 and Sonoran newly remodeled/resurfaced the pool before I purchased it. Within a month of owning the home a pool leak was discovered coming from the pool light, and skimmer throat seal. I contacted Sonoran Water Custom Pools and Spa and was told because I am a new owner that the warranty is not transferrable. I thought to myself okay that's weird that they don't stand behind their service. So I went ahead and spent over $1000 to drain the pool and fix the leaks. Additionally it was recommended that I fix the foundation bellow my pool pump because the pump was placed over unstable ground.
Now 5 months later another water leak is discovered. This time the tile is found to be cracked leading to the pool steps. Why is the pool that is newly resurfaced already having cracks in the tile and pebble tec? Both my leak detection professional and pool maintenance person were surprised that this is happening so soon after the pool was resurfaced. The only logical answer as to why is that the pool company didn't fix all the problems under and around the pool before it was resurfaced.
I have reached out the Sonoran about these problems and haven't received a call back. If they are a reputable pool company they should care about the quality of their work and stand behind their services. I am afraid what other leaks and cracks this pool will have in the future because in less than 6 months I have had 3 sources of leaks. I do not recommend anyone uses this company until they start taking responsability for the services they provide.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
